Some key things we took away and appreciate about the service provided was the effective communication, professional and patience the staff had with me and my father. I was in the market for a new suit for multiple uses and up-coming events and came across Premium Suit Bespoke Tailors on Yelp with many great reviews. I called to make an appointment to check out a few options and get a quote. From the moment I entered the store to the final fitting and pick-up, the Premium Suit Bespoke Tailors staff were attentive and focused on ensuring my satisfaction with the suit and the process. They took the time to understand my preferences from the beginning. I also had one of my shirts tailored to my current size and style. Everything was completed on time, and the price was reasonable for the quality of service, tailoring, and suit. I would come back for any of their services and highly recommend them!! I shopped around suit makers all over and The Cutting Room is one of the only (if not THE only) shop in the Orange County area to even mention LGBTQ+ on their page and that was really important for me. He took time to meet with me via Zoom (since I wasn't super local to the area) and answered any of my questions prior to booking an appointment with him. In each appointment, I never felt rushed as my friends and I overanalyzed every piece and detail of the suit in hopes of creating perfection. There was a bit of a hiccup that happened with the fabric mill, but PJ jumped into action and took care of the issue. I am obsessed with my suit and am looking for more reasons to wear it now, while also wondering what else he can make for me! haha. By this point I felt like I gave it enough chances and it just wasn't for me. And that's ok. *Enter BeSpoke* I chose to try this studio because I work nearby and if you're like me, once I get home from work, I probably am not going to leave again to be active. Sign up was easy (online) as well as check in once you actually got to the studio. I don't know what I'm doing so I asked for him to set up my bike and even to clip in the shoes and the person at the desk that day (sorry I don't remember your name!) was super helpful. Class at any new studio, especially a workout you don't normally do, is intimidating, but I made it through my first class. And then my second class. And then after that I thought my office would enjoy the torture, err I mean cycling, so I ended up booking a private class! OMG TATYANA WAS THE MOST AMAZING HUMAN BEING. She helped me with every detail and made us feel extremely welcome the day of the class. She even had some refreshments for us! So sweet. Ok basically what I'm trying to say is GO TO THIS STUDIO. Even if you don't cardio or spin, give it a shot! All of the instructors I've taken so far have been great, Lynsey and Orlando to name a couple. I feel stronger and more confident only after a few classes. I don't do all the "moves" just what I can and I still have fun and get a great workout. The studio is located at Fig&7th, bottom level near the food court and across from Gold's. They have cubbies for your shoes and lockers in the restroom (this can get crowded for the after work people just FYI). They even have showers and some toiletries. I should mention that shoe rental is included as well as a sweat towel. They also have a water filling station or water for purchase if needed. No excuses! Super grateful to have had a really nice experience here and open up my mind!!! I guess I do cardio now ;)

I've taken a few different classes here now and i've loved all of them!…read more First of all, the facilities are great. They're clean, well maintained, and have tons of amenities. The best part is THEY HAVE TOWELS. When you go into the bike room every single bike already has a clean rolled up towel on it for you to use during class, and when you leave the room there's a basket of moist cool towels to wipe down with, and in the shower there's clean shower towels to use if you want to shower. If you've never taken a spin class before, you will sweat and you will sweat A LOT, so having towel service and not have to bring your own towels every single class is a HUGE bonus. Especially if you're coming often, if you had to bring your own towels every time you'll be constantly doing laundry just to wash your towels. The restroom/locker rooms have everything you need, including showers fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and by the sink there's deodorant, lotion, and other toiletries you might want to use. Secondly, they rent out cycling shoes included with the class! Here's the amazing part: after you've taken your first class, they remember your shoe size and the next time you sign up for a class they'll have your shoes waiting for you in the little numbered cubbies by the front desk when you get there! So you just show up and see what bike number you are and your shoes will be in the cubby that correlates with your bike number. Lastly, the spin instruction is great! The classes are super high energy and motivating and an amazing workout. They incorporate various positions on the bike as well as an arms workout using some light weights, so even though you're technically taking a spin class you're getting a full body workout. For those who have taken a spin class before but at a 24 hour fitness or something, this something entirely different. This place is also great if you're new because at the beginning of every class they actually have an assistant come into the room and help you get set up on your bike. Every segment of the class is set to music that correlates with the bike riding, as well as lighting in the room. It really is a whole experience and the time really flies by even while you're getting an amazing workout. For those who have taken Soul Cycle, I'd say this is very comparable though the facilities are not as nice as a soul cycle. All of the teachers I've taken are great but I have to make a mention of OT, who teaches the Thursday evening 6:30pm class. I was blown away by her energy and enthusiasm and motivation. Like I literally felt like I was riding into battle with her leading the charge and I felt so pumped up both physically and emotionally. She also had an amazing playlist. Lastly, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and THEY VALIDATE PARKING. The facility is on the first floor of Fig @ 7th across from the gold's gym. The only thing I don't like about the studio is that the music is a bit on the loud side. They have a free jar of earplugs right before you go into the spin room so there's always that option if it's too loud.

During TWO later calls from Bespoke Dental directly to confirm the appointment, I asked if they took my insurance. I wanted to confirm ahead of time. I even asked if my insurance card was received. Upon arrival, I was informed they did NOT take my insurance. I recently had a major surgery- getting out of the house for this appointment was a big deal for nothing. Giving 3 stars for the nice man at the office- he seemed genuinely sorry. He was not the one of the two I had spoken to previously.

And there was a female that did my X-rays that wasn't as friendly and kept hurting me. But my cleaning and teeth whitening procedure was 10/10 and I'm very happy with the results. Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

If you're Big and Tall, be weary…read more Giving 2 stars as my husband's groomsmen's suits all came out fine (but they are all standard sizes.) Knocking the 3 stars as this was a less than ideal experience for a big and tall groom. My husband who is 6'5", 48" waist, was less than comfortable in his suit on our wedding day, even after alterations were made to ensure the delivered suit actually fit. (And not just tailoring - complete alterations were needed.) We visited Savage Suiting as it was the recommended suit shop by our venue, and as they were so close to home we figured we'd give them a shot. A few things to note: 1 - it is an incredibly small space. My husband and his 5 groomsmen and father went, so 7 in total, and they filled the shop. Might be best to visit with a smaller group or alone. 2 - this is not a custom suit experience, they do not help you build your suit or choose fabrics and linings. (For what was spent, I wish he had had that experience or at least explored Inochino or similar options.) Instead, your measurements are taken and a suit it's ordered to your sizing (or at least that's what's promised.) I say that last part as although my husbands measurements were taken, and we were assured a suit could be ordered in his size, when delivered, his vest couldn't even button close and wasn't long enough to cover his waist. The jacket was incredibly tight in his shoulders and across his belly. His pants were too short, didn't taper at the ankle and blew out at his hips. And his bow tie couldn't clasp as it didn't fit around his neck. Now, had we simply purchased his groom's suit off the rack at DXL or Men's warehouse, I would understand coming across these issues. But we specifically visited Savage to have a gorgeous suit tailored to his measurements...so either the measurements were taken incorrectly or they cannot service larger sizing. (And to be clear, we've bought suits off the rack from DXL that fit my husband better than this specially ordered suit that was "to his exact measurements.") Now, in addition to all this and potentially the worse part - when my husband went to pick up his suit and realized most of the items didn't fit there was no apology from the store. A statement was made that "he was a difficult fit" and it was instead suggested to take the pieces to the tailor next door to have her alter them. No remeasuring done, no confirming the correct sizes were received, simply - well this is what we have for you, take it or leave it. To their credit, the shop did provide another vest for free, which we took to the tailor next door who added its fabric into the ordered vest to get it to close. But frankly, none of my husband's suit should have needed to be Frankensteined together in the first place. At the end of the day, the tailor next door saved the day and altered the suit to a place where my husband could at least wear it on our big day. However, she could still only do what she could do and he was still incredibly uncomfortable. And sadly his discomfort can be read throughout our wedding photos. I just highly suggest doing your research before collectively spending thousands of dollars on suits at Savage. I understand mistakes happen but ultimately, they overpromised and severely underdelivered.

He chose two that he really loved (photos later once the pants are tailored). He also enjoyed looking at their selection of shirts and ties. You could tell the materials are high quality and there is great value in the products they provide! When you come into this store, both Matt and Britt greet you with a big smile! My husband got to share a drink with Matt as if he was wedding suit shopping again-- it was really a whole experience! The inside is small but mighty, they have a plethora of great options to make sure you're looking sharp for any occasion! They also make custom kids suits which we may take advantage of in the future! Definitely recommend supporting this business!

I was a little nervous since this cape did have embroidery and heavy detail on the sides, so I knew it was going to be hard to do, but she said it wouldn't be a huge issue. But she did see it immediately and pointed out she could only take it in so much so it didn't ruin the embroidery pattern. She gave me a quote that was under 100 dollars (so, it was totally worth buying on sale even though I knew it was 3 sizes too big and would need altered) (she literally saved me thousands) She called me about 2-3 days later for pick up, and she knocked it out of the park I came back in for more alterations and I was immediately greeted by the owner,Kim, who is so warm and friendly. She's extremely honest about what CAN and CANNOT be done. And, gives you honest prices. She really aims to get the job done and up to everyone's standards to make sure everyone is happy. She's so professional yet so warm and friendly. I seriously love how talented, Kim is. I brought in a Gucci cardigan that had a little snag in it that was turning into a BIG snag. She was honest about the fact she couldn't do much. I told her it did not have to be perfect, I just did not want it getting worse. She actually called me same day and told me it was ready for pick up. The job she did was FLAWLESS! And she charged only 20 dollars Then, my third visit. I needed these items done. -light blue dress that needed taken in because it was a size too big -a sheer maxi dress that needed taken in all over and about 9 inches taken off the bottom -blazer style dress that needed taken in And a couple other items. However, I noticed the owner, Kim, who was there for 20 years had already moved. Please, spread the word. I cannot thank Julisa enough for her incredible work and professionalism during one of the most stressful times of my wedding journey. When I found out that the bridal shop where I purchased my wedding dress was closing, and after they had already told me a month earlier that my dress had arrived damaged...I was devastated. With only two months before my wedding (and a destination wedding at that), I was left in limbo, unsure if I'd even have a dress in time. Thankfully, the bridal shop worked with me to get a new gown ordered and introduced me to Julisa for alterations. Julisa immediately understood the urgency of my situation and agreed to take me on as a client, even though I had only a few weeks left before my big day. On top of that, I was leaving a week early for my destination wedding, which made my timeline even tighter. Despite all of this, Julisa was flexible, accommodating my busy work schedule, and fitting me into hers without hesitation. Julisa did an amazing job altering my wedding dress! She spent a lot of time meeting with me and talking through all the options. She needed to take in about 5 inches at my waist. The dress had lace, so she needed to take apart all the lace, take in the waist, then put the lace back together. In the end, you couldn't even tell it had been altered and it fit like a glove! Julisa is also just such a kind and caring person. She made me feel like I was so well-taken care of and she had what felt like unlimited patience for all my questions and brainstorming ideas. Trust your consultant and what you like, as I did. I left with two beautiful dresses that were stress-free and allowed me to have my dresses on my day. Prices are affordable, with designer dresses available. Tailoring is not done in-house, but someone in the same center can prepare them. (They will give business card and called to confirm and get you in) The decor is beautiful, with a variety of dresses for bridesmaids, moms, and mother-in-laws. The restaurant, "The Hobbit," is next to, and across from entrance. Despite the signage not being received, there's a banner with their name. Despite the online claim of closure, the store is open. Sandra, the consultant, is the best I've had. Kim joined Sandra, and they make a great team. As a manager, I appreciate their teamwork and dedication to finding my dress. Sandra and Kim were the highlight of my day. I got two dresses, both of which made my day special. The store reflects the management's values. I applaud you and team is a gem the truly shines!

I picked a dress from Lulus online and needed hemming, sleeves and bust adjusted, waist seam hidden, the sides let out, zipper replaced, a bustle added, and the dress has 3 layers. The pricing is detailed on the website and I expected to pay for the amount of work done in and in such a short amount of time. I am so satisfied with how my dress came out - it fit like a glove and made me feel beautiful, so any pricing felt worth it to me. Dorie is clearly an expert who loves her craft! Throughout the process, everything seemed professional, and I felt confident entrusting such an important garment to her. Unfortunately, that confidence disappeared right before the wedding. After picking up the dress, it remained in its garment bag and was not taken out again until we were preparing for wedding photos. At that point, we discovered multiple light stains throughout the dress that had not been noticed previously. With the wedding only days away, we had to rush to a dry cleaner and hope they could remove them in time. What was most disappointing was Dorie's response. Rather than showing concern or attempting to help resolve the issue, she immediately denied responsibility and stated that because the dress had been in our possession for two weeks, there was nothing she could do. There was no effort to investigate the problem, offer assistance, or acknowledge the stress this caused so close to the wedding day. While the alteration work itself was excellent, customer service, accountability, and trust are equally important when handling something as significant as a wedding dress. Because of the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend her services. If you choose to work with her, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting every inch of your dress before leaving, as any issues discovered later may not be addressed.

I ended up falling in love with a mermaid gown when I had only tried on A-lines at my previous fittings at two other shops. I felt so beautiful in it from the first fitting to my big day. They also offer alterations at similar pricing to my usual tailor (who charges fairly) - I did get a discount since a shipping delay resulted in my dress coming late which I greatly appreciated! The seamstress who worked on my dress was super sweet and experienced - the hem was perfect, the bodice fit so well I never worried about having to adjust my dress despite it being off-the-shoulder, and the American bustle held up super well (even me jumping around the dance floor couldn't do any damage). Their hours were a little unclear online and I had to wait a couple days for a response at times (usually because they were still waiting on something), but overall a wonderful experience!

shoutout to meral for saving me from a stressful experience, aka bridesmaid dress tailoring! i had…read moreordered my dress online with custom measurements, and it still came in all wrong. the wedding was in less than a month so i immediately went online and found meral. she was able to squeeze me in during the evening after work to take my measurements and dress, which i was so thankful for. she provided her suggestions for the dress in terms of the draping and the slit height, and she was able to work her magic so quickly! i got my dress back in less than two weeks and it fit perfectly. the pricing was very reasonable as well, while also considering her disclosure that velvet is typically much harder to work with for most seamstresses (but clearly she had no problem!). she also had a bunch of gorgeous wedding dresses she had created on display in her workroom, so it was very admirable to see the clear care and detail she puts into her work. 10/10, would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a dress altered!

I had a total of three dress fittings, and during two of those appointments, I told that to lose weight from my upper chest area. Before my final scheduled fitting, I received a call asking me to approve additional alterations to the top of my dress for an extra charge. At that point, I declined because I didn't feel there had been much noticeable difference from the initial alterations, and I wasn't completely sure what was being done to my dress. Unfortunately, my experience during the final fitting was very disappointing. There was little to no customer service, and the length of my dress was never checked. I also had to ask how the bustle worked, which I feel should have been explained to me during the fitting.
