What a great little breakfast place. Plenty of specials and a great staff. I hade the corned beef hash which seemed home made. The home fries were stellar. The coffee was good and hot. And my toast came out warm and buttered. I will come back.

Came here for breakfast and had a great experience. There is quite a line but boy is it worth the wait. I came here with a big group and our server was over quickly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything we ordered came out quickly and tasted delicious. The staff was super friendly and the place had some great charm. Next time I am on the cape, I will certainly be coming back. I highly recommend!

This is such a cute place, so nostalgic of the 50's era. The mural on the wall, tables, and chairs made you feel like you were part of American Graffiti We went for breakfast before leaving the Cape. They had plenty of gf breakfast items along with ones that aren't gluten friendly. They ask if it's a preference or allergy. I had the stand bacon and eggs with gf toast. They did have french toast and pancakes that were gf. The waitresses were cheerful and friendly. We found this place by looking on Yelp. The proprietor at the place we stayed at also recommended it. We definitely enjoyed the ambiance, friendly service, and yummy breakfast items

In 2017, Betsy's Diner was listed as one of the top 15 diners in New England, by Yankee Magazine. When I googled that article this morning, it was no longer on an updated list from August 2nd, 2021. And the other 14 diners from the original list still made the cut. What happened???? Apparently, from speaking with several of the locals, ownership changed hands in 2019. The menu changed, prices went up.... I was in the area b4 knowing of the ownership change and decided to try it. The signage, ambience, and nostalgia still beckons. There was a brief wait on an off-season Saturday morning. Place was crowded. I ordered a make your own 3-egg omelet with ham and brocolli. Came w home fries and toast. I was underwhelmed. The eggs were way overcooked to the point of being crispy. The broccoli was not cooked at all. The home fries were nothing special....not spiced at all. And the coffee, unfathomably, was not very hot. Price for the omelet was $11.45. Bill came to over $15, so the coffee must've been $2.99. Note that it's not listed on the menu. All-in-all, pricey and not high quality. In fairness, my seating neighbors had pancakes and they looked good. Also, Kathleen, was GREAT. Constantly on the move, pleasant, efficient, etc. I can see why Betsy's was the only diner replaced from the original 2017 list. Great on nostalgia, but...... and the corned beef hash is not homemade.

CLEAN syrup dispenser! Unheard of at a diner! Great job Betsy's!

Totally impressed. Came on Tuesday morning at 8am and the two waitresses (blonde and brunette) were efficient, tidy and attentive. It did not feel grungy like our diner at home - windowsills, the drink areas and behind the counter just looked like they had been cared for and kept up. Breakfast food was great. The egg portions was huge and the home fries were crispy and homemade. Guess what? They had real maple syrup upon request!

YUM. I loves me a good breakfast. This little diner serves up a breakfast that satisfies those morning hunger pangs. I ordered the classic breakfast of fluffy pancakes, savory sausage links, eggs over easy and real home fries - not those stringy things - I'm talking real chunks of potatoes. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The sausage was juicy and perfectly cooked and the eggs were perfectly cooked. I wonder if the corned beef hash is home made? We will definitely return.

This diner reminds me of Happy Days waiting for Ritchie Cunningham and his friends to walk in. I just wanted a coffee and something sweet for a snack. Coffee is bottomless and delicious. My blueberry muffin was grilled with butter, yummy. The restaurant was bustling and the servers always had a smile and made sure you were ok. The decor is fun with sock hopping music. I recommend Betsy Diner, come on in and enjoy sitting at the counter or at a table.

Stayed in Cape Cod couple of weeks ago and this great place was within walking distance from our hotel. Diner has a cozy atmosphere and a classic menu of comfort breakfast and lunch food. The friendly staff and delicious pancakes, toasts and eggs make it a must-visit spot for anyone in the area. My eggs Benny was just WOW!

It's a diner. They have no specialties. The price is good for the area. Like I said, it's a diner!

We came in about 7;30 and every table was taken and every bar seat was taken. We had the poutine as an appetizer, it's really good, but not traditional. Still good.. Our friend and I ordered a drink, the bartender was definitely struggling to keep up with food, and orders . My husband ordered the same drink a Capri Sun, as our friend, but it had slowed down a bit by the time his drink order went in. This is important for later Our food came out.. my burger was spot on, but the waitress forgot the mayonnaise I asked for and we had discussed. My friend had the crab cake sandwich and my husband also had a burger with extras on board He had ordered the burger with bacon. There was no bacon. His bad for not flagging down the waitress and telling her, and then not telling her when the bill came and the bacon was an upcharge. Again his bad for not bringing it to anyones attention . Otherwise his burger was spot on, cooked the way he likes it. Now the drinks. The first mixed drink" Capri Sun" was really not very good. The second Capri Sun was delicious although I personally don't love sweet drinks. Not sure what was added or omitted to the first one but it really was bad. So I will definitely be back maybe just a draft if it's busy. I really think it's worth a try.

True Score: 3.5 Stars…read more Interesting spot, nice owner. True Score: 3.75 Stars My wife and I stopped by for dinner and catch the start of the live band The Restaurant opens at 4pm and we got there at 7:15. The staff were friendly and the service was decent. The food was okay but not outstanding. The lobster risotto contained very little lobster and was extremely salty. The pizza was pretty good, roni with burnt edges. However the lobster risotto ($25) and clam chowder ($8) were too pricey for the just okay quality of the food. The staff were very nice and I wish I could give it a higher rating, but the food quality just wasn't where it should be for the prices. Nice touch with the live band, pretty good and we think we met Jack himself. He was a great guy. We would definitely go back. Thanks

You could feel the energy as soon as you walked in. The bartenders were definitely in the weeds most of the night, but you'd never know it from their attitude -- still friendly, still smiling, and somehow making me feel like I'd been coming there for years (first visit, by the way). Grabbed a veggie pizza (solid choice), a cold beer, and settled in for a couple of hours of great local music and that perfect "this is exactly where I'm supposed to be tonight" vibe. If this is what a random Saturday looks like here, I'll be back.
