Exchanged a few texts, got a quote for $45.00 for the glare strip. Made the appointment for today. Checked in, discussed some other windshield tinting more for heat reflection, but decided to just get the glare strip. 40 minutes later, perfect job done and I couldn't be happier! Great job!

I had sent a quote request for ceramic auto tinting and this amongst other four businesses had responded back to me. It was easy to send up appointment and there was someone online to assist you if you had any questions on that end. Second, what really sold me about this place is that they had a demonstration of how each tint performed in sun with light bulbs as an example and that it was only five minutes from where I live. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. He offered insight about night driving with certain levels of tints and offer to used his vehicle as an example! Finally third their work is amazing! Tint looked amazing from all angles and did what it needed to do. I ended up getting the triple layer ceramic tint which was a little bit on the higher side of price but worth every penny especially in this Vegas heat. My car is cooler than without the ceramic tint when I enter the vehicle and the air conditioner cools down the vehicle in less than few minutes top! That's in about 90ish degree Fahrenheit weather but we will see how it performs in 100+ degree weather in the next few months. Be mindful with anything below 20% tint at night because it will be dark! The privacy and aesthetic is the perk though! So if you are looking for a place to tint your windows, try this place out if it is in the area!

While they were preparing my windshield, I was informed about some scratches on the inside of the glass that I hadn't even been aware of. I was warned that these might become more noticeable after the tint was applied. Fortunately, they turned out to be less noticeable than I had expected. He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Alfredo & his crew are at the highest level when it comes to the body shop industry. I had a really messed up panel near the left rear wheel. I called a lot of body shops for time & price estimates & was quoted a week to two weeks. All of them said the panel was not repairable & that I had to replace the whole panel. They quoted me 7,000 to 10,000 dollars. I then contacted Alfredo and sent him a picture of the panel. He told me that he would charge me a small fraction of what I was quoted to repair it. I took it in at 10 am & was called to go pick it up at 2 pm. He then charged me the exact same price he quoted me! He only did metal work & used no putty! Timely service, easy to contact, reasonable price, results above my expectations. I'll be coming here again for any auto body work I need. I found this place from the good reviews I found online. My car had dents and scratches that needed repairs. The soonest that larger repair shops could see me for an estimate was 3 months. Alfredo, however, was able to get me an estimate the same day. Now as a heads up to the reader: I was a little surprised when I pulled up at the address. I wasn't expecting it to be at what appears to be his house. But really, who cares as long as the results are good. And the results were great! He even vacuumed and got a nice shine on my car. My son was hit from behind so I was referred by my mechanic to Alfredo. He came by the shop and took a look and said that he could take care of it on the same day. All I had to do was call the insurance comapny of the person the hit my car and tell him that I wanted him to repair and to set up the rental for me!!! That was the easiest call to get this repair done! When finished the work was great. Could't even tell that the bumper had been replaced. I needed to fix the back bumper and side wheel well on my 2016 Nissan truck that was damaged from a hit and run driver. I met with three repair shops for an estimate. I chose BIg Boys Toys on San Diego Street to make repairs because I did not want to have my truck tied up for over a week as the other repair shops stated and I liked Alfredo and Julian's attitude. The work initially completed on my 1969 Chevelle was repairing a deep scratch on the taillight housing. In our first meeting, Pablo closely inspected the damage, used a color-matching device to analyze the paint, then stated he'd work on it quickly once he receives the housing. He was super focused and left me with a good impression, but I've heard all of this before... To my complete surprise the taillight housing was completed within 24 hours AND the Cortez Silver paint matched perfectly! I was SO impressed with the taillight housing, I wanted my new sport mirrors painted as well. Ditto! Same superior results. Fast, Perfect Color, Quality Work, Great Price. So awesome to deal with a person/business that cares a LOT about your interests.
