I've driven past this place quite a bit when I'm in town. Never bothered to go in. However the people I was with definitely were known there by the bartender Alex. So we got drinks. All very good. But the winner here is the pizza. The Gold Digger pizza is AMAZING. We got it without parsley because ew. I picked off most of the peppers because it's really not my thing. But the cheese to chicken ratio is amazing. The winner is the mustard bourbon bbq sauce. It's fantastic. The whole pizza was fantastic honestly. I want to try all their pizzas now. Wow. Stopped in on a Thursday night and wow was it packed! I love seeing packed restaurants. That means the food will be great! Upon entering I was blown away by the architectural design. There were very high ceilings with a brewery type, feeling. We had to wait about 20 mins to be seated. It was well worth it though. Wings were a lil dried out, however the blue cheese made up for it. This place is a hidden gem in the Rolfe Square area. The restaurant is casual but sophisticated and the food is rustic and delicious. The restaurant has a cool vibe and offers bar seating and outdoor seating in addition to the booths and tables inside. For appetizers we ordered the meatballs and broccoli - which were both very tasty. It was so hard to narrow down the pizza choices, because they all sounded great, but we decided on The Princess and the Gold Digger which were both delicious in different ways. The staff was friendly and fun to interact with. As I walk around taking photos for my Yelp reviews, I'm very careful to not photograph other people in the restaurant, but the folks in the kitchen were happy to pose next to their awesome pizza oven. I did a little digging around and saw Bettola and a few pictures of the pizza had us interested, I am always on the hunt for a good thin crust pie. Raine was our bartender/server. We started out with the Crispy Mozz and it was easily the best I've ever had, you could tell they were made with fresh mozzarella. We moved onto the pizza, we ordered the pizza with sausage and black olive. The pizza was the best pizza I've ever had, the crust was absolutely delicious. Stopped in Tuesday night after work. Another stop on the Rhode Island foodfights tour, I do confess I've been here before and previously had the princess which was excellent, but tonight since I was dining solo, I went with my favorite pepperoni. I love the atmosphere of this place and it has a good crowd and mix of people, but I especially like that they have a revolving selection of draft beers and anytime Peroni is on draft. I am happy. The pepperoni pizza came out and it looked absolutely delicious and I can only confirm that because I ended up having three slices which is a full slice more than I would normally have. The underside is cooked perfectly and the crust is crispy and soft and warm inside. This is now the third pizza I have tried in Cranston during the month of November And I have to say these Cranston restaurants are blowing my mind with their pizzas! While dining in We noticed there were no pizzas in the oven. It had seemed that placed our pizza in a to go box. Needless to say our pizza sat in a box on the counter for 8 minutes or so before they realized we have just been staring at it. They took it out of the box put it on the pizza pan and served it to us. Needless to say, the pizza was cold and greasy. I was more offended that they didn't atleast offer to heat it up. The restaurant is small yet visually appealing. They have a nice bar and I love their pizza oven. Very nice indeed. Judging by the Yelp reviews I chose The Marilyn pizza and added prosciutto which was recommended by the establishment . My daughter chose the pink vodka pasta with chicken.
