Nice selection of leashes and a good amount of dog toys. They also carry items for smaller pets like hamsters and gerbils. If you are looking for travel pet carriers, they do have some. I don't love that they sell dogs here, so that's the only real con to this store. Would love to see them team up with a local rescue or humane society and give them space to showcase dogs who don't have homes. They also sell birds and smaller critters like hamsters.

Her pedigree papers according to vet can not be accurate. She is not a mini poodle only. Definitely a mixed breeding. If you can not properly care for the animals by cleaning them you should not be allowed to cage nor sell them period.

My favorite part of the store (and my golden retriever's too) is their "Biscuit Buffet" where you can buy dog biscuits by the pound. I generally by healthy ones in other aisles but they have some fun cookie flavors here that look and taste like human cookies (because they are... their are diabetic cookies). Sometimes sloppy people before us spill biscuits on the floor and when Clover (aforementioned retriever) finds them she gets to eat them!

One positive experience I had was a few years ago. They had species plant I wanted but there was only a couple left. The salesman informed me that they had some that were yet to be unpacked in the back room. Long story short he was reprimanded for selling plants that weren't yet in the display case (in front of me while I was checking out). That ruined the experience and made me feel I did something wrong. So I guess I never had a positive experience, I just witnessed someone going above and beyond being treated like trash. It's sad to say, but I'm actually happier walking in and not seeing anything I want to buy. These fish require different water parameters and have very different temperaments, which creates stress and weakens their immune systems. Stressed fish are far more likely to develop ich (Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, or "white spot disease"), and once one fish is infected, the entire tank is at risk. Unfortunately, stores that mix species like this often deny responsibility and may mislead customers to avoid refunds or replacements. For anyone buying fish from any store that displays mixed species, I strongly recommend quarantining and proactively treating for potential bacterial, viral, or parasitic infections before adding them to your main aquarium. This precaution protects both your tank and your fish.

Mia is timid, but Montana made her feel at ease. When I picked her up about one hour later, her coat was shiny, and she smelled like a pampered pet. She was glad to see me but not stressed. I like the way the groomer clipped the stray hairs between her toe pads. Pluses: Appointment can be made online. Reminders are sent. Check-in and out are efficient. Grooming area is clean and organized. You are contacted by phone and/or text when pet is ready for pick up. Payment can be made right in grooming center now for quicker check out. I liked seeing the large dogs posed on tables getting their haircuts. They were super relaxed because the groomers are experienced. Tips are appreciated, and I always tip 20-25% for good service.
