The coffee was okay and fairly priced. What was very very unsettling was the management. It was nearly 100 degrees and the girl outside for the drive through was not allowed to wear a hat or had any shade. When I talked to the manager, who was in side in air conditioning having a great time with another employee, said it was corporate policy is not to wear anything not issued by the company. When I asked for the corporate phone number and store number the manager did not know either one. It makes going back difficult considering there are other great establishments that don't have employees baking in the sun. Think Starbucks. Please have a little humanity and think what it will be like in July and August. read more

Love this place, and so happy they are finally close to where I stay. This will be my new go to spot, still trying to figure out my favorite flavor, but so farnthat banana pudding and snickerdoodle will be on rotation. I first tried Better Buzz in San Diego years ago, and was glad to see they made it out to Las Vegas a few years ago. Angelina, has been an amazing barista, and has even suggested new drinks I should try next time I visit. I also tried the apple turnover, which was soft and flakey. I was actually going to a different coffee spot as I was driving down Rainbow this afternoon, only to find that they permanently closed down. Driving back home, I was very sad not to be able to get the coffee I was craving, when I passed by Better Buzz with the sign saying "now open". I pulled in, the drive thru line was very long, I debated even waiting, but I'm glad I did! The line went super fast, the workers were very friendly, and best of all, the Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew I got was one of the best coffees I've ever had! I guess I found my new coffee spot! read more

I love their decor, love their menu, not crazy about their price, but their service is good. HOWEVER, as soon as I ask for no ice and the barista told me the drink won't fill to the top, I instantly lost all my respect for the store. I ordered a 24 oz nitro brew coffee, cashier asked if I want ice and I said no ice, then he said the drink won't fill the cup, I said fine I'll add very little ice. Sure enough, when I get my drink it even labeled 16oz on the cup itself, did not fill all the way. I cannot even imagine how awfully it would look without ice in it. So essentially I'm only getting 16oz of drink when I paid for 24 oz, or getting 16 oz of coffee with 8 oz of cheap ice. Simple word, GREED. I'm really surprise how so many coffee or drink store can get away with this. Did anyone fight back or think this is wrong? Or am I the only one? Obviously most people probably don't care which is why they keep doing this, wise up people and fight back, this is highway robbery. If this "24 oz" drink was $4 and they do this, it's probably acceptable, but when I pay nearly $8, I better get every ounce I deserve. I will not be back to support such greedy business. read more

Mariann was the one that took my order she is one of the hardest-working baristas I've seen. Every time I visit, she is constantly helping customers, making drinks, cleaning, and keeping things running smoothly. From my perspective as a customer, she often appears to be doing the majority of the work while maintaining a positive attitude and providing great service. What concerns me is that, from the outside looking in, there seems to be favoritism among management and some employees. I've noticed situations where other staff members appear less engaged while Mariann is consistently working hard. Some interactions between management, employees, and Mariann have also come across as dismissive or rude. Obviously, I only see a small part of what happens behind the scenes, but the fact that this is noticeable to customers should say something. read more

The service is great and their food is also really good. Management seems to be nice and coffee is way better than Starbucks. But do not plan on doing any computer work at this location. This is the 3rd day in the last 7 days where the wifi just doesn't work. Given that most coffee shops open late in the morning in my opinion, big downfall with the wifi not being reliable. read more

Yoooooo! I was shocked to see this location not busy when I drove past. I frequent to San Diego a lot for family so Better Buzz is my usual go to place for a quick coffee & bite! When I saw this on my way to work, I literally swung my vehicle into the parking lot since they weren't busy haha. The baristas are AMAZING! So inviting! Very approachable & recommended the rainbow matcha since it was their grand opening drink special! The girl who took my order was very knowledgeable about the drink so I was super impressed. I forgot to get her name because she was really nice, but all I know was that she was working at the drive thru and she had braces! Shoutout to her because she was really really amazing! Even the lady at the drive thru window was very nice and thank you for the stickers! I'll have to bring my in laws next time and actually go inside to see the decor and atmosphere. I know they are new so will give them some grace but just drove 15 minutes and ordered 2 Vanilla best drink Ever, one of which had no vanilla when my daughter went to drink it after I got home, a chili crisp breakfast wrap that had no chili crisp on it or on the side and a pink Mojito drink which is just red-bull with flavoring.
