This is a serious health and safety issue that I felt compelled to report. When I called the restaurant to inform them of what happened, I encountered unprofessional customer service. I simply asked for the staff member's name to know who I was speaking with--a basic customer service standard--and she initially refused to provide it. Only after insisting did I learn her name was Zynab. When you're dealing with a potential food safety issue, professional and transparent communication is essential. The reluctance to provide basic information and the dismissive attitude made an already distressing situation worse. I hope the restaurant takes food safety seriously and reviews both their food handling procedures and customer service training. No one should have to go through this experience.
