He didn't even want to come close to our table, and every time we asked a question, he answered as if he wasn't happy to have customers there. To be honest, we were really excited to visit because we had been missing our traditional cuisine so much. But after just five minutes with this waiter, I decided I would never come back. We asked several times for the dumplings without herbs, but they arrived covered with herbs anyway. Mistakes happen--we understand that. The problem was that he didn't apologize or say anything at all. He simply took the dish away. Later, a young waitress brought us the correct order. She seemed a little friendlier, but only for the first few minutes. After everything that happened, we had lost our appetite. We ate what we could, and when the bill arrived, we said we would be paying by card. The waitress replied with an annoyed attitude, "Well then, come with me." During the entire hour we spent there, not a single staff member smiled at us even once. That may seem like a small thing, but for customers it makes a huge difference.
