Better Buzz Coffee was a big letdown. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, and the space itself has a cool vibe, but the service lacked friendliness and helpfulness, which was surprising for such a popular and trendy coffee shop. I tried one of their most heavily promoted drinks, the Pistachio Cinnamon, and found it disappointing. It was well below the quality of a similar drink from Starbucks, and after only a few sips I ended up throwing it away. The Egg Crispy sandwich was also very average and tasted like a standard premade meal. Pros: * Attractive, modern atmosphere * Large variety of drink options Cons: * Staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming * Pistachio Cinnamon drink was disappointing * Food quality was average * Overall experience didn't justify a return visit Overall, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced in Vegas. The girl at the window was so kind and I had a lot of questions I didn't want something with tons of sugar. I wanted to know what was natural, what they made in house and she was extremely patient and told me drink by drink and gave me recommendations. Mind you this was at like 5:30 in the morning and she didn't have any sort of attitude. Unfortunately it's literally the worst coffee I've ever had the people that left the good reviews early on have to have gotten paid for it or just have horrible taste in coffee. It just tasted really watered down from the first sip. I got the iced Horchata coffee because it had the least amount of calories, straightforward to be able to showcase their coffee adding a little bit of simplicity to it. It was so bad it was just like sink water with cinnamon. I hated it. I didn't even finish it. They have some other drinks that I think people will find appealing like a banana Matcha and a rainbow Matcha but the issue is all of those are artificially flavored most of the cold foams aren't made in house. I wanted to check it out. I didn't know it was a chain, til I pulled up after. Great customer service but I'd rather support something local. For regular iced coffee it came out to almost $7. I just think there's so many other options here in Vegas that are way better; if you're gonna go for a chain and you don't care if it's artificial and want it to be way more affordable for the quality, hit up Dunkin' Donuts. read more

So everything I got this time was actually really good. That's a vanilla caramel ice drink with coconut milk. It's always quite tasty. I was actually very hungry so I got a three seed avo toast, which I was iffy about, but it turned out to be really good. All the people are always usually very nice. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, just didn't want to make the drive. Now, with their new location, I needed to try it finally. I love the inside, it's really cute and clean. I also am a sucker for shirts, and they have a really big selection too. The drinks we tried were the cinnamon cream cold brew, which is on tap, and a banana matcha. Both drinks were really good. Their food was good too, and I appreciate how many options they have too. This location opens at 5am, which is perfect for me to grab before I start work. It's actually a pretty large space and they even have a drive-through. It's right off of rainbow which I feel like with attract a lot of business with a whole bunch of other things being around it. I tried the caramel vanilla Base drink ever with an extra two shots. You can just tell that the quality of their coffee is good and strong here. I also love the decor inside and there be mascot. The coffee was okay and fairly priced. What was very very unsettling was the management. It was nearly 100 degrees and the girl outside for the drive through was not allowed to wear a hat or had any shade. When I talked to the manager, who was in side in air conditioning having a great time with another employee, said it was corporate policy is not to wear anything not issued by the company. When I asked for the corporate phone number and store number the manager did not know either one. It makes going back difficult considering there are other great establishments that don't have employees baking in the sun. Think Starbucks. Mariann was the one that took my order she is one of the hardest-working baristas I've seen. Every time I visit, she is constantly helping customers, making drinks, cleaning, and keeping things running smoothly. From my perspective as a customer, she often appears to be doing the majority of the work while maintaining a positive attitude and providing great service. What concerns me is that, from the outside looking in, there seems to be favoritism among management and some employees. I've noticed situations where other staff members appear less engaged while Mariann is consistently working hard. Some interactions between management, employees, and Mariann have also come across as dismissive or rude. Obviously, I only see a small part of what happens behind the scenes, but the fact that this is noticeable to customers should say something. read more
