    Creole Omlette

Really fabulous breakfast with so many options it was hard to decide what to eat. Also, we went around 10:30 AM and could have had lunch items too! Wow, I was impressed. Not too busy that we had to wait, we had a booth fairly quickly. Service was spot on, our waitperson, Ashleigh, was super cool and friendly. I had The Screamin Demon, which is a fried chicken sandwich, it was really good. Perfect amount of spice, not hot at all in my opinion. My husband had the Big Bad Hot Brown because it's a local thing to order and he really liked it. Lots of food. Our friend had the Creole Omlette and she said it was really good. Large pieces of shrimp and a nicely seasoned sauce. I enjoyed our visit, and will return to any location I manage to stumble upon. Highly recommend visiting one near you.

We visited BBB on a Saturday morning and the place was hopping! We were quickly seated and I asked the waitress for some recommendations. She highlighted some of the popular menu items, and, in the end, we placed an order for one breakfast burrito and three breakfast platters. Our food arrived pretty quickly. I was so looking forward to some sausage gravy and theirs was pretty good, although I would have loved for it to have been served a little hotter. My eggs, sausage, and potato cakes were all very good and my dining companions also enjoyed their meals. My husband, who judges his breakfast by how good the bacon is, was very pleased. The only drawback was that it was a bit loud inside, but I guess anytime you have that many people in one room it gets a little loud. All in all, we had a great experience and would recommend BBB to others looking for a good place for brunch.

Very tasty, the smoked sausage was one of the best I've ever had! Service was great, and food came out quickly

Yes, I certainly recommend Big Bad Breakfast! We went today for brunch after church and we had such a great time. Our server was Nicole and she was so enthusiastic and delightful. The restaurant is very large and bright. There's even a small fireplace surrounded by a counter that is unexpectedly cozy. BBB has a 2 sided menu that is loaded with so many items, it almost took me forever to decide. I chose to order the Big Bad Skillet, Three eggs, scrambled, Big Bad bacon, Big Bad sausage, ham, onions, potatoes and cheddar cheese. Served with toast or biscuit. You can have them make any changes to it that you'd like. I had them cut the onions and put the ground sausage on the side and gave it to my husband, that loves sausage. He chose a Belgian Waffle that came with Whipped Cream, Strawberries & Blueberries. He also chose 3 Strips of Mild Bacon. We didn't have a very long wait. Nicole had also told me that my meal came with a side, a biscuit, wheat toast and white toast. She talked me into the big biscuit. It came with whipped butter and my choice of jellies. I chose peach! The biscuit was BIG, and it was called a Pepper Biscuit. I'm not a fan of pepper, but the BBB's pepper Biscuit was really good. We had a delicious time! Our server, Nicole was great. Their hours are 7:00am to 2:30 pm.

Great breakfast and brunch spot in Louisville. They have several locations too! The fruit on the waffle was super fresh and the biscuits had a great taste. The omelet was a big portion! Definitely enough to split with someone and maybe get a waffle! The steak n eggs were a hit and of course we had to get a bruleed grapefruit on the side! Our server was super sweet and recommended several things and brought us different jams to taste. The inside is decorated super cute with the led sign too!

BBB is your classic breakfast spot with a good selection and crowded on the weekends. The service was friendly and the food was solid. Quality fresh squeezed OJ and the biscuit which is a part of many dishes was good, but nothing special. The huevos was unique as grits were added in and were a good breakfast option outside of the classic. The creole omelet with tomato gravy was filling and the seafood was fresh and well seasoned.

come for the biscuit! it just crumbles softly and the flavor is top notch! great options and great pricing. i came early on a saturday and my service was nice and quick, not busy at all so it wasn't noisy. the place is cutely decorated as well.

Our first brunch at the new location of BBB. Welcome to Middletown! I used Yelp to get on the waiting list and at 12:30p there wasn't an issue to walk in without it. I appreciated being seated at a booth per my waiting list request. My teen got the chicken and waffles - delicious! They have a bit of a kick to them so keep your water glass filled. The sausage biscuits and gravy was perfect and not spicy. I added an egg and split this with my teen, while also ordering an egg and biscuit sandwich. It comes with cheese. My bacon was $3.50 which wasn't worth the up charge. Coffee is basic and worth it when you need the kick. Our only issue with today's experience was the service and it was specific to our server. She went MIA after taking our order. Thankfully other team members filled in for her with delivering our food and bringing us more coffee and water (although I had to walk up to the bar for help). I watched all of her tables looking for her to request service, from paying their bill to getting other items and drinks. It was disappointing to leave a gratuity for her rather than another server. Several tables inside. If you visited Zeggz in the past, it's the same layout but fun artwork. Where do I get a copy of Mona Lisa drinking her coffee?! We will be back and I'm confident with another server it'll be a 5-star hotel experience. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge but the pizza place next to it doesn't open until BBB closes.

We recently had a wonderful breakfast at this location in Middletown. We arrived at a busy time and had about a 20 minute wait. Next time I will join the waitlist before arriving. We ordered biscuits and sausage gravy, Brulé grapefruit, French toast and scrambled eggs. Everything was really good! Our server Ty was so friendly and helpful and guiding us in our decisions. I'll look forward to another great breakfast in the near future!

I'm not sure if the $2 version was a smaller size or only offered at certain times, but honestly... the drinks were still worth it. The flavor was amazing, and unlike a lot of brunch drinks that taste watered down, these were actually strong. Two glasses definitely had me feeling tipsy, so I can't complain too much there. The main reason I took off a star was the parking situation and accessibility concerns. The handicap parking is positioned perpendicular to the main road, which honestly feels unsafe when backing out. If someone already has mobility or visibility limitations, backing directly into a busy road can be stressful and dangerous. The rest of the parking area is also gravel, which can be difficult to navigate with mobility aids, wheelchairs, walkers, or even just for someone unsteady on their feet. It's one of those situations where it's great that handicap parking exists close to the entrance, but the actual setup still creates challenges. Outside of that, the drinks themselves were genuinely really good, the atmosphere was fun, and I'd probably still come back for another brunch date.

The burrata was so well balanced with the accompanying tomato, the tuna was so juicy and well seared, and the lemon sorbet had me dreaming of lemons for hours after. The food is genuinely worth the price point! If you care though, the restaurant is VERY plain. There is very little personality in the decor, and aside from some unconventional chairs and a tile floor by the bar, nothing really sticks out as pleasing to the eye. I chose this restaurant for Valentine's Day to have a romantic, intimate atmosphere, and the vibe was giving summer camp lunch. The floor plan is very open and super grey, with plain wood tables. Even the servers were in very casual clothing. Any other night this would have been fine, but for Valentine's Day, I wish I had picked something more romantic. Overall I really enjoyed the food here and will for sure be back, just not for any special occasions.
