This location of the chain has a large parking lot at the rear of the building and also a drive-thru. The interior is surprisingly spacious with half a dozen tables, a long counter, and several cushy chairs. There is also a large patio out front, facing Chapman Ave. Recently, I stopped in for an afternoon coffee and pastry on a weekday. It was a hot day so I ordered an iced vanilla-caramel latte and chose a pistachio croissant from their pastry case. It was a quiet time of day and most seats were empty so no problem finding a table. The latte was great. Both flavors of vanilla and caramel were detectable and the coffee was excellent. The pastry was okay but very dry. The filling was a tasty (but, sadly, minimal) pistachio frangipane. The outside of the croissant was sprinkled with chopped nuts that sprayed all over the table with each bite = messy! I'm probably making the croissant sound worse than it was but let's just say it wasn't the best croissant I've ever had. The latte was a 5 and the croissant a 3, so an overall 4 experience.

I have been driving by Better Buzz Coffee for several months and finally had the chance to check it out. First the stand-alone building has lots of parking in addition to the drive-through. The interior was clean and spacious. The staff were very polite and welcoming. I had a generous-sized medium, drip Ugandan coffee and a tasty pistachio croissant. Both were good and will motivate me to come again try some more of their extensive food and drink menu (for a coffee shop anyway).

I don't usually write reviews like this, but this experience really missed the mark. Customer service was some of the worst I've seen at a food spot. My family stood there for about 5-10 minutes without even a simple acknowledgment. No "be right with you," nothing. When we finally did get help, it felt like the staff wasn't very familiar with their own menu. Basic questions turned into a struggle, which made the whole ordering process frustrating. To be fair, the food itself was decent and the drinks were just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing that would make me want to come back either. Unfortunately, the service completely took the buzz out of what should've been a fun stop. There are too many good options out there to deal with that kind of experience. I won't be returning to this location. Decent seating inside and outside but very dirty

I got a snickerdoodle latte, 3/4 sweet. It was great! This location is interesting. It's off a busy street. There's a parking lot behind the building, but to get inside you have to almost walk through the drive thru to get to the front of the store. Clean inside. I ordered online and my drink was ready when I arrived.

I absolutely love this Better Buzz location, and I visit many throughout Southern California. My favorite part of coming here is the incredible customer service I receive from Helen every time I stop by! She truly makes this location stand out from all the others. As I have become a regular at this place updating my review -- their drive thru is convenient but also quirky in that it feels as though they have a gun to their head to get your drink out in a specific amount of time. Good for service but also one time I pulled up to the window and they made me back up to the order speaker (even tho no one else was there) bc I think there's sensors or something timing drink making time. I personally feel as tho it is not that deep, but perhaps they run a tight ship. Anyways their drive thru also usually pisses me off cuz they make u drive past the window and wait at the end to bring out ur food like how is that efficient / I don't mind waiting for 1 more minute at the window to get my food. HOWEVER today i had a positive experience bc this guy Liam took our order, that guy is a whole ass vibe. Protect that man at all costs.

Glad to have a Better Buzz closer to me now so I decided to come check it out. There is parking which is very nice! Super clean inside and lots of seating inside and out. I'm really enjoying their best candycane drink right now so I will be back for this. I decided to work from here in the am and I was able to find a table. People came in and out. Great coffee shop!

Happy Grand Opening to Better Buzz Coffee's newest location in Orange! I visited late on grand opening day. They were offering free stickers and reusable cups for the first 200 customers or while supplies last. Parking: There's a medium sized parking lot in the back. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. This location also has a drive thru. Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space inside with plenty of indoor seating. Very clean inside. I love the quotes on the walls. It's perfect for fun photo opportunities. The theming is on point as well. It does get busy in the morning. Their drive thru line can get long, which makes it difficult to get a parking spot and getting out. Service: During my first visit, the cashier that assisted me was nice. I called 20 min prior to my arrival to check if they still had any reusable cups. The worker over the phone told me they still had some. Unfortunately when I arrived, they ran out of reusable cups, but they still had stickers. I jokingly asked for a discount on my order instead, and the cashier took me seriously and tried inputting a discount code lol. I didn't get a discount, but I appreciated the effort. Drink: I got the Snickerdoodle Latte during my first visit. This is considered one of "Buzz Favorites" according to their app. It was definitely sweet, and the cinnamon flavor came through. They also offer fun seasonal drinks. I visited again to try their Maple Best Drink Ever. This is their classic americano with signature creamy vanilla and topped with maple cold foam. The cold foam was okay; I didn't taste the maple flavor. The drink itself was light and not too sweet. Pricing: I'm not surprised prices are a bit more than average. They do offer coupons and promotions through the rewards app. You receive a free drink for downloading their app after your first purchase. I'd most likely visit occasionally when they have a promotion/coupon.

Decided to try it, bc I've heard great things about it, plus there's always a line so I thought, sure why not. The drive through was kind of hectic , but it was the weekend (morning), so it was expected. We ordered multiple drinks to try, and It underwhelming; Not sure if it was made watery for us or they placed too much ice, but it was very diluted. Felt like I went to a 7/11. I'll give it a try again, maybe it was just that day, so I'll give it a benefit of a doubt. I hope it's better next time.

This coffee shop is going to be a hit for the neighborhood! It offers a beautiful clean space inside and outside. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also knowledgeable to help you decide on what to order. The candy cane best drink ever - seasonal drink was a surprisingly way better than I thought. I didn't know how I would like this combination, but I loved it! And the coffee is strong! For food, I tried the butter breakfast sandwich, which has an egg, harvati cheese, bacon, arugula, garlic, aïoli, all on a brioche bun! It was both tasty and filling Bonus they also have a drive-through!

Love this place! My new fav spot for sure. I tried their coffee at my children's school, Oakridge, and knew I had to have more. I went the very next day and tried the most amazing drink that I've ever tasted "Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever!" And YES it is. It reminded me of Magnolia's bread pudding in NYC but in a delicious beverage. I also had the chili crunch breakfast wrap which was delicious! Also must try the Avocado toast and Cinnamon Pistachio drink. Overall an amazing variety of tastes and flavors. Love love

The drinks here are amazing, but this location needs to focus on making their drive-thru more efficient. It took me 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Not sure what was taking so long. At one point, there were no cars waiting for drinks, just one car with the ordering person for like 5-10 minutes. I contemplated leaving, but there was no way for me to leave with the design of their drive-thru. I love the drinks here, but not sure I have the strength to sit in that drive-thru again. read more

I have always loved better buzz! I had always visited the Laguna Nigel one, but with this new one opening up on Orange, it's now my go-to spot!! My last couple of visits have been consistent with tasty orders and fantastic customer service. Just today, Lizzie, was so personable and genuine in her interaction with us! In addition, the place LOOKS amazing. It's super welcoming and consistent with their "bee aesthetic." There's several places for a photo op, and extremely clean. Can't wait to come back!! read more

I am so grateful to have been able to go on friends and family day and experience this location! It is my third Better Buzz location and they never disappoint, my usual go-to is the conscious chocolate but this time I tried the Mocha Buzz and I was knocked off my feet it was absolutely incredible. My boyfriend grabbed the pumpkin spice latte and he couldn't get enough we ended up going the next day again and he got the same drink just raving about it! The ham and cheese croissant is always delicious and has a variety of add on options. Service was quick and very friendly faces greeted us from beginning to end. too expensive for Monin flavored milk. Ordered an Orange Matcha. I know orange is not something that a coffee shop can master but when it's on the menu, I have to try it because why tf is it on the menu then if . This drink might as well just been labeled Orange milk. I should've known when I saw the Monin syrup it would be the worst matcha ever. Monin orange syrup with some milk is what I got. Very surprised by the color of my drink being so vibrant green which usually indicates a good matcha but no it might as well have been just straight orange milk colored. You better like grease if you order the better breakfast sandwich which came out shinier than a glazed donut and bacon that has that lovely prepackaged rubber texture. I do enjoy the fresh arugula which really soaked up the grease dripping from the bun. I am aware this is a chain and i shouldn't expect the great quality of a small owned coffee shop but I wanted to see if the buzz was actually better than star*****. Don't be fooled by the cutesy La Marzocco espresso machine and the glasses with wooden lids for sale. this is not the quality coffee shop that it thinks it is. read more

Absolutely loved my experience at Better Buzz Coffee in Orange! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting. The staff was super great, very friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. The barista taking my order was incredibly patient with all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable trying something new. The pastries were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put effort into quality, because everything in the pastry case looked (and tasted) amazing. And the horchata latte? So good. Smooth, perfectly sweet, and honestly one of the best flavored lattes I've had in a while. Overall, the combination of great drinks, delicious pastries, and an awesome team made the whole visit feel extra special. It's definitely a new favorite spot, and I'm already excited to come back and try more! read more

Lots of space to do work and reliable wifi. There's a bathroom in the back as well. I love the songs that they play. Parking can be a little hard to find if it's later in the day. Most of the parking around there is 2 or 3 hour paid parking.

As we're sitting there, I noticed everybody was ordering the lemon ricotta pancakes, so I could not resist and ordered some as well. I will say the most underwhelming part of that was the lemon ricotta pancakes due to the ratios for the pancake pancakes and lemon ricotta. Overall, my experience was spectacular. I cannot wait to go back to Bluestone Lane to try other menu items.

These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

I visited Busby Better Coffee on two consecutive days and unfortunately walked away with a disappointing experience. On the first day, I picked up a caramel vanilla latte with almond milk for my wife as a small gesture before heading to work. She later told me the drink was far too sweet and she couldn't enjoy it. Since we're still new to the menu, I figured it might just be a matter of adjusting the order. The next morning, I went back and ordered the same drink but asked for half the sweetener. This time, it was much better--she actually enjoyed it, which confirmed that the original issue was just the balance of sweetness. I decided to share this with the manager, hoping for at least some acknowledgment or a small gesture of goodwill, especially as a new customer still learning the menu. Unfortunately, there was no recognition of the situation, no effort to make things right, and no sense that my feedback mattered. That lack of service and care left a poor impression. First impressions matter, especially for new businesses in the community trying to build loyal customers. I even tried adjusting it myself, but it still didn't sit right. At this point, it feels like it's not just a one-time mistake. I can't be the only one experiencing this. Came in to try their new lavender honey matcha. I normally don't like matcha but this was definitely a good one. The girl at the register helped me narrow down what drink to try and her recommendation did not disappoint. I stayed to do homework in the cafe and there were plenty of outlets and seating available. Tried the Banana Pudding drink at the new Better Buzz in Orange and it was so good creamy, smooth, and perfectly sweet, literally tasted like banana pudding in a cup.
