Specifically, she neglected to inform me of any products she used as she used them nor did she even say or explain what she was doing. I was offered no suggestions for my skin after or during (though she did inquire about my products and regimen), and she didn't even offer me a mirror to view her work after she finished. Makes sense, because my face looked and felt terrible after the facial. No tips for aftercare or what to expect following the service (redness, swelling, etc). To her credit, my face looked a little better about 6 hours after the facial, but my skin feels tight 24 hours later. I'm disappointed because I previously used Geneen for waxing on a regular basis, but after today, I will not be returning! PS: there was a previous situation where I ended up tipping her twice (once on zelle and on StyleSeat because I wasn't sure if SS went through).
