I love the best drink ever. It's the perfect blend of sweet but with that punch of coffee that I crave. I also really recommend the wrap that they have, it's got a freaking hash brown in it. I visited this location on Nellis Blvd. When they had their grand opening on the 18th, I had the Lavender Latte with Coconut Milk instead regular milk which was delicious, I also had a cheese bagel which was also delicious. I seat inside and staff was friendly and welcoming I even had a chance to meet the Manager (Lanna) and she was amazing and very knowledgeable she recommended I try the best drink ever and the better breakfast sandwich which I took to go... the best drink ever delicious and the breakfast sandwich I shared with my wife and we loved it all in all my experience was amazing I definitely recommend this place and I will be back with my family to try more items. read more

i am so fustrated! i woke up very to excited to start my day with a little buzz. i ordered thru @doordash and i don't even know where to start. The coffee is sooooo strong!! i asked for 1/2 decaf, its definetly regular coffee. My bagel was suppose to conclude cream cheese but instead it's dry and burnt. this place has been on my radar for some time especially being from cali and to experience this on my first order is crazy. i have tried contacting the coffee shop to see if they would be willing to remake my order and i pick it up BUT no one is answering the phone . $15 down the drain for a drink i can't drink and a bagel i can't eat. so dissatisfied! this is fustrating read more

This coffee shop is seriously the cutest. It's grand opening was this past Friday and my girls and I tried it Sunday. They were busy but the staff was pleasant and they were kicking out orders fast. We were so excited with Better Buzz coming to Las Vegas, and this store definitely doesn't disappoint. We were treated by everyone with a smile. While we typically order the same drink every time (cinnamon cream cold brew is the best drink) , actually ordering food was new for us. We ordered a caprese sandwich on recommendation and the Barista taking our order suggested adding egg and bacon to it..well that was a breakfast sandwich combo I wouldn't have thought to put together. I ordered 2 drinks online at 7:50 am and it said they would be ready at 8 am to pick up. I get there, drinks are not ready and I am also not the only one that has been waiting for an online order. I wait another 5 mins still nothing. I ask about my order, and the lady is so condescending when you ask, she says " we call them over there when they're ready" and I say " I ordered online so are you going to call it when it's ready and she said yes, I wait until 8:20, I'm already late for work, I have to be there at 8:30, I go up to the front again and ask for my order and I tell them I've been waiting got 20 mins already and they told me " well we are really busy right now" I tell them "that's not my problem, I ordered this 30 mins ago and it should've been done at 8 am" and then again the same lady with the headset says we'll call your order when it's ready and i said no, I ordered this online 30 mins ago it should've been ready by now, she ask for the name, I tell her , and she's asks if anyone is making the order and they tell her they are BARELY finishing it up, and she's like it's being packed up right now. I shouldn't have had to wait that long for 2 DRINKS that were ordered at 7:50 am. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Its actually the 3RD TIME. If you can not handle mobile orders then don't offer them! Same things goes with your drive thru. You have someone taking your order and they have to keep pausing and restarting your order because someone is talking in their ear which I find so unnecessary. You need to do better! I'm trying to support your business but it's getting harder each time when I'm waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks each time. The drinks should be ready at the time is says they will be. When I look at the employees there , they are in no rush to get anything done. read more

They are charging a ludicrous amount for the tiny açaí bowl that we are given. I can see pictures online that are larger yet they gave a small bowl that didn't even have a thick açaí consistency. It's like they purposely gave us less even though we ordered the deluxe. Why would anyone go here for coffee when Starbucks and Dutch exists and why would they go here for açaí bowls when Bowlology exists. They also have drive thru people wait in the drive thru rather than the parking lot which holds up everyone since people can't back up to get around the car in front of them waiting because someone is behind. So many people were frustrated and honking. read more

The caramel buzz is soo delicious. The iced latte is terrible, too harsh, too much coffee, not creamy. The customer service is ok, however the staff is very slow.
