    The Basic with bacon.

Seaboard area has gone through some changes recently, including the addition of Biscuit Belly. I am not a super fan of biscuits but I like them well enough. That said, Belly Biscuit serves up an above average one. I got the Basic Biscuit with bacon, for $11.25. I also got a latte which I enjoyed very much. It's order then sit down and my food arrived fairly quickly on a busy Saturday morning. The area is kinda fun, good amount of parking. I want to try the surrounding restaurants as well. Overall a nice spot to enjoy breakfast or brunch!

This was a cool spot to drop in and grab a bite to eat for breakfast or brunch and some breakfast cocktails too. It's a "grab a menu, order and find a seat spot" so pretty laid back which I like. Plenty of menu options. I opted for the G.O.A.T. because I was craving a sweet and savory flavor so the goat cheese with the jelly was a combo I was looking for. I chose a side of the loaded tots that I enjoyed the most And I tried the espresso martini which was decent. So it's an ok spot for the local neighborhood.

The service was great! We were immediately greeted when we walked in. You order at the front and the food is delivered to table. The loaded breakfast tots were DELICIOUS, very juicy and flavorful. The biscuits were also fluffy and the perfect balance of chicken and biscuit. The gravy was tasty too. I wish the food came out warmer, it was room temp. Overall, very delicious and i'll be back!!

My friends and I came to Raleigh for a wedding and wanted to get a full brunch before we had to head over to the venue. You walk in, find a seat and then go up to order. Didn't get the gentleman's name but he was the sweetest, knew the menu inside and out! Food was TO DIE FOR. Seasoning was spot on and portions were perfect. Wish we had a location in NoVA where we're from

Beautiful breakfast/brunch place! We came around 9am and it wasn't overly packed. Though, a huge rush did show up around 10am. The place is visually appealing, plenty of menu options to choose from. We ordered, and our food was brought promptly to our table. Everything was to our liking and we will definitely be back again!

Came here for the first time with my hubby to try breakfast. We ordered an omelette, corn dogs and biscuit gravy trio. The omelette was tasty and potatoes were nice and hot. The biscuits were dry and bland on gravy trio and we only liked the mushroom gravy. Mornay was just ok and sausage gravy was runny and had weird aftertaste, we believe it had maple flavoring added. Thin and lumpy just plan yuck. Weird they have alcoholic drinks, but no beer. Corn dogs were under cooked, raw batter it was inedible. I seen others leaving them on their plates too. I don't believe we will return. See phoros.

Went to Biscuit Belly for their Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week lunch special and the Buffalo Ranch Biscuit was incredible! The chicken was moist and crispy. The buffalo sauce was not too spicy, the ranch almost had an aioli flavor, the pickles brought in some sweetness and the biscuit was fluffy. My phone died before I could take a picture of the lavender mimosa but it was THE BEST mimosa I've ever had. They have indoor and outdoor seating, the outdoor seating has a nice view towards downtown. They are open for breakfast and lunch only so be sure to check the hours before going. Service was quick and friendly. I would absolutely recommend. If you see this before Restaurant Week is over, check it out!!

Staff was friendly and food came fast. They have breakfast and lunch options which all looked good. Coffee was excellent. Donuts are a must try.

Stopped in while in town for a concert. First off, the restaurant has the cutest vibes. We were greeted by the friendliest staff. Parking was easy to find and the restaurant validates for the garages. My friend and I each had a biscuit and shared the gravy train. All I can say is YUM! The mushroom gravy was to die for! I just wish there were more biscuits for the amount of gravy you get. I also tried a latte which was delicious. I will most deffinetley be visiting the next time I am in town.

Food...nice presentation...I ordered the Short Stack; comes with 2 strips of bacon fruit, whipped cream and syrup with a separate side of home fries...LOOKED good but...pancakes were cold and dry. The home fries were dry as well. Maybe next time...Nice spot! Lively atmosphere and lovely servers though!

We visit Raleigh often and have tried many a biscuit place. This one was great. I had the GOAT and it did not disappoint. I knew immediately when I saw it on the menu that I was going to order it. I've been chasing the Maple Street squawking goat for years. This was close. The only drawback or criticism I have of this location was the parking. If you have someone with mobility issues this place is a challenge. The parking lots are confusing and there are no signs inside them to let you know where to go. Maybe in their ig or website they could be clear about which structure to park in?

Very good food. Quick service. Came on a Wednesday morning. I liked my order! My husband preferred mine over his. Very savory. Meat was cooked well. Good portions.

Unique place for breakfast in a new residential & retail area. The develop in the surrounding area has been fast and huge. This is a place worth coming back to. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I tried the French toast biscuits which were great.

The place was crowded but there was no wait. I got seated immediately at a table near a column in the middle of the restaurant and Christy came over and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She brought me iced water and gave me time to look at the menu. I wanted to try so many things and I was too optimistic about ordering 3 things and finishing them myself. Good thing I only ordered 2 things! An order of fried catfish with home fries and one egg. And a biscuit with sausage gravy. The fried catfish was salted and well fried. It tasted delicious for my first bite! The home fries were basically cut potatoes, but they weren't very fried or flavored. I wished I ordered the side of apple sauce instead. The biscuit and sausage was good, but a bit too much for one person after eating a separate order already. Definitely bring more people so you can try more things. Also, I wished I had asked for sausage gravy on the side so I can try the biscuit on its own first as well. Furthermore, I would have more time to eat the catfish so I wasn't worried about the biscuit getting soggy. Christy came to check up on me every now and then. A Truly Artisanal Bakery…read more I rarely leave reviews on yelp anymore, but this bakery is so impressive, it inspired me to type this down. I'm from the Bay Area and loved going to all kinds of bakery when I travel. I did not have much expectations when I came to Raleigh. I tried Paul and Jack and couple other bakeries, they were all good, but not impressive. The first thing I noticed was their Mill Room, and second I noticed that they have 100 score on hygiene. Not that I care about the score that much but still impressive. Then We got a bunch of pastries, the shortbread was the first one we tried and wow, it was so simple yet so flavorful, truly malted tasting shortbread, it has so much depth in taste. Then I had a had a ham and cheese croissant, it was on the salty side but I kept eating it when I'm not even hungry. The true winner though, is the plain croissant I got which traveled with me for 72 hours back home. I got it out of my bag, slightly flattened by all my stuff, I expect it to taste flat and meh. I put it in the oven for 6 minutes and it turned out to be the best croissant I've had. It was flaky, soft and soo flavorful. Now I cannot stop thinking about it. Lastly, I want to say that with so many pop ups, new bakeries coming up in different cities, often times we were chasing that unique flavors, that special toppings on croissants, but Boulted Bread stayed true to bread, and perfected the craft without focusing on "exotic" or "special" flavors. I truly respect this.

A bialy (bee-AH-lee) is a traditional Polish-Jewish bread roll, similar to a bagel but with key differences: it is baked, not boiled, has a dimpled center filled with onion bits and poppy seeds, and is generally softer and less dense. Originating in Białystok, Poland, these rolls are traditionally served plain or toasted with toppings like butter or schmear. 2. Rye shortbread. Not too sweet. Just perfection! 3. Bran biscotti. I like the idea of a high-fiber bran biscotti over a refined flour one. 4. Buchi Tepache. I got the mango-pineapple flavor. This is a local NC brand. It's a mildly fermented drink that originated in Mexico. I got the ingredients from their website (drinkbuchi.com): Organic Tibicos (Water, Organic Fair Trade Certified™* Cane Sugar, Organic Kefir Culture), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Mango Puree, Organic Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Organic Whole Lemon Puree, Organic Mango Natural Flavor, Organic Pineapple Natural Flavor, Organic Monk Fruit Extract. 5. The baguette. Unlike a refined flour white bread baguette at La Farm Bakery, this one is made of a red wheat flour. Turkey Red flour is an heirloom, organic hard red winter wheat brought to Kansas in 1873 by Mennonite immigrants. Prized for its rich, nutty flavor and superior baking qualities, it is often used for artisan bread, sourdough, and pasta due to its unique, sometimes more digestible, gluten profile. It is commonly stone-ground and available from local Kansas millers. 6. The star of the show was the Everything Croissant. Like the Everything Bagel but soft and buttery. Topped with all the sesame seeds and seasonings with a cream cheese interior. So good! I do plan on returning!
