The service at this location is not worth the price. Their speaker is always out and employees are rude and unhelpful should you need to ask a question or ask them to repeat something. They are irritated whenever you don't purchase the special/featured item so you can tell they get some sort of bonus for asking you. Every time I've pulled out my app as well they utter a huge sigh like the concept of utilizing their own app they designed is the biggest inconvenience to them. Don't sleep on their breakfast, don't be a rookie. The Bacon Ciabatta, easily a hit. It's tasty, it's simple, It's simply legit. If you can't come here regularly, here are some tricks. Go buy a bag of their beans, and some of their vanilla mix I hear they're opening another, and I think it's east. That's good to hear, to say the least. I usually get the Best Coffee Ever--cold and large--but today I tried the mocha latte. I absolutely loved the flavor--the perfect blend of chocolate and coffee. I also tried the snickerdoodle latte, but my favorites are still the Best Coffee Ever, the mocha latte, and the vanilla latte. Almost everyday the line is long and the wait can take a while because it gets busy. Just come early if you're planning to grab coffee before work. read more

I've got a solid drink rotation going here: the mint-infused iced coffee (extra muddled mint please!) is super refreshing, the snickerdoodle latte (half sweet is the way to go) hits that cozy sweet spot, and of course, The Best Drink Ever... lives up to its name. Seriously the staff is always super kind and helpful without being overbearing. Just the perfect vibe. One of them once recommended the ham & cheese toasted croissant with garlic aioli and now I can't not order it. Honestly, I hope Better Buzz expands more toward the southwest. Had to ask for a side of it bc wrap was so plain. Bagel was good. Prices are all pretty high for simple food. The music was a tad loud and all different genres. Wish they had more relaxing music like jazz and r&b. I felt like i was in a gym. Was also unbearably cold. Please turn the ac down a tiny bit. I wanted to keep working from here but it was hard. Everything is BUZZING here! Drinks are tasty & staff so attentive. I like to order the standard latte because they have great espresso. A fan favorite for my family is the Hazelnut Divinity latte, you have to try it. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing. But again, best of all is the staff. They are very nice and remember you and care to ensure you have a quality experience. Fun place with great music, makes you want to stay. We need more Better Buzz in the community. read more

Never ever consistent. Sometimes the cold brew is strong and sometimes it's literally like water. They gave us chunky milk and when we asked them to remake it they remade it in the same cup with the same milk... still chunky! And they always mess up the most when it's not even busy. Def a place to check out! The service was awesome she def made me try whatever she recommended! We got the best buzz coffee I added a cold foam to it. My husband got a blended mocha drink. I liked his drink better than mine. Mine came out and they forgot the cold foam but fixed it right away my coffee was good but I wish it had more coffee flavor I tasted majority milk. My husbands was great tho. For food we got the sandwich and ham croissant. The croissant was amazing I'd def come back for that. The sandwich was good but a little too much bread for me but loved the touch of arugula and we added avocado. They also have a drive thru which is super convenient. Better Buzz is in Vegas! Grand opening was today and we got there around 7am and no lines! There is an outside patio area with tables and umbrellas too. Inside is cute, lots of signage, tables and a long counter as well. There were plenty of staff all around. They took our order while in line and they call out on the other end. We got free reusable cups. They have a section for mobile orders too. My daughter ordered a Vanilla Buzz and a Bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got the BDE iced and half sweet. Our order came out quick and we had a seat inside. They also have a water station which was nice. Our drinks were good. My daughter said her bagel was hard and tough to chew (minus one star) The staff was very friendly. Inside was clean. As we were walking out they were offering samples of their energy drink but we kindly passed. Glad to see Better Buzz here in Vegas as it is one shop we go to whenever we are in San Diego. Yay for a Better Buzz in Vegas! I went on opening day and ordered ahead. The drive through line was so very long but was moving quickly. They had employees directing traffic and they were all very organized and kind. I got a free cute reusable hot cup! Love that touch. For my drink, I ordered a double iced espresso + pumpkin foam. The espresso beans are phenomenal, very smooth and flavorful. Loved it. I do wish the pumpkin cream was more pumpkin-y, though. Not too much pumpkin notes, or spice. I'd love to try more of their pumpkin drinks since it's basic b season, too. I also ordered the turkey pesto sandwich. That was very underwhelming and small for a $10 sandwich. It seemed to be missing something.. I think it would be better with greens + tomatoes. I also requested light aioli but basically got none. The turkey was very very sad and almost dry and crunchy. I wouldn't buy food again, only coffee. I splurged because it's opening day, though. Overall, recommend for the great espresso. Minus one star for sad food. Very lovely alternative to the bigger coffee chains. read more
