The worst oil change experience I've had. - My car was literally smoking like a chimney when idling after the oil change. I had to rush it back to the shop, and it turn out to be oil spilled on the engine that was burning off. - They advertised the service as a full synthetic oil change for $49.99. However, they charged me $75. Apparently the price didn't include the disposal fee, and my car (chevy sonic) used a filter their deal didn't cover. However, they didn't notify me of this until after they ran my card. - They store their tires in the waiting area, offgassing their customers. The place stinks to high heaven. read more

My experience at BigO Tires was great! Went there for synthetic oil change, and ended up getting new tires, brake fluid flushed, and coolant replaced. My husband confirmed it was time to replace the tires and to have the flushes done. I wanted radial tires and they showed me what they had and told me the features of each. They discounted my bill enough to make me happy. I always go there for my oil changes, and this was the first time I needed extra work done. They seem to have done a great job, and I know if I have any issues, they will take care of them. A big thank you to Miss Heather for all her help. I will definitely continue to go there. read more

we had a super low pressure front passenger tire & Big O told us they found a nail and couldn't patch it so they'd sell us a new tire. We paid $150.96 for the tire and all they did was fill it with air to remove our TPS indicator light and send us on our way. it was low again so we took it to Tire Works and they verified that the nail is still there and the tire is not new. A neighbor said they did the same to her mother in law a month ago. Definitely wouldn't trust them with your money or time! read more

I went in to swap rims as my current ones are cracked. They told me it would take two hours. Two hours later, my car hasn't been touched yet. It took me 5.5 hours to have them swap two of my rims. They also left dirty handprints on the interior and tore the trunk water seal while moving the rims in and out of my car. My tire ended up leaking afterwords. I have been to 8 tire shops in my time and have never had such a frustrating experience before. read more

Made a phone call and spoke with Isabel, and she was so helpful in assisting me in getting my tire installed as soon as possible due to a flat right after a long day at work. She was so helpful and kind and got me in quick. Service was quick as well. Got my tire changed and vehicle ready to go in an hour. I brought my wife's vehicle for an alignment and purchased the $99 alignment and my wife drove it home. I finally drove it 3 days later and it had a drift pulling right. I called them and was told u purchased the cheapest alignment with no warranty. I understand that, but it was an issue that they didn't get right and over many years of getting alignments I have always been able to get a tweak when the job wasn't quite right, not them. JoJo examined the tires and Explained me that even the profile was Still good on the tires but on the side all Over cracked and it would be dangerous To put air in the tires. He also warned me Not to drive gravel road as well mind the Muddy road. My tires made it trough the Trip but first place I came in and had new Tires installation arranged with BigOTires I have chosen tires they are better profile And quality then the usual once. Got it down there about 12 he had a ton of cars to do , but he said leave it I'll do it they close at 4. He called at 330 and it was done. He repaired the tire for a reasonable price. If I could give it a ZERO I would!! Warning.....DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I've been coming to this store since 2018 , they've worked on all 3 of my cars but after today I will not go anymore nor will I let anyone I know go either!so today I went in for a routine oil change , pick up my car and go to the grocery store, when I get there OIL is spilling everywhere and i mean ALOT of oil. It was so bad that the car wasn't driving correctly so threw on hazards and proceed to go back to this establishment. As soon as I get there I tell Desiree what happened and she says "" we will take a look and get back to you" I proceeded to tell her that im upset and should get a refund and she repeated the same line 2 more times. I was livid!! Took a lot out of me to not go off. She NEVER apologized for what happened, told me I can't get a refund because they are fixing the problem which was their mistake !! Not even a sorry, can't give you a refund but next oil change is on us! Absolutely nothing! Her customer service skills are horrible, she doesn't care about what happened and how extremely dangerous that mistake could have been not to mention costly! We all know what can happen to your engine with no oil... im extremely upset and I feel im owed not only an apology but a refund as well.. Desiree does not deserve to be upfront dealing with customers with her I don't care attitude!! I also want to hear back from management!! read more
