My daughter recommended this place after seeing it online. Make sure to check in prior to arrival. The service was great.The menu is great. The food is fantastic ! They do a great job. The food is fresh, hot and hands down the best in the area. If you try it, you will never look at any of the other Breakfast chains the same. They also have drinks and sandwiches. Good breakfast place, but expensive and they can take a long time to seat and serve you. Usually very busy especially on weekends, and can be loud. I don't like their homemade sausage, or bacon and would not recommend. Unfortunately that's all they have too. Kids like the pancakes and waffles. Eggs are eggs. Doesn't take a wizard. First thing I noticed when I walked in were the host and servers with smiling faces, nothing brightens a Sunday morning better. I ordered the Cajun omelette, it consists of crawfish, andouille sausage with tomatoes and onions. The omelette comes with one side and an order of a biscuit or toast. Well after spending 20 mins waiting I go inside to ask the wait time because I wasn't told, and it was 1.5 hours. But in that time we were waiting, we saw couples come in with our same party size and get sitting before us. The same for larger groups too. Just stay home and cook your food. I don't get why it has 3 stars and a half! I liked this place. Definitely seems more like a 4 stars on Yelp place to me. Went here with my little cousin for breakfast. I got shrimp and grits and she just got a biscuit because she had Krispy Kreme while we waited for a table. Lol. I think it was just a 15 minute wait, or even less. I guess waiting for food or a seat in a restaurant isn't really an American/Western thing. People would rather just go get McDonald's especially around here (from my limited interactions with Southerners) but I got my cousin to try something new. Seeing the crowd and a 15 minute wait was like unfathomable to her which was kinda cute and funny to me. In Hong Kong and Los Angeles people will wait hours for a seat in a well reviewed restaurant, but after my cousin's reaction to waiting I realized that nearly everyone waiting in line for food ends up being... Asian. Maybe with one token white friend tagging along, looking super annoyed that he was dragged into waiting. Shrimp and grits was the best I've had. I had some at Bacon Bros. in Greenville and I preferred the ones here. Bacon Bros. definitely had a good version but it was done pretty differently so not exactly an even comparison. Remember that I'm a Filipina/German hybrid from Los Angeles so I'm the LAST person to know shit about Southern food. My little cousin is from West Georgia and she really really liked her biscuit so that's awesome. Only gripe is the fruit side was really really unripe and gross. It was that kind of fruit side that cheap places have which I hate with a passion. Unripe and hard, not sweet Honeydew and watermelon, non crunchy grapes, etc. I just saw that the chef/owner has won a James Beard award so I was like the fuck? If your fruit side is gonna be like the gross fruit cups Sodexo (a prison food supplier) provides for my college, just don't offer it at all. It's like an insult to how great your food is. read more

We had never been bc the wait was always so long. Now during Covid 19 it's only open for delivery, maybe curbside too. We had breakfast delivered last weekend and all the great reviews I've previously were true. This place did not disappoint. First of all having breakfast delivered is usually not great. Food is cold and just never tastes the same. This place did everything possible to ensure our food was delivered promptly and hot. It was obvious that they put the effort in to making sure your order was delivered exactly as you wanted it. The pancakes were outstanding to the point that I ate them for 3 days bc the were so big and so delicious. The eggs were good and the bacon cooked to perfection. So happy we were able to finally try their food! We will become regular customers line or no line this place is worth the wait. read more

My mom and I had breakfast here on Easter, so of course it was quite busy! There was a thirty minute wait for two so we decided to split a maple flavored hero doughnut (which was heavenly!) and have a coffee. There ended up being a couple of spots at the bar, so we snagged those instead of further waiting. After looking over the menu, I decided to get an egg skillet to balance out the sweetness of the doughnut. It was two scrambled eggs with mushrooms, other veggies, and potatoes. Cheese and avocado on top, paired with a couple of slices of whole wheat bread (I'm guessing house made because it was so airy!) the skillet itself was quite big, I had about half and saved the rest for later. We also took home some of their cranberry granola wish is super yummy and has a good amount of sweetness/crunch. It is more on the pricey side for two people, but it's a popular place. I do think I could have made something like the skillet at home... what sold me was the bread and doughnut. Overall though, I found BBB to be a nice brunch spot. Stopped in late morning to try with my son. Short wait and staff was friendly. Our server, Madelyn was great and attentive. She even let us know she needed to attend to a large group that just arrived. Didn't feel rushed and appreciated her letting us know. I had the BBB skillet. It was good and right portion. Wasn't a fan of the hash cakes. They were fine, just not for me. Son had steak and eggs. He's picky, but devoured everything. Only negative was the Bloody Mary. The bacon is spectacular, and the grits had a flavour profile that was totally different from any grits I have had, yet delicious. Service was excellent. The only knock is that the portion sizes are rather average. In fact, I have never been served a smaller serving of grits anywhere. They would also benefit from having a host at the front at all times as well. After that the service went downhill except for another waitress who was much more pleasant. As for the food, I got the chicken biscuit with a side of grits. The chicken was GREAT. Breakfast is the most important meal Of the day. So why not let it be the most satisfying. I'm a sucker for good southern cooking. Who doesn't love thick bacon and fresh sausage to compliment eggs and potatoes. While I live in Florida, this is my go to breakfast spot whenever I'm visiting family. The food and the service here were both exceptional. I got the avocado toast and a side of bacon. The avocado toast was perfection. The eggs were meticulously poached such that the egg whites were tender and the yolk spilled out in yellow runny goodness when the egg was pierced. There was a hearty helping of seasoned avocado mash on thick, honey flavored delicious whole wheat toast. There was arugula and pick de Gallo and red pepper flakes on top for extra texture and flavor. So good. The bacon was just average, a little burned. Coffee here was from Royal Cup and tastes like tar, but that's not the restaurant's fault. I really loved my server Alice. She was so warm and friendly and regularly checked on us to refill drinks. We got our order within 20 min of ordering and all our food came out at the same time despite one person in our party coming 10 min late. Finding it was a bit of a challenge for this out-of-towner, the sign isn't very visible and it's behind the Krispy Kreme, which would've got our business if not for family assistance. Our large group sat on the patio, perfect for the kiddos in our group. Our waiter was informative and patient. Being a curious Texan I tried the Texas Cowboy skillet and the spicy entree measured up! Completely full of flavor. The best part was their pepper biscuit. I could go for those alone. I should've tried their bacon since it's part of their niche, their own hog farm and all.
