Food - This was my first time here and the food was so good, made to order which means it was fresh and not warmed up. Service - Staff was super courteous and nice, great customer service, I was even surprised they brought out my order to hand it me personally. Ambiance - It is a very chill environment, relaxing place to have lunch and conversation, very clean and organized. 10/10 will be back again

I ordered the classic burger without red onion and cheese for takeout. Even though I am vegan I am not a fan of majority of vegan cheeses, so I can't tell you what it tastes like with the cheese. Overall the burger was tasty. The fries were so yummy, the seasoning on them were great. Also the bliss sauce was very delicious, it really brought everything together! The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars was because I felt like the actual burger patty was so thin, and if you want another one it was an additional $4. And they didn't offer a combo with a burger, fries and a drink. So if you want that it will be a little bit more.

Blissful Burger in San Antonio was a real surprise! The all-vegan cheeseburger was absolutely delicious, and the fries were cooked to perfection. Stopped in while visiting for work and will definitely be back.

Walking up to this place it feels like a little hole on the wall. The menus great you as you walk in and you go around the corner to order. I ordered the JBR and my friend ordered the homie. I ordered fries and he got the blissed fries, he also got a strawberry milkshake. I was pleased with the presentation. Everything came out hot and looked great. The bacon in my burger was extremely crispy to the point I felt like it was stabbing my mouth. The burger itself was nice. My friend enjoyed his food but the sauce on his fries was a little much. Overall it was okay but not something I would particularly crave. I didn't feel like the price matched the quality or quantity of product. It's a nice change of restaurants that focuses on burgers with a heathy twist. Staff did come check on us periodically and were friendly. The restaurant was clean but not much foot traffic so you're not overwhelmed with noise. I would give it a second chance and try something different. The fries were on point and I bet some of there other snacks are as well. I'd be back when in the area.

I typically do not eat vegan, but I decided to give this place a try after seeing it on door dash! This month my husband and I are fasting all meat, cheese, etc. I am so glad I gave it a try! I was nervous at the first bite, but so happily surprised at how great it tasted. It looked delicious and tasted so also. I would highly recommend this to anyone vegan, or someone wanting to try something outside of their comfort zone.

First time at the new location! I was nearby so I decided to grab a burger before I headed back downtown where I live. Use to order from here all the time when they were on the Southside. The burgers are always amazing. I sit here a half hour after they opened and there was one person in front of me. The OPEN sign is flashing but other than that, the place looks closed. The chairs are still on the table from the night before and the lights are so dim. It's not giving off very welcoming vibes at the moment. I'm not complaining by any means but I am also a repeat customer. If I was a first timer though, I might not give this place a try simply because it doesn't look inviting. The food is definitely worth trying but they do need to work on the ambience.

This is a bite into their "Blissful Burger" flavor to the max!

My review, is literally in the name..."Blissful Burgers". I ordered the 'Blissful Burger' (A+), blissed fries (A+), chili cheese dawg (A+) and mushrooms (D+). The burgers were great. Not only are they delicious they are juicy. I've had my fair share of dry vegan burgers but that is not the case here. With it's robust flavor, it is hard to distinguish it from a cooked meat burger. So, you get all the flavor without the heaviness and guilt of eating meat. When I tell you that these burgers are a homerun, they hit every base... presentation, taste and sustainability! When it was time to eat the hot dog, I literally had to cut it with a knife, in small pieces, to make sure it wasn't meat. Everything about that dawg was so GOOD. I wish they had a combo where you could get a burger and a dawg. They can call it the "Blissed combo" Now I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical about the french fries only having three ingredients...fries, cheese and grilled onions but you need these fries in your life. For starters the fries are cooked and season to PERFECTION. Slathered in cheese and grilled onions, this is the kind of thing you eat sitting on your couch while enjoying the game. The only good thing about the mushrooms were that they were hot and fresh. Only if they would have seasoned their mushrooms the way they seasoned their fries and their burgers. We wished we had not ordered the mushrooms.

The food was really good. My daughter and I (both not vegan/vegetarian) really enjoyed the food. It's pretty pricy though. 2 burgers, 1 order of fries and 2 drinks was over $40. The fake bacon was surprisingly good, and the patties were tasty. The fries were great.

First time coming here with the family and only 1 of us is vegan. Overall the food was pretty good. I had a JBR burger with fries and don't have anything bad to say about it. Loved the onion rings and ranch it came with. My brother had the patty melt and said he loved it and would recommend anyone to order that one especially those skeptical of vegan food. The place was small but not too crowded and kept clean. The people that worked there were nice and I would recommend anyone to come try this place!

My goodness, if this is the best you can do at making French fries, I hope to the powers above that this below average run of the mill excuse for a "burger restaurant " gets what they deserve. $9.82 for a few burnt fries, my lord....

At first it did take me a moment to find the place as the building itself doesn't say the restaurant name (written on a chalk board) but thankfully found it and came at a time when it wasnt crowded. Inside definitely doesn't give restaurant vibes. It gives more of a home vibe and has alot of board games and crayons/paints you can do. Also they have a game console in the back which is pretty cool if you like playing Mario cart. It did seem a bit dark inside as not much lights were on but once sun came out was able to see. The guy that took our order was very nice and helped us understand some of the items on the menu. He even gave us a discount for being first time customers which I appreciated. It take take some time to get our food but when we did it was all fresh and hot. We had ordered a few tacos. My brother had the phish tacos and they were actually pretty good. It almost tasted like real fish and definitely would consider getting the next time I visit. They also have us some salsa which was also delicious and tasted great with all our tacos. I did like the potato and egg I had too. It did throw me off when I tasted it with corn tortilla but it was still good. I prefer potato and egg over the bean and cheese but that's just my preference. I did order the pozole soup with jack fruit and tasted pretty good. It looked really pretty and alot of good stuff in the soup. I do feel it needed some more lime or something else but it was good regardless. Overall it was a better experience than I expected and my family even said they would consider coming back here. Can be pricy depending what you order but worth a try at least once. Another good vegan restaurant.

The food feels like the chefs were given good quality materials, but had no idea what to do with them. We ordered a funghi pizza to share then a cinghiale, a costine (short ribs), and a dentice (bass). Funghi pizza was the only dish that made coming worth it at all. It had a nice flavor, but if you're expecting the notes of an earthy mushroom flavor, don't. It's just a nicer version of a standard cheese pizza topped with some onions and mushroom. The cinghiale was just stunningly mediocre. The meat was flavorful, but the pasta itself was shockingly bland. It was just so... ok. The dentice was the best of the 3 individual dishes, but it is just what you would expect some average short ribs with random sauce to taste. The costine was just terrible. Salty on the outside, yet flavorless on the inside. Avoid at all costs. The service was passable, but they clearly overwork their servers as one server just handles an entire section and is too overwhelmed to be timely. I came to cheer myself up, but honestly it only made dinner comically worse. I seriously can't imagine what would cause someone to rate this as 5 stars. Maybe if they thought Olive Garden was 4.5, then I guess this would barely be a 5 in comparison? Either way, if you're looking for good food for your dinner, keep looking. You won't find it here.

Every dish feels thoughtfully curated with tried-and-true recipes rooted in Chef Luca and his family's Northern Italian traditions. This is the kind of place where quality takes priority over quantity. Our server, Gary, was fantastic. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian food and wine. His recommendations were spot-on and his enthusiasm felt so genuine. We started with a bread basket accompanied by a little sampling of tapenade, which was savory, briny, and a perfect complement to the warm bread. Came in with a group of four, we kicked things off with the burrata starter--a surprisingly fun and shareable adventure of baked burrata, fresh crostini, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and basil cream. There was a lot happening on the plate, but it all worked beautifully together. For our entrées, we ordered the Tartufo, Cinghiale, Bolognese, and Carbonara. And let me just say, the Tartufo was a full-on dinner performance. Gary brought out steaming hot tagliatelle pasta and tossed it tableside inside a giant wheel of Parmesan. He then topped it with crab meat in brown butter before finishing it with a generous shaving of truffle. Every bite was like a perfectly timed symphony of flavors--rich, savory, buttery, and earthy, with nothing outshining the other. I'd put this dish up against anyone's nonna. I sampled the other three entrées as well, and every one was delicious. The gnocchi in the Cinghiale is an absolute must-try--pillowy, texturally delightful, and packed with flavor. Thank you, Nonna Osteria, for such an epic culinary experience. And a special shoutout to Gary for guiding us through the menu and making an already great dinner even better.
