Not happy with what I received, I ordered the horchata iced latte, it tasted nothing like it's supposed to, it tastes like just coffee that's super watered down. I got a cheese danish and they gave it to me once I got up the bag was ripped and the cheese danish fell out the bag since it was ripped from the bottom. Better Buzzed Coffee is a chic place. It has a modern design with many places to sit both inside and outside. During my visit everyone was welcoming. My husband ordered "Best Drink Ever" it was decent. I ordered the "Caramel Vanilla Latte" it was just what I was craving. We also ordered a danish the pastries are huge! The cheese in the danish was a bit sweet. Overall it was a great place to go chat. The only negative is by the water area it smelled a bit like sewer. read more

I just got done waiting 15 minutes for a coffee and wrap after ordering. Do not come here unless you plan on hanging out. Whoever operates the drive through intercom doesn't care to respond to you while you're waiting. I then drove up to the window where no one came to it. First things first, I absolutely love the coffee. 95% of the time my drink is absolutely perfect. However almost 100% of the time, my drink is ready much later than projected. Yesterday, I placed my order at 6:15 and it said ready at 6:23. It was not ready until 6:55 and made me late to work. This has happened to me multiple times where my drink is ready thirty minutes later than projected. And a woman who came into the coffee shop 10 minutes later than me got her drink much faster than me. It seems like they need to adjust their priorities in how order ahead orders are made. Another issue is i have often seen my drinks on the back counter and the person who checks the order and moves them to the pick up area takes a long time, 5-10 minutes to move them to the pick up area. At this point, there are some days I want coffee and just don't order because I know it will make me late. If they can get quicker and more logical and efficient processes, I would definitely change my rating to 5 stars. read more

I visited at 10:30am on Saturday and although they had a line in drive thru inside was pretty empty. The service was relatively fast. However I could barely read their menu because it was too small and the music was quite loud since I couldn't barely hear the barista taking my order. After I ordered a sandwich and drink, my order came to just under $20. Finally got my food and it was well prepared but I wasn't given a sleeve for my hot drink and I almost burned my hand. They were so busy and stood at the counter waiting for a sleeve but no one asked if they could help me so I reached behind the counter to get a sleeve. After getting everything I sat and eat my food. I love the best drink ever. It's the perfect blend of sweet but with that punch of coffee that I crave. I also really recommend the wrap that they have, it's got a freaking hash brown in it. I visited this location on Nellis Blvd. When they had their grand opening on the 18th, I had the Lavender Latte with Coconut Milk instead regular milk which was delicious, I also had a cheese bagel which was also delicious. I seat inside and staff was friendly and welcoming I even had a chance to meet the Manager (Lanna) and she was amazing and very knowledgeable she recommended I try the best drink ever and the better breakfast sandwich which I took to go... the best drink ever delicious and the breakfast sandwich I shared with my wife and we loved it all in all my experience was amazing I definitely recommend this place and I will be back with my family to try more items. read more

i am so fustrated! i woke up very to excited to start my day with a little buzz. i ordered thru @doordash and i don't even know where to start. The coffee is sooooo strong!! i asked for 1/2 decaf, its definetly regular coffee. My bagel was suppose to conclude cream cheese but instead it's dry and burnt. this place has been on my radar for some time especially being from cali and to experience this on my first order is crazy. i have tried contacting the coffee shop to see if they would be willing to remake my order and i pick it up BUT no one is answering the phone . $15 down the drain for a drink i can't drink and a bagel i can't eat. so dissatisfied! this is fustrating read more
