I am very picky about my eggs benedict. Very few restaurants get them right. Typically, the eggs are very overcooked or very undercooked. Lili's get them perfect every time!! Plus, they have several options too. My favorite is the BAT Benedict. Their hollandaise sauce is amazing too. Their other menu items are equally delicious. Came here around 10:30 for Easter brunch with family. We were told there would be about a 30 minute wait. Put our name on the list. Waited outside in the cold as there was no waiting area inside. Got a call that our table was ready a little after 11:00. Walked inside to three VERY young hostesses in the front who seemed very unorganized and confused. They kept looking at each other and mumbling amongst themselves, and then finally the youngest of the three (who did not appear to be any older than 9 years old) told us that our table was taken by another family who helped themselves to the table. I asked if the situation could be corrected by asking the other party to wait their turn, to which the little girl responded, "Well, that would be awkward." Very dismissive and unprofessional, but I didn't expect a professional response from a child. I requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The manager seemed more inconvenienced than concerned and advised us to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the next available table. At no point was an apology offered for their oversight, nor was there any effort made to acknowledge or resolve the situation in a customer-focused manner. If the manager and the hostesses of a diner lack professionalism, organization, and accountability on the frontline, it raises concerns about their overall operations and the integrity and quality of their food preparation in the back. I will not be returning to this establishment and will make sure to advise all my friends, colleagues, and family to stay away from this place. read more

Starting with the positives, service was very quick, staff super friendly, location is convenient, looks great inside, food came very fast and surprised even on Easter with a lot of people rotating through wasn't a wait. Only reason going mid way on the rating is the food is just ok. We tried 5 different breakfasts and nothing I would tell people to go out of their way to come and get. Normal average breakfast place. I'd still come again it wasn't that bad but I can't say I'd recommend anymore than say IHOP. read more

Really nice and relaxed breakfast place. My smoked bacon was a little chewy (not fatty, just thick cut and maybe not as crispy as I'd prefer), but my eggs and fruit were perfect. Brunch at Lili's is a nice brunch spot in Frisco in a strip mall off of Dallas Parkway. It has a small indoor dining area with tables and booths and a nice outdoor patio seating area. The brunch menu has a lot of options and they also have a lunch menu for those who prefer non brunch food. We came here at 9 AM on a Sunday and we were the second table seated. By 10 AM, all of the indoor tables were full and many of the outdoor patio seatings were taken. Ambiance: the inside of Brunch at Lili's is very clean and inviting. They have large glass windows which let in a lot of natural light and the indoor noise levels are very tame so table conversation is easy to hear. Service: our waitress was very attentive and the staff filling water and coffee was on point. My dad's coffee never went below halfway in his mug and I never had to ask for a drink refill. Parking: there is plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot so parking is not an issue here. Food: our family of 4 ordered dishes off the brunch menu. We also had a coffee and orange juice. Below is a list of the food we had: Meat Lovers Omelet: my dad's meat lovers omelet was filled to the brim with meats of bacon, sausage and ham. The omelet came out piping hot. We could still see the steam coming off of the omelet. It came with a side of hash browns which were decent but nothing crazy. He also got a side of buttered sourdough toast. Denver Omelet: my mom got the Denver omelet with egg whites with a side of grits and pancakes. She said she enjoyed the freshness of the omelet and said the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. American Sampler: the American sampler came with two eggs and a side of either bacon or sausage. It also came with two pancakes. I got the eggs scrambled and a side of sausage and it came with two sausage patties. The sausage patties were very good as they were not the typical greasy patties and they were seasoned well. I got chocolate chips on my pancakes which cost $2.50 extra but it was so worth it. It came loaded with chocolate chips. I didn't need to put syrup on the pancakes because of how much chocolate was in the pancakes. Swedish Pancake Sampler: my brother got the Swedish pancake sampler and the best way to describe the Swedish pancakes is a denser crepe. The pancakes came with a side of Lingonberry berry sauce which was interesting. It tasted like a mix of raspberry and blackberry. It had the classic berry flavor. This was a fun twist on normal pancakes. I would recommend trying these pancakes if you've never had them. Overall Brunch at Lili's was a great way to start our morning. The food was delicious and the service was on point. Come here early on the weekend to snag a table inside or enjoy the ample patio seating. read more

Just had a lovely brunch at "Brunch At Lili's" with my boys for Mother's Day. Very, very busy, but the staff managed themselves like pro's. Food was delicious and plentiful, but our server Karyn was who truly made the experience extra special. Patient, kind, funny, and super thoughtful (extra chair, taking time to explain the menu, and making this Mama feel like a Queen!) resulting in one of our best dining experiences ever! Came on a Sunday as expected, there is wait for big groups. But since it is just me and hubby, we got seated almost immediately. I had pancakes, bacon and eggs and hubby had burgers. Both were good. I love that the bacon was not sweet and not too salty. I thought it was very good. The pancakes were good too, it was Fluffy and big ! The burger was pretty good. It was juicy and flavorful. It's located in a nice, quiet, shopping and dining area. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating. We really enjoyed the small outdoor patio. This was our 2nd time at Brunch at Lili's, unfortunately we were not as impressed this time around. Our server this time was slow and not very cheerful or attentive, a stark difference from our previous visit. The hashbrowns for my skillet and my husband's side dish were cold and the brisket in the omelet was dry and minimal. The mimosa was good if you like a strong champagne taste with minimal flavor, I was personally hoping for a more balanced drink where you actually taste the strawberry & lemonade. Wait time was good, but the service was abysmal. Another party seated after us had their order taken before ours, and when we politely pointed it out, the server acted offended instead of fixing it. Once we were seated, service remained slow and inattentive. Our food arrived cold, and the quality didn't match the price at all. We had to flag someone down just to get basic items, and no one checked on us after the food was delivered. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and overpriced for what we received. What a delightful place to have a quiet brunch on a weekend! Located in the upscale Starwood area of Frisco, Brunch at Lili's has a very warm and welcoming feel as you walk in. The service staff is extremely polite and friendly.. My husband and I ordered fried chicken with egg whites and scrambled eggs with salmon respectively, with a side of hash brown. The fried chicken was delicious! Very flavorful and not dry. My scrambled eggs were Lucious and fluffy dotted with capers. My only issue is that it didn't come with any toast which my other usual brunch joints offer as a side with scrambled eggs.. if you want, it will be an extra couple of bucks for two buttered toasts.. This is the third time we come here and we were excited to find a cute place for brunch close to home. However, after today's experience, we've decided we will no longer be returning. Which is very unfortunate. First visit we sat by the bar. It was busy. But excellent service and food. Food was good. Basic brunch. Nothing special but good enough to repeat if the service was good. Unfortunately it's not. Last two times we've been here we've had the same server. Heavy set girl with black hair and glasses. I'm being descriptive because I don't know if it's a her-issue or if this is just how everyone is. Second visit my husband asked for something different on the plate he ordered. Server said it would be a $2 up charge. She charged $5 when we got the ticket. My husband said something about it. She said that's what the machine charged for it so that was the charge. No apology, no other explanation. I didn't want to make a big fuss about since my husband was already upset so we paid and left. Today, we came with clients. Sat in a table where the server can easily go around to give anyone their food or drink. Nope, she would stand across from the person she's going to serve and my client had to reach for his drink or plate every time. It's not a booth. Have some service skills and go serve your customers well, on their side! There shouldn't be any reason for a customer to have to reach for a plate UNLESS your hands are full. Then my other client gets her plate and finds a hair in her bacon. We called server. She came. Apologized (at least) and went to get the plate made for her again. By the time we got her new plate we had all finished eating. She ordered 2 eggs with bacon plate. Very simple. Should have been quick. There were probably 2 other customers in the restaurant at the time. This is where I don't understand the lack of customer service. First of all there should be NO hairs in anyone's food. It was very obvious it wasn't my clients hair because of the texture of the hair. I know things happen but IF it does, no customer should pay for their food. At least give a discount or something for the inconvenience and the disgusting hair. We had no apology from management or owner and still paid full price for her plate. I don't have a problem with paying for food. That's what we went there for, right? But at the very least, offer good customer service so when things like this happen, people will still come back. My cousin swears by this place. One it is our beloved grandmother's and great aunt's name. She says this biscuit tastes just like our grandma's. I don't know because I didn't try it ! I am on a Reuben kick lately. I love the sandwich and if someone has it I am going to order it. My cousin knows the owner so she asked how it was prepared. He informed me that his isn't pre cooked and if I didn't like it I could send it back. Well of course I would but of course I wouldn't. When I tell you I was in Reuben heaven. It is small but the season to perfection is everything. I enjoyed every bite I took. The place is so nice. Our other cousin from Houston came and she made her omelet with buffalo chicken. What is this a secret menu item? I was a game changer. If you are ever in Frisco and you want a good brunch spot this is it. The service from the owner to the waitstaff is excellent. My fiancé and I both got Lili's Omelet which was good, but needed a bit more seasoning in my opinion. The biscuits were DELICIOUS - some of the best I've had at a brunch restaurant in DFW. And the meal was filling - I was only able to finish half my omelet and one biscuit, sadly. Haha. I would definitely come back here. Made me like it right off the bat. But this place is a sister restaurant to Eddies, one of my favorite breakfast spots in north Texas!!!!
