This place is great, love the coffee here. My only complaint: the people taking orders on the tablet outside stand so far down the lane, it means the line has to extend far into the parking lot. Often there will be about 8-10 cars of space that could be taken up by cars waiting in the line, but the person on the tablet stands so far down that they can't. This seems like a really simple thing they could fix but it's a problem every time I go here. The lines in the parking lot create a hazard, because people need to park there or be able to get out. And then you also create two different lines on both sides that have to merge. If someone reading this can do something about it, please make it happen. The person on the tablet can move closer to the building and the line won't be so far into the parking lot. I've literally seen people almost get into fights because of the lines. Other than this, Better Buzz is great. This is my favorite coffee place in all of the valley right now. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! Not just the coffee but also the people. I'm always greeted with a smile and asked how I'm doing. There is not one person there who isn't pleasant. If you are in the area I recommend going in to try it out they are usually playing really good music. Anytime my husband and I have out of town guest we bring them there for coffee and they love it. If you go in Nya is usually the cashier and is great. She always remembers my order. Melissa is in drive thru a lot and knows my order when she sees my car! I been a customer since this store opened. Unfortunately today they lost my business. I always mobile order ahead and have tested the timing as they are never ready on time. If the app or email says a time it's ready at least 4-6mins after. Today it was worse than that, I had an appointment I had to go to after so I couldn't wait any longer. BETTER BUZZ COFFEE HAS ARRIVED IN LAS VEGAS VALLEY!!!! I had a free day and got to spend the afternoon with one of my best friends to grab a coffee and catch up to see Better Buzz for ourselves! As locals, we know this is a staple in California and we're excited to see that it has reached the Las Vegas valley! It is deep in the Henderson area near St Rose but this is cute, trendy establishment that is bright and full of color! I'm glad I had the opportunity to finally try out this coffee shop for myself where I had a delicious Caramel Vanilla Iced Latte with oat milk and a Better Breakfast Sandwich. I did LOVE my iced coffee for the breakfast sandwich I do think a sauce/aioli of some sort is missing for this sandwich to fully stand out and taste even better! The service was great and shoutout to Brooke at the register who was able to help my friend who's vegan get something and accommodating to her dietary needs! I'm adding 5 stars, not because it was amazing but because there's potential to be amazing! So I'm not gunna drag your marketing down because you're brand new! Coffee Pros - drink selection was good, lots of ways to modify.. love the seasonality. Cons - ticket system a little off (drinks were mixed up). Glad I don't have a dairy allergies. Ambiance Pros - clean, modern and lively! Love the aesthetics! Cons - music playing was LOUD. Loud music = customers conversations needed to be louder. louder conversations by customers = barista YELLING drink names out even louder. This was my only issue. It was LOUD AF and tough to enjoy the place. Outside of that we're gunna be back to try the flavors. My suggestion is that you can still have a lively place if you just lowered the volume down for the music a bit. Customer conversations will naturally come down and this will allow the barista "runner" (aka, the yeller) to not have to project their voice so loud. It'll round out the experience a little.. I have been going all around trying to find a new small business coffee shop and this is not it I went 7 other times trying and trying again to find at least a good drink but all I got is watered down coffee, chai, and matcha. The service was some times great but some times bad. I've given Better Buzz more than one chance, but the customer service has been disappointing. Both times, the issue was with the same heavier-set male employee at the drive-thru window. The first visit, we were ordering coffee and asked a simple question about blended vs iced drinks since we're new to the menu. We were polite and even changed our order to keep it simple. When we pulled up to pay, this employee came out and said, "So which one of y'all is the complicated customer?" Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We came back another time when it was windy and raining, making it hard to hear through the speaker. We were asked to pull up to the window, and again the same employee came out with attitude, saying, "Which one of y'all can't speak loud enough?" When we pointed out this was the second rude interaction. Asking questions or dealing with bad weather doesn't make customers "difficult." The girl on the speaker was very nice both times, but this employee's attitude ruined the experience. Coffee isn't worth being talked down to. read more

I'm always hesitant to try new coffee chains because all coffee isn't the same lol I went through the drive through which was around 10AM and it wasn't too packed, the line moved quickly. The customer service from the girl working the drive through wasn't anything above and beyond. She was polite, fast and efficient. The employee at the drive through pick up window was nice as well but not super friendly, felt she handed me my food and drink like it was bother to her that I was at the establishment. I ordered the vanilla caramel latte iced in a large size, and the better breakfast sandwich. My order came out to $20. The coffee was alright, the vanilla flavor didn't come out too strong, but you can definitely taste the caramel, it did give me a nice buzz for the next few hours which I appreciated. The drive-thru really needs work. If someone isn't outside taking orders the person over the system has such a hard time hearing you. Their music inside is so loud that every time I order I'm asked to repeat myself enough times to be annoying. I've had my order wrong multiple times at the window possibly due to them not being able to hear the order correctly, maybe lower your music inside. And then they don't have a system to have cars park on the side or the front if they have an order taking long. If someone orders food and you anticipate it will be a while why not have them park up front and have a staff take it out? This allows everyone else waiting for a coffee to go on their way. Been loving better buzz since San Diego, this was my first time at this location and had horrible experience through drive through, first they forgot the cold foam to my drink, i used a gift card and they never gave it back until i said something and had over $20 left on the card. i ordered 2 sandwiches and they forgot one of them i had to do a whole uturn back to the store and my food was just sitting on the counter. The blonde curly hair girl was clearly just lost the entire time busy talking to her coworkers which seemed to be the problem in all of this while i could hear their convo.
