First time to this location. Crissy was AMAZING! Me and my bf came with 2 friends visiting in who's never been to a better buzz and she was very helpful. Let's just get into her energy and vibe! We walked in and she was doing a floor check and welcomed us in and said she'll be right with us, we appreciate that. She than helped us out with the menu and answered our questions. She made us feel welcomes, comfortable and like family. Mahalo Crissy for everything!! Mahalo Better Buzz!!

Always fast service, coffee bean roast is tasty and not bitter. I haven't tried the food yet but the cold brew with foam always smacks. They have cute seating inside but in always on the go so the drive thru it is!

We are so happy that Better Buzz has come to the Southwest area and we were eager to try the S Rainbow location! We placed an online order at 12:51pm and received a text that our order would be ready by 1:17pm. We arrived to the cafe shortly after placing the order at 12:52pm and knew we were early and would have to wait. The drive thru was pretty busy and there were patrons in the cafe who had ordered before us. Our lattes were ready by 1:06pm and were absolutely delicious. The staff called our name and placed our drinks in the to-go pick up area and it was a super easy process to retrieve our drinks. However, we had also ordered 5 food items so we waited inside the cafe. The music was playing and the cafe was cool so we didn't mind waiting. However, we noticed the time had continued to pass and we hadn't received any update on our food items in the mobile order. At 1:25pm, we went up to the counter to get an update. The barista who greeted us checked on our food and grabbed a bag that had been sitting behind the counter for 20 minutes. She asked us if we came up to check in or ask for our food. I proceeded to tell her that our drinks were placed in the pick up area and we weren't aware that we needed to come up to check in for our food items. We were taken aback at the whole experience as we sat in the cafe for 40 minutes and no one behind the counter thought to check on mobile orders, call out the name on the food bag, or check in with us on what we were still waiting on. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth and we're unsure when we will be back at this location. Hopefully, they improve their processes and staff appropriately so they can handle the business of this location. A great experience, exceptional service, and all around good manners is what brings people back again and again! I hope better buzz S Rainbow does better.

I visited this location for the first time in June. It was busy, but it's convenient to have a location with more activity on this side of town. If you're a member and visit frequently, you'll receive free drink rewards and special offers. I redeemed one of my free drink rewards during this visit. I also tried their new coconut Danish. It was a little sweeter than I typically prefer, but I still enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and even added an extra pastry after realizing part of my order had been missed, which I appreciated. The patio seating and complimentary Wi-Fi are nice perks, and the ambiance is comfortable, modern, and consistent with their other locations. They also have merchandise available for purchase. I'd definitely return. One thing to keep in mind is the parking in front of the building--if you park there, you can easily get trapped behind the drive-thru line with no way to exit until it moves, so be prepared to wait if it's busy.

I love better buzz, and their best day ever drink is so good and not too sweet! The wait surprisingly wasn't too long to order and get our drinks, and the quality was consistent. We also ordered a matcha lavender donut, and the matcha flavor was very strong, but there was no lavender flavor at all. However, there were coconut flakes, so I wonder if it's supposed to be matcha coconut and they mislabeled it? There is plenty of seating outside, and some searing inside. It's a great place to chat with friends but probably a harder place to try to study. Overall this place is great!

Food/Drinks: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Pleasantly surprised with this coffee shop since it's a chain but I loved my experience here. Came in mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. There is plenty of parking and a drive-thru. I ordered a coconut macadamia best drink ever, which was delicious. I also ordered a feta avocado deluxe toast with chopped bacon bits. This was also very good. I would order both of these things again. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. The music is pretty loud but I was able to block it out with my earphones. Staff is very friendly and they clean the area often. I recommend this place and would come in again!

First order at Better Buzz , I am always impressed when people ask me the level of sweetness I need because I want the best of the flavor of my coffee or tea. I had the cinnamon pistachio best drink ever and it was creamy coffee and graced with pistachio pieces on top. I can't wait to hazelnut Divinity next with some breakfast! If you sogn up for theor rewards, you can get a free drink after your first purchase. YES !

We love this place! We are so happy that a Better Buzz has opened another location ( where it used to be Peet's coffee) in SW Las Vegas. Coffee is awesome! We have ordered a few different lattes from the menu and we can't choose the favorite one, because they are all delicious. We recommend: Snickerdoodle Latte and Honey Latte- it's a MUST TRY! It's a perfect blend of flavors , not too sweet and not too bitter either. They roast their beans to perfection in a small batches and I think that is a secret recipe to get that perfect coffee! They also have pastries, sandwiches, toasts, etc. The shop is quite big inside and it can get quite busy with long lines and at the drive- thru as well. They also have a nice big patio too. The staff were great and they were quick and efficient too. Overall: it's a cute coffee shop, the staff were friendly and welcoming and their lattes are just pure perfection!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

A simple order that went so wrong

I gave it almost a week to hear back from the District Manager that I emailed twice. No response. Unfortunately, I have to voice my experience here now. Went through drive through, order was simple....two large hot mocha lattes. And of course left a tip when the little machine was just asking a question. Btw, I'll never do that again. Let's just stop this practice of expecting a tip in advance. Especially when places like this refuse to take accountability for their actions. My husband is driving and so I'm drinking more of my coffee than he has. I found this slimy substance in my spout. I pulled it out and I was grossed out. WTH is that I asked! I immediately stopped drinking it. Now my husband wants to know what's in his coffee, and refuses to take another sip. Get home and pour my coffee out to see what is in there. I took a video. Ick. Small tip included, and it's 20 bucks for 2 coffees that were wasted because of this. I called the store on Rainbow and asked to speak to the manager who was busy. I spoke with an employee who told me she would ask for a refund but doubted we would get one. I continued to hold. This went on for several minutes. Finally she tells me the manager is available and begins to tell the manager what the issue is. And the line goes dead. I wait to see if I was put on hold or what. Nobody came back. I hung up, called another store and asked how to reach the district manager. I clarified email twice to ensure I wrote it down correctly. I emailed twice with no response in almost a week. If this is how you expect customers to return back, and give you their money, I'd suggest a better marketing strategy. Nothing like throwing 20 bucks out the window over something disgusting like this, and management does not care to respond. Never again.

Such an adorable place with really cute quotes on the walls and on their merch! Super clean the staff welcomes you with a warm smile and a very friendly attitude. I ordered a hazelnut iced latte with almond milk and sugar-free hazelnut syrup and it is delightful!

So everything I got this time was actually really good. That's a vanilla caramel ice drink with coconut milk. It's always quite tasty. I was actually very hungry so I got a three seed avo toast, which I was iffy about, but it turned out to be really good. All the people are always usually very nice. They're quick they get you in and out so quick that when they give you your change back, you don't have time to put anything away. You just gotta drive out so the next person can get their food. Lol

I've been to all the grand openings of Better Buzz in Vegas so couldn't miss this one! Got in the drive thru line & was one of the lucky 200 people that got the hat, tumbler, & stickers. I ordered the Vanilla Bean Oatmilk Espresso which I enjoyed! Also got the carnitas breakfast tacos that were delicious. The staff was amazing and helped keep the good energy going! Congrats on the successful opening of this Better Buzz!

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
