The alligator meat was soft and not chewy or dry and "tastes like chicken." You literally cannot tell the difference by look and taste. Texturally, the meat has a slightly more chew to it than chicken, but other than that 99%+ people would not know the difference. Other dishes we had were: Pad See You (beef), Mango Curry, Tom Kha Soup, Eggplant S'il Vous Plait and Papaya Salad. Everything was delicious! Service: Great! Waitress was very attentive and came by multiple times to check on us and refill our water without asking. She also came by when it was the last call before the kitchen closed to see if we wanted to order other dishes or desserts. The prices have gone up some from their old menu, but the portions have also gotten bigger. Their new menu items are great and I look forward to trying out more of their new items as well as the old, traditional items.

Mild flavor and not crazy strong. I nursed it throughout my entire meal. The Fresh Spring Rolls were as the name advertised. Vegetarian with tofu inside. Interesting thing is that it was served with two sauces, but the traditional peanut sauce but also a Thai Sweet Chili sauce. I decided to combine both sauces onto my Spring Rolls. Surprisingly, the two sauces complemented each other pretty well. The Yellow Curry was smooth and thick (not watery like some places). Rich is flavor. I can probably just eat some plain rice with just the curry sauce and I would be happy. It's that good. The Crispy Chicken with Ginger Rice was a crowd favorite as well. The chicken itself was solid but pretty standard. The ginger rice added a unique flavor to the dish. I've never had ginger rice at a restaurant before. I had to get up and go inside to ask for to go containers and had to wait even longer for the check although I asked for both at the same time. I also had to ask repeatedly for the Togo order and was left waiting on that then waited even longer with the waitress never coming back for the check. I had to end up walking inside and paying with a random person at the counter. This totaled over a 40 minute wait with my family eventually leaving with the kids and me waiting to box our food and pay because it was taking so long which is unacceptable. Unfortunately with the overall flavor issues and the lack of customer service I won't be back.

Older 70's/80's music was playing in the background so it didn't feel like being in a Thai Restaurant especially with all the American antiques on one side of the restaurant. There are a handful of tables (seating for 4 people), but they do have room for larger parties. Food (4.5/5 stars): We really enjoyed our food. They had great flavors. The portion size was not big, but the price also reflected the smaller portion size compared to other Thai restaurants in town.
