    Horchata coffee
    Cecil G.

Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced in Vegas. The girl at the window was so kind and I had a lot of questions I didn't want something with tons of sugar. I wanted to know what was natural, what they made in house and she was extremely patient and told me drink by drink and gave me recommendations. Mind you this was at like 5:30 in the morning and she didn't have any sort of attitude. Unfortunately it's literally the worst coffee I've ever had the people that left the good reviews early on have to have gotten paid for it or just have horrible taste in coffee. It just tasted really watered down from the first sip. I got the iced Horchata coffee because it had the least amount of calories, straightforward to be able to showcase their coffee adding a little bit of simplicity to it. It was so bad it was just like sink water with cinnamon. I hated it. I didn't even finish it. They have some other drinks that I think people will find appealing like a banana Matcha and a rainbow Matcha but the issue is all of those are artificially flavored most of the cold foams aren't made in house. I wanted to check it out. I didn't know it was a chain, til I pulled up after. Great customer service but I'd rather support something local. For regular iced coffee it came out to almost $7. I just think there's so many other options here in Vegas that are way better; if you're gonna go for a chain and you don't care if it's artificial and want it to be way more affordable for the quality, hit up Dunkin' Donuts.

Food/Drinks: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Pleasantly surprised with this coffee shop since it's a chain but I loved my experience here. Came in mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. There is plenty of parking and a drive-thru. I ordered a coconut macadamia best drink ever, which was delicious. I also ordered a feta avocado deluxe toast with chopped bacon bits. This was also very good. I would order both of these things again. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. The music is pretty loud but I was able to block it out with my earphones. Staff is very friendly and they clean the area often. I recommend this place and would come in again!

Such an adorable place with really cute quotes on the walls and on their merch! Super clean the staff welcomes you with a warm smile and a very friendly attitude. I ordered a hazelnut iced latte with almond milk and sugar-free hazelnut syrup and it is delightful!

So everything I got this time was actually really good. That's a vanilla caramel ice drink with coconut milk. It's always quite tasty. I was actually very hungry so I got a three seed avo toast, which I was iffy about, but it turned out to be really good. All the people are always usually very nice. They're quick they get you in and out so quick that when they give you your change back, you don't have time to put anything away. You just gotta drive out so the next person can get their food. Lol

I've been to all the grand openings of Better Buzz in Vegas so couldn't miss this one! Got in the drive thru line & was one of the lucky 200 people that got the hat, tumbler, & stickers. I ordered the Vanilla Bean Oatmilk Espresso which I enjoyed! Also got the carnitas breakfast tacos that were delicious. The staff was amazing and helped keep the good energy going! Congrats on the successful opening of this Better Buzz!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, just didn't want to make the drive. Now, with their new location, I needed to try it finally. I love the inside, it's really cute and clean. I also am a sucker for shirts, and they have a really big selection too. The drinks we tried were the cinnamon cream cold brew, which is on tap, and a banana matcha. Both drinks were really good. Their food was good too, and I appreciate how many options they have too. This location opens at 5am, which is perfect for me to grab before I start work. I'm exited they're finally closer to me.

The very newest location of Better Buzz!! I'm so glad that they built one closer to us in central Las Vegas rather than Henderson. It's actually a pretty large space and they even have a drive-through. It's right off of rainbow which I feel like with attract a lot of business with a whole bunch of other things being around it. I tried the caramel vanilla Base drink ever with an extra two shots. You can just tell that the quality of their coffee is good and strong here. I also love the decor inside and there be mascot. I feel like they're overall branding and marketing does a good job in this department. They also do a lot of great promotions if you have their app so I am always checking up on it to see what's new.

I am so excited about this new location for Better Buzz coffee!! I had this place once in San Diego and am so happy it's close to home now! I ordered their "caramel vanilla best drink ever" and it was such a delicious iced drink for a perfect warm vegas day! The service was fast and the quality of the coffee is amazing. I couldn't be happier. I am so excited to try their other lemonades and flavors! 10/10! "Life's better buzzed!"

I met a friend here for coffee and it was such a wonderful first experience! We both ordered coffees (Angelina was incredibly helpful!!) and sat outside because it was such a beautiful day. As we're talking, a nice gal named Alexi came over to check in on us. She offered us two croissants on the house just to say "welcome"! The coffees are delicious, the food is amazing, and the service is second to none. We will be back and we will be sharing with more friends! Thank you, Better Buzz

This coffee shop is so good we went yesterday and came right back today! If you like semi sweet coffee drinks the horchata latte is good. Not too sweet with lots of cinnamon and very low calorie. The hazelnut divinity is the exact opposite. Comforting sweet and triple the calories. Both are very good depending on your palate

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

I don't understand how this place even has the rating they do. We got tricked. I've had better food at McDonalds breakfast. Anyways, we came in with no wait, seated immediately. The place was not busy, maybe 6 tables total. Glass cups: DIRTY. We had 2 different servers, the 2nd one: Condescending. He had asked us if we were ready to order and we said yes, thinking he was going to take it: he walked away! And took 2 tables orders that came in AFTER us that took at least 10 min and then came back to take our order. Our tea was ordered right from the get go but came AFTER our food arrived. I ordered the deviled eggs: NO FLAVOR. It was actually interesting, it was half heated up and half cold in the middle and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Wife ordered biscuits and gravy: EGGSHELLS INCLUDED. Wife explained the dish was barely warm, like they tried warming it up in the microwave and didn't taste good at all. We think the best thing on the menu was the hot tea we ordered, which was store bought. Service, never even got asked if our food was okay. Barely got our food and not even 2 min later, check was brought to us with nothing said. Just PLOPPED on the table next to us to take care of. I've been to 8 states and this place is in my top 3 of worst places I've ever been to. If I could give it a negative star, surely I would. Im a pretty easy going person, I give chances and understand even if a server is having a bad day. This place was purely a fail. "Oh no! What could improve?" Yelp ask: EVERYTHING.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.
