Saw this place while walking down Atlantic Ave and decided to give it a try. Especially since there was a Groupon! My boyfriend is from Philadelphia and he said it was pretty good. I think their rolls are from Philly as well. We got a side of fried pickle chips and the batter had a nice spicy kick. There are some tables to sit at outside but that's it. I love this place! I haven't even had a cheesesteak here yet, because I always order the turkey hoagie. I know. Who orders a turkey sub at a cheesesteak place? Ladies and gentlemen, that would be me. The turkey hoagie is absolutely delicious and it's always awesome. My boyfriend usually opts for the chicken cheesesteak with cheez whiz and he's a big fan. This place has the best french fries ever! I'm amazed at the consistency of this place. It's always quick and tasty. my first trip to delray beach and I see this place across the street from my hotel. read the reviews here and decided to try it. Being a bit of a cheese snob I didn't try the steak with cheese whiz or american cheese. I just can't bring myself to eat that stuff. I ordered a cheese steak wit(h) onions and provolone cheese, frys and a soda. The cheese steak was awesome! The sauteed onions added the perfect hint of flavor. Great quality cuts of beef. no excess fat, very little grease(for a cheese steak) If you know beef, you can taste the difference. ;) I added some mustard and hot sauce for my perfect cheese steak. The french fry's were cooked to order, Perfectly. Not soggy, not dark, just perfect crisp on the outside and a well cooked potato inside. Vic & Angelo's down the street could learn something by using clean oil to cook with, and proper temperature. The soda was plain diet coke. Kind of ironic to get a diet soda and a cheese steak, but you might as well make the calories good ones. This place is great! I'm going here for sure next time i'm in Delray Beach. read more

Had this for the very first time & the cheesesteak was pretty tasty!! I had mine with a little marinara & lots of cheese & it was like a meaty dream. I think everyone that's in Delray Beach needs to stop by here for a delicious Philly Cheesesteak! A great place to stop by if you're in the area. Downtown delray can be a bit pricey and this place is nice and budget friendly. I got the chicken philly and it was perfect! Added lettuce tomato and ranch it was very flavorful! The parking situation kinda sucks but all of downtown delray parking does there's no escaping it even for a quick bit. I heard that this place was legit, being from Philly myself and a cheesesteak coonosier. In short, the two guys behind the counter on Thursday 11/28/22 @ 10:30pm felt it was more important to talk to each other, dance and joke around, instead of cooking the food...while 5 customers waited and watched. They moved slower than the DMV, which is almost impossible. I stood and waited over 30 minutes for a cheesesteak and fries, which turned out to be pretty decent. But, what really turned me off was that one of the cooks was texting on his phone with the same gloves on that he was preparing the food with, back and forth from handling food and then texting....all in plain view of everyone, which made me realize this guy was clueless about cross contamination and handling other people's food with care. The glass face of a cell phone is one of the most germ riddled things out there, and was now on every piece of food this guy touched. This was some horrible and disgusting demonstrations of proper sanitary practice. If I owned this place, I would fire them both on the spot and take over the kitchen myself before I let them run this place into the ground. So, if you like your steaks with some of the cook's personal hygiene mixed, this is the place. read more

Place is dirty and only the one gentlemen working there was more concerned about reading funny texts o. His phone than waiting on customers. Also, touching his phone, hair, mask and face without changing his gloves or washing his hands. Was so concerned about food safety actually threw out food that was so greasy it was literally dripping through the paper bag. I was just there in Feb of 2021. Very under staffed, took a while to order and then finally get food. The sandwich was ok at best and you'll need to pay extra to actually get enough meat to make it a real sandwich. BECAREFUL...I checked my credit card statement and they added gratuity to the bill. I can see if they leave a tip jar on the counter but adding 18% after the customer paid and left is theft. read more

Came to this spot twice while I was visiting my buddy who lived in the area. The reason why we came to this place twice is because the food was really good and they were located in a convenient location. The first time I went I ordered a regular cheesesteak with the cheese whiz on it. The sandwich was great. I go a bag of chips with it. The total was $13 for the lunch, which wasn't cheap but I felt like the quality was nice. My friend was pretty stuffed after his meal and gave me one of the friend Twinkies he ordered. This was awesome. The second time we went back a couple of days later I ordered the same cheesesteak because I enjoyed it so much the first time around. The second time was very good too but not as enjoyable as the first. In addition to the cheesesteak I ordered a mozzeralla sticks, which was pretty good, as well as a fried pickles which was good too. I would recommend checking this spot out if you are in the area and want some fast casual food. read more

I ordered delivery through an app. It took awhile so I called. The man who picked up was rude & hung up the phone on me. I called again & he once again hung up the phone. The third time I called, I tried to act like a random person asking for the manager. He said he was the owner (the same guy who picked up the phone twice before). He was rude and couldn't care less about my order/money spent. I don't write Yelp reviews (first ever time- I'm 20) but I know how to recognize someone in the hospitality industry who is the opposite of hospitable. He claimed he had a line of people at his door, at nearly 3am, and that's okay but I've worked at countless restaurants and when you work at one, or a hotel or anything hospitality, you treat your customers with kindness and understanding. So the cheesesteaks were really good. One small problem, when we called to preorder our food, they put me on hold..... for eight minutes. Being from Philly.... there is nothing like a true Philly steak....but for FLorida....we wouldn't trade this place for the world. The bread is flown in....the steak is a bit chinsy....but if you want a good quick sandwich at a high price.... you're in luck. Make sure you ask them to fry the steak dry... otherwise the grease will make your experience messy and hard on the stomach.... but when you get it done dry, you'll be okay....
