When I went the other day it was very busy & I ordered a drink that I didn't like but the supervisor Shay took the time to suggest other options I might like instead. Amazing coffee, one of my favorite coffee shops! However, the drive thru takes WAYY too long. I've been going here for a while and noticed the drive thru sometimes takes longer than ordering inside, which I assumed drive thrus are supposed to be quicker. There wouldn't be a lot of car in the drive thru either, and I find myself sitting here for 20 minutes BEFORE I even get to order. I highly recommend the Moroccan Iced Coffee. If you add your own eggnog it's the perfect holiday coffee. My son had a tasty smoothie and enjoyed the bee pollen topping. The service was great and quick. We will be back for breakfast. We loved the decor as well. read more

Couldn't wait to get buzzed! Yay, it's finally opened! Maybe my hopes were too high? But here's the raw truth with the good & bad of it. Pretty ample parking, drive-through, cool vibe upon entering, staff are super friendly & plenty of seating with nice patio area that will undoubtedly be packed when nice weather hits again! Now for the important stuff.... I ordered a hot Lavender Tea Latte that, though a little too sweet, tasted pretty darn delish! My daughter ordered an iced Hazelnut Divinity, but both of us thought it was wayyy too sweet! We shared the Better Breakfast sandwich but sadly, it seemed to fall a little flat on flavor as if it was missing "something". As far as pricing goes-pretty leveled with Starbucks, but about 20% more expensive on the sandwiches. A warning: prices posted are for regular size drinks only! I didn't like that they're not transparent with posting ALL their pricing! Will we be back? Sure, but now we know better to ask for all of our drinks less sweet & minus a trip to the dentist! I LOVE BETTER BUZZ! So much I when twice in a row but at two different locations. But the service here was not it. I got into the drive thru and Felipe (from my receipt) was lowkey rude. He didn't even say good morning, just handed out the payment device and didn't even say a word to me. He just looked super annoyed and looked like he didn't even want to be there. It doesn't take much to actually talk to a person and engage with customers. especially if you're the one taking orders. So disappointed. read more

Went to check out the Better Buzz Coffee in Orange and I loved it . As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a very busy happy staff and the decor was cute. I was able to customize my own Vanilla Latte which came out delicious . But the drink that took the price was the Mocha de Mexico my brother had ordered . It was delicious, it has a little twist to Hispanic chocolate. Will definitely come back to try their other drinks. read more

too expensive for Monin flavored milk. Ordered an Orange Matcha. I know orange is not something that a coffee shop can master but when it's on the menu, I have to try it because why tf is it on the menu then if . This drink might as well just been labeled Orange milk. I should've known when I saw the Monin syrup it would be the worst matcha ever. Monin orange syrup with some milk is what I got. Very surprised by the color of my drink being so vibrant green which usually indicates a good matcha but no it might as well have been just straight orange milk colored. You better like grease if you order the better breakfast sandwich which came out shinier than a glazed donut and bacon that has that lovely prepackaged rubber texture. I do enjoy the fresh arugula which really soaked up the grease dripping from the bun. I am aware this is a chain and i shouldn't expect the great quality of a small owned coffee shop but I wanted to see if the buzz was actually better than star*****. Don't be fooled by the cutesy La Marzocco espresso machine and the glasses with wooden lids for sale. this is not the quality coffee shop that it thinks it is. read more
