I needed a 24 month lease on a vehicle which isn't popular in the first place since most leases start at 36 months. I thought I had negotiated a good deal on a 2016 Lexus IS200t via phone and emails with a Lexus dealership, but I decided to contact Below Invoice last minute to see if they could get me a better price. Johnny called me soon after I sent them a Yelp message to see what vehicle I was interested in, and within 30 minutes after that got me a price that was below the dealer's. I went back to the dealer to see if they could match or beat that price, and they couldn't do it so it was a no brainier to go through Below Invoice. Johnny was even able to get me the exterior/interior colors I wanted, even though that was secondary to price. Unlike my previous experiences with dealerships, never did I feel like I was being bulldozed, upsold, or dismissed.
