I'm extremely impressed by Sassan and Alireza. I drive a 2013 C250 which I have regularly brought to the dealership in Foothill Ranch for maintenance service and repairs which always cost me an arm and a leg. My service advisor at MBFHR is very nice so I've stayed loyal to him in terms of my car's needs. I had been seeing Benz & Beyond on the road while driving to Mercedes Benz in Foothill Ranch. I kept thinking I should probably check them out. A little over a week ago, I went to Benz N Beyond to inquire about replacing my brake and tail lights which were out. Sassan and Alireza checked them out and told me to come back after calling the dealer for the lights. They got back to me right away that same day to let me know they had the lights and that they could replace them while I was waiting. I liked them immediately. They were very nice, friendly and on top of it. I thought I was going to have to wait longer than an hour so I told them I'd come back today. I had planned on leaving my car there, returning to work and then picking my car up after work. When I got there, Sassan stopped what he was doing and replaced my defective lights right then and there. The best part was he and Alireza would not let me pay but I was willing to pay for the exceptional service. They didn't have to provide me free service but they're just truly nice guys that are happy to help! I don't think I would have gotten this service anywhere else especially at the dealer. I got back to work on time too! My lights are working great and I feel safer, thanks to Sassan and Alireza who seem to be about helping their clients first and foremost! If you want to deal with pros that have your best interest in mind, look NO further. We have strcutaken our cars to dealerships in the past but now we feel comfortable taking our whole fleet here because of the trust they have gained with their quality work and honesty. He proved himself as an expert, professional and honest mechanic . 2- He ( Sas) checked My transmission which did not shift smoothly/normally. Sas checked transmission oil ( professional mechanics always begins with simple issues rather using fancy computer tool ) . He added a quarter of transmission oil; and my transmission is perfect now ( previous mechanic neglected to check transmission oil after changing my car's engine) . 3- Sas has more than 20 years of working as head of mechanic and instructor in Mercedes dealership . He know what he is doing which is extremely important. How I found Merdes and Beyond!!! I was looking for an expert Mercedres Mechanic and I saw the Sign of Mercedes and Beyond; I pull over and talked to them . They are very welcoming and professional. Did a great job for me. My F-350 Turbo Diesel pickup wouldn't start, so I had AAA tow it to a mechanic that they referred me too, since The nearest Ford dealership was too busy to look at it. I knew it wasn't the battery or the starter, but it was beyond me after that. That mechanic had my truck for a day and couldn't figure out what was wrong, so he referred me to Benz N Beyond. Worked with Ali, who was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained his partner was the Benz and He is the Beyond. He had a lot of Ford and Diesel experience. I took my Mercedes to Benz N Beyond and had a great experience. Both guys are very professional and helpful. The shop itself is nice and clean and I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. They helped me with a smog check by checking my car before performing the smog to make sure everything was okay. I also had a battery problem and they told me what it could be, since I like to work on my own car. They even offered to purchase the battery for me, which I accepted. I picked up the battery the next day and replaced my battery. The problem was fixed, just as they told me it would! Thank you guys and i will be back! read more

They are super honest, great at their work, and helpful. For the past few years, I am taking my C250 to them and have always been very happy. They do all general services on my car. They did change conduct plate and spark coils last year as well. This time I had a camshaft issue (8K+ job at dealer). Sasan diagnosed and quoted me. The same night he did research and found out the issue is covered with an extended warranty at the dealership. He sent me all paperwork I needed to talk to them and I was able to get the dealer to fix the job for free! I had to share this experience, as people like him are hard to find. I've done several jobs here in the past two years with Ali on three of my vehicles: Mercedes, Porsche, and Bentley. They are close-by so I continued to bring my business to them and I also tipped on occasion for their service. I called this week to schedule a brake job on my Bentley (rotors I had in hand) to change out the rotors and asked about the time. To my surprise he said a person that drives a Bentley and Mercedes should not be asking. I've gone to him in the past, and I've never haggled anyone for a better price etc. It's not how I do things. Anyhow, I guess he was bothered by that and said he wouldn't do the job. He continued saying things like he never makes any money off any of my past jobs and that I should take my service to Bentley if I have my own parts. That't not fair to say because the only one time, I brought my own parts was an oil change on the Bentley because I don't want aftermarket filters in my car. Every other establishment I've been to in the past are totally cool with me bringing my own filters, I don't care if they charge me for an aftermarket filter as long as they don't use it. I'm disappointed in Ali's lack of professionalism in this case as we had a relationship. All I'm asking for is a courteous level of communication. If he just said very plainly that they don't do jobs unless they order parts, I would respect that moving forward. I'll take my business elsewhere read more
