Went here right after a concert . This place is expensive, but it's honestly some of the best hibachi I've ever had. customer service is non-existent existence but I'm not mad about it. Not sure what time I went, I know it was kind of late. So yeah, if you want to pick up some fire hibachi, definitely go. I feel like the vibes are probably better during the day, though. We ordered NY strip & shrimp combination plate subbed the white rice for fried rice. Extra charge($2.95) With a side of scallops for some extra protein . The veggies included were very tasty . The scallops were okay . Expected a bit more flavor . The Diablo sauce is Fire. Service was not bad . We walked in 25 min before closing so there wasn't much of a wait time . Everything seems to be made to order . So these things can take time to prep on busy times . The ambiance is nice . Music playing , a couple of spacey chairs indoor , they have outdoor seating as-well. Second time here and not disappointed . We paid $51 for our single combination plate with the side order of scallops . . In my opinion prices can be more reasonable. read more

Visiting from VA! This was literally the best fast hibachi I've had in my life. The staff were friendly, my food was fresh, and it was extremely good. The inside of the place seemed generally clean as well. Not to mention, I came here twice over a 4 day span and I was never disappointed . The prices are little on the expensive side and I wish boxes came with more vegetables, but those are my only two complaints. i work close by this location and I always see people pass by with from there. It always smells so good and makes me crave it. So I finally decided to stop by before heading to work to pick up some dinner for later. I ordered ahead and the whole process was pretty easy and convenient. I hate when I am trying to order online from a restaurant and the process is so hard or has issues. My order was done on time and there was no mistakes except I ordered the steak and shrimp and my steak seemed to be over cooked and some pieces were a little chewy. But it didnt ruon the whole meal. The food is overpriced and mediocre at best. They are not the only hibachi place in downtown and I recommend any other option besides this place as there is a handful to choose from. Their prices are in line with a five star restaurant in Beverly Hills. Their service is in line with an Arco gas station in the middle of Barstow. At best what they're offering you is legal theft. if you're still curious enough to try this place even with all these warnings then do yourself one favor and make sure you order three hours before as they need time to scratch their head and eat some snacks before they get to work. read more

I usually never do this but I ordered two different plates of rice. One with a side of noodles. And both orders were made with so much pepper. My girlfriend and I couldn't even get past our second spoonful. The meat and shrimp were seasoned the same way. My pregnant girlfriend was really hungry so she ate a bit more of it and she ended up throwing up right after. We had gotten our food to go, therefore we didn't find out till we got home. Food was super fresh and piping and piping hot. Caught a late night hunger while working over Crytpo/staples center. Ordered online and picked it up, which was the way to go, place as crowded with late night revelers. By far the best choice for a late night snack near crytpo/ staples center. There were about 6 food trucks on Olympic and a few in the parking lot. But hands down this is the place to eat. Ordered the steak and lobster with chicken fried rice. And it was delicious! Both cooked perfectly, steak was rare but not cold and perfectly seasoned. Lobster was tender and fresh, with perfect amount of butter and seasoning. Chicken fried rice was very yummy. It's not Benihana but if your looking for a good meal late night, this is the place...mind you it wasn't cheap either. $60 and large portions loads of fried rice and veggies, whole lobster tail and 8oz steak. Now if they could only figure out the mustard and onion sauce that Benihana does, is the only room for improvement here. read more
