When I was researching breakfast places in the Belltown area of Seattle, Biscuit Bitch was the first option that popped up. We are big fans of a southern biscuit breakfast sandwich & who doesn't love a fun name. It is pick up only with a couple of random tables by the store front next door. We were lucky enough to snag a table for two. Our order was ready pretty close to the time we walked to Biscuit Bitch. Pro tip: put in your order online or you might be one of the twenty or so people milling around the sidewalk waiting for 15-30 minutes for your order. Hubby went with the Hot Mess Bitch: biscuit & gravy smothered in cheese, grilled Louisiana hot link, 2 eggs, over garlic grits & topped with jalapeño's. WOW! I swear it weighed at least four pounds! It was a mountain of deliciousness - smothered in gravy, packed with heat/flavor & hearty enough to feed a small army.

I opted for the sausage, egg & cheese Bitchwich. It hit the spot. The biscuit was buttery & fluffy, the sausage savory with just the right spice & the oozy egg cheese combo tied it all together in the most comforting way. Simple,...

Biscuit Bitch was located right downstairs of our Belltown Inn hotel. We were on the second floor which for us, their music kept us up from 8am in the morning. I do wish they would be more mindful that they have hotel guests right above them. I would recommend coming as they open as they seemed to always have a line when I looked out of our window throughout the weekend. We did witness two homeless come through the restaurant while we ate there Sunday morning.

We ordered the smokin hot bitch with a side of spam and the nutty bitch. Both were yummy! It was nice to be able to share a savory one and a sweet one. This place is definitely worth trying once in your life.

When I heard Biscuit Bitch was a must when visiting Seattle, I didn't expect it to be this delicious! The wait for the food took a bit but I didn't mind because everything came out super fresh. Their biscuits are the best I've had. They have a slight crunch on the outside before you bite into a soft, buttery inside. Their gravy worked well with the scrambled eggs and the biscuit. I would come back for the biscuits alone because they were just that good! There is limited seating at this spot though and it's rather small inside. Luckily, my family came in an hour before closing so there were plenty of spots.

I have been craving biscuit bitch since I last visited in 2018. All the food is amazing. The wait is worth it. Staff is amazing and deserve all the awards. I got a Cheesy Pork and Bitch to go and it's so big it'll also be tomorrow's breakfast. There was a 40 minute wait for food but it's the USA v Australia game today so it's to be expected. Staff were amazing at facilitating food pick and and wait times.

came at around 7:40a and they were very lively! just a heads up if you're an introverted, shy person, or not a morning perskn they are very enthusiastic & nice. we got the bitchwitch (sausage & bacon) both were very good w the sauce it has inside. we put some of the gravy on top too and it was super good. 5/5 for both because who else in the area serves really tasty biscuits sandwiches. i'm also not a huge biscuit fan in general, but here i've become the biscuit bitch no comments for the grits they were really tasty but it was my first time trying grits so i can't compare

We visited Biscuit Bitch on the final morning of our weekend getaway, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. After losing track of time, we realized--at 12:55 PM--that they closed at 1:00 PM on Sundays. In a last-minute leap of faith, my fiancé and I placed a Square pickup order, hoping we wouldn't have to leave Seattle without finally trying their famous biscuit sandwiches. To our surprise and immense gratitude, the team kindly honored the order and had it ready within five minutes. While I would never recommend cutting it that close, I truly appreciated the generosity, professionalism, and grace they showed in that moment. The biscuits were absolutely worth it, and the exceptional customer service made the experience even more memorable. A wonderful ending to our trip--thank you for going above and beyond! We got the hot link and sausage!

It's always fun to drop by this place The biscuits are great, and the service is entertaining as much as ianything. If you get here early you will be fine. There isn't much inside in the way of dining space, but they do have some seats outside. If you manage to come later, you will regularly find yourself in line. This time, like all the other times, I go through the wait Im like (which moves quickly) and then wait a bit for the food. I love spicy food and the Hot Messy B is a good take on a spicy biscuit and gravy. My daughter enjoyed her Canadian biscuit, which. Is a PB&J . She loved it. No bathrooms, no parking. Still recommend for food and laughs.

The sandwich was good. We had the bacon biscuit sandwich meal. The sauce they use was really good. It costs extra for hot sauce (not a big deal) The grits were just okay. Needed salt but good texture! The service was good. You order at the window and then they call out your name. There were a couple of tables and chairs outside but not a lot. It's busy so expect a little bit of a wait!

This is the 2nd location we went to. It was still good very good biscuits . I had the "Bitchwitch" which had bacon, cheese & bitchy sauce. lol In this location, you have to order online. There is no option to order at the window like the other location. Parking is a bit hard, since it's on a Main Street. This place was a bit behind when we got there, because they have less staff, but when I picked up my order, I think they were fine. The girl said, "Hi Bitch; thank you Bitch" lol but thats the point. If you don't like it, this place is not for you. lol!!

You order at the window, then find a place to sit (we grabbed a spot at the park across the street). It's casual, funky, and full of personality. I went with the combo: a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, a side of grits, and coffee. The biscuit was buttery and filling, but next time I'd ask for their special sauce on the side--it was a little overpowering for my taste. The grits were creamy and the coffee was just ok. All in all, a fun and flavorful stop--perfect for a laid-back Seattle morning. I'd definitely go back if I'm in town again.

We saw this place as we were checking into the Bell town Inn here in Seattle. Highly recommended by the hotel staff, and they were not lying! Walk up to the window and order here, but the biscuits are delicious! We had breakfast sandwiches and got a side of gravy and it was all delicious! Had good coffee, what a winning combination!

You really can't go wrong with Biscuit Bitch. One of the things I appreciate most is the consistency--I always know it's going to be good. This time, we got two Easy Bitches: one with sausage gravy and one with mushroom gravy. Surprisingly, I ended up preferring the mushroom--it was super flavorful and savory. Portions are generous, so come hungry! Pro tip: order online ahead of time to skip the line. There are only a couple of tables outside on the sidewalk, so it's more of a grab-and-go situation unless you get lucky with seating. Comfort food done right, every time.

I'm not a fan of biscuits and gravy.....yeah, I know, then why did I go there? HAHA.....it came highly recommended, and I'm always willing to try something new, so I went here on July 6th in the afternoon. There was no wait, and everyone was smiling and friendly. I had the cheesy pork n bitch (made me laugh to order it) and added in some scrambled eggs. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm very glad I checked this place out while I was in Seattle. I highly recommend. Oh, and I was going to go to the one near Pike Place Market first, but the line was ridiculous and there's no where to sit and eat. It was worth the walk coming to this location. Then after, I checked out the Observatory at Columbia Center Tower, practically across the street. FUN TIMES! read more

I ordered HOT MESS BITCH. It is so delicious. It's so filling and just right. The flavors are mind blowing and everything cooked properly. The mixture of the texture was perfect, not to soggy or not to crunchy. Just right. The restaurant was very hot and small seating but it's a comfort vibe, water is provided, seating outside is good too. They have a sign for people to sit outside because it is hot asf. I highly recommend go here at least once in a life time read more

First time here and it will not be the last. Biscuits are really really good and an awesome coffee selection. Not a sit down place, order and go or have a quick seat, it gets crowded but tables move fast. We had the Easy Bitch and Bitchwich, the EB is a huge portion and the Bitchwich is basically an egg meat biscuit sandwich. Top it off with a chai tea. Highly recommend this place when you are in Seattle, there are a few locations. We will definitely come back next time we are in town. read more

I ordered the cheesy grits because it was recommended by the cashier and was the most popular item on the menu. The biscuit is very good, but overall it was okay. It's not something I would wait in line for. Need better hot sauce like Tapatio. The orange juice was good. Probably need to try something else on the menu. #fresnofoodieguy read more

Absolutely fantastic. Love the staff, vibe, good nature of it all (and can damned well get with good wages, sustainability, etc.) Got the biscuit with spicy Louisiana sausage (forget the name) but it was fantastic. Wife liked hers with all the bacon. Runny eggs make things better. Hefty and filling. Well worth the approx. $10 per entree. read more

Though the storefront was small with a bite of sarcasm and bitching the biscuits were large and fluffy. Plenty of gravy, eggs, bacon, and the works that you could want on a biscuit. However, as a Texan I can't honestly say that these were close to the best biscuits or gravy. Glad I was able to get my biscuit fix in but you couldn't get me to wait in that line again! read more

This place is easily the only place I'll ever HAVE TO go while in Seattle. The cheesy pork bitch is ahhhhh-mazing! There is of course other stuff on the menu like the sandwich or the biscuit with jam but from me to you, the cheesy pork bitch is what you want. They are located at 3 locations so be sure hit them all up if you can. Each place has a great vibe and you won't regret being here where the staff treats you like a rude uncle that tells you to get the f*** inside and place your order. Its just my personal opinion but I did not like the flavor of whatever I ordered. It was too much for one person and flavor itself was very plain even with jalapenos. its a small place with good staff and location itself is good but I wont recommend this place to people who want flavorful food. read more

Flight to Seattle and 2nd day we went to Biscuit Bitch for Breakfast. The place was really nice and unfortunately, there was a ginormous line we had to wait in. But anyway, the food was delicious, and I got the Easy Bitch and turned out to be delicious. It had spicy gravy which I loved, and eggs that were to die for! My mom got the Pork 'N' Bitch which had bacon, eggs, and gravy. My dad got the Bitch Witch which had bread, eggs, and bacon. All and all, I think that place is a win win for me! I just can't wait to go back there again! read more

Food Rating: 3.4, although a great hangover meal (ain't no cure), it was over-rated and not worth the wait or the table swooping that is required to get a seat. Amazing biscuit sandwiches!!! I found this place on Yelp awhile back and had to bookmark this place when we were planning our trip to Seattle. We came here for lunch today and noticed that there was a line nearly out the door. You know that this place must be really good when you see a packed restaurant. Once we made it to the counter, we were greeted by the nice staff who took our order immediately. I ordered the "Hot Seattle Bitch" that comes with a biscuit, spicy hot link, grilled onions, cream cheese, and gravy. My boyfriend ordered the "Easy Bitch" that came with a biscuit, gravy, and two over easy eggs with a side of spam. Before we ordered, we were told that they were making fresh biscuits that would take about 15 min. We were fine with waiting especially since we knew the biscuits would be made fresh and hot to order. It was worth the wait; because once we got our food, we found everything to be delicious and flavorful. The portions are huge and the prices are affordable. We left the restaurant extremely full and our tummies satisfied. I definitely recommend this place if you're wanting a great meal with excellent service! read more

This place was right across the street from the condos we stayed while visiting Seattle. This place didn't disappoint. The service was fun and upbeat and the food and coffee was AMAZING! Wow!!! This place is amazing. First, it has a line out the door which only tells you how good it actually is. The staff was phenomenal. They sang along with the music, they joked with patrons, and best of all, they gave me a superb suggestion when I asked what to get. He was spot on too. Very filling. Big portion size. Bacon was thick and crispy, the biscuits were perfect. Will go again when back in Seattle. read more

Great reviews but hesitant about the vegetarian option initially... The staff is fun, thoughtful, and playful!! Great atmosphere and even better tasting food. The Gluten-free biscuit Easy Bitch with vegetarian mushroom gravy and extra veggie patties was absolutely scrumptious; licked the plate clean practically ;D. The last time we were here, Biscuit Bitch was some of the best food in town. Now they're just disappointing. I get the long 1 hour 20 minute wait times due to the pandemic, but by the time we got our food, it was room temperature and I was waiting out front the restaurant waiting for it so it's not like this was 30 minutes later and the additions we had paid for did not come with the meal such as extra hot sauce and jalapeños. This was extremely disappointing because they were one of the places we looked forward to visiting the next time we came to Seattle. Very poor performance and I hope they can improve. read more

Staying at the hotel right next to this amazing spot! Had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with our meals. I got the hot Seattle bitch (and substituted sausage patties for hot links). My friend got the cheesy scramble bitch. Both were DELICIOUS! Gravy is amazing.... very flavorful overall. Portion is filling but not an overly "I'm miserable" feeling after eating it. We came back for a second round today, but each of us got bitchwiches instead. I had the Canadian bitch. SO GOOD. If you like peanut butter, this is the sandwich for you. Make sure to add the banana! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a biscuit breakfast.... we may even go back tomorrow for a 3rd round. read more

I was skeptical at first, but these bitches sure delivered! I had the biscuits and gravy smothered in garlic grits and eggs, and it was the best thing that I ate on my whole vacation in Seattle! We got there shortly after opening on a Saturday and there was already a line, so prep yourself for a wait. But they seem to work as quickly as possible to get everyone in and out. So good! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great breakfast. read more

Up early and the kids a little jet lagged, we headed to Biscuit Bitch for breakfast and it really hit the spot! The place is a counter service restaurant with some (very limited) outside seating. Very casual but very friendly and helpful staff - it was the perfect place to start our vacation. Maneuvering the stroller inside was a bit hard but everyone was super friendly and helpful. The menu is great - offers plenty for everyone, including lots of vegetarian options for my husband. The portions were plentiful, we really liked the breakfast sandwiches. Drinks were great. Yuuuuuup this hit the spot. Came here the morning after bar hopping in Seattle. The wait was not bad. Maybe 10 minutes. The staff was attentive and nice as hell. The food was so good! My brother ordered the Pork N Bitch which he loved, but wasn't able to finish due to his food being so filling. I ordered the Easy Bitch with vegetarian gravy and loved it! I'd arrive early if you plan on sitting inside, the place is pretty small. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in Seattle again. read more

Yum, loved, awesome, not dry biscuits! I am always in search of a good biscuit, you might say I am a "biscuit bitch." This place gets two thumbs up. We go here around 830 on a Friday and the line was about 10 deep. Imagine there could be quite a wait on the weekends. Onward, to the delicious meal. My hubs got sausage gravy over a biscuit and it was just right. Enough gravy over a soft biscuit. I got a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the remoulade on the side. Again, perfect. I liked the remoulade, but prefer a little jam on my biscuit, so put that on the other half. We would definitely recommend and 100% be back when we return to the area. read more

Feelin' like a real bad bitch after eating here! After hearing many locals and even our Uber driver recommend this place, we had to give it a try! A fun little name for an awesome place ran by some awesome bitches! I came here in the afternoon with my 3 other friends and it was pretty packed. The seating is a little squished for bigger parties, but I'm sure the workers can accommodate and help you out. The ladies working there are super chill and super nice! Don't mind them calling you a bitch though, haha. The process in this place is placing your order then finding your seat. Make sure to compost your utensils after eating. I got the 'Hot Seattle Bitch' that comes with two biscuits on the bottom, a hot link, and grilled onions covered in gravy with whipped sour cream on top. At my first glance, my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I thought I can finish this no problem. But the heaviness from the biscuit and the gravy really snuck upon me. I couldn't even finish a whole. But for the most part, I did enjoy it but I can definitely pass on the whipped cream cheese next time. I just felt as if the flavors didn't blend in that well. I can taste a distinct separation between the other flavors and the cream cheese. I did have a taste of the 'Smokin Hot Bitch' which I prefer a little more. Meet the Business Owner: Kim S.

A self-taught home cook who became interested in the art of cooking when she lived in a trailer park in Florida in the 90's, Kimmie Spice, owner, learned to cook while her children were napping. "I'd watch cooking shows like The French Chef, Yan Can Cook and The Frugal Gourmet, but my favorite show was Cookin' Cajun with Justin Wilson," Spice recalls, "The chef was a Louisiana humorist and storyteller, and I thought he was brilliant! He'd add a little wine to food and then a little wine to the chef by taking a big chug out of the bottle and saying, 'Ooowee! I Guar-On-Tee!' That show taught me that cooking doesn't have to be taken so seriously. It can be riotous fun, simple and delicious all at the same time. The bathrooms were well maintained, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there were plenty of people working quietly around me. Overall, a great café for both getting work done and enjoying a quality drink.

All the…read moreoutdoor tables were full when we arrived at 6, so we put our name on the list for inside and waited about 30 minutes. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

Hands down, BB is one of the best breakfast spots I've ever been to. Tucked away in a tiny hole-in-the-wall space, don't let its size fool you as this spot packs a punch - or more accurately a full on bitch slap. One bite of their "bitchwhich" (so aptly named) and I was seeing stars...transported straight to food heaven. THAT BISCUIT IS THE REAL STAR!! It tasted like it came from a generational recipe cooked outdoors on an open wood-fire stove deep in the South. They're indulgent, beautifully soft without being overly flaky, and perfectly moist yet sturdy enough to hold up as a sandwich. The edges are satisfyingly crispy with the added touch of that golden, crusted bottom that makes you think each one had to have been baked in its own private cast iron skillet. Absolute Perfection. Whoever made those deserves all recognition. What also made this experience even better was the intimate vibe. No one is rushed to leave even with limited seating and standing room. It just felt like you're hanging out at the neighborhood's grandma house with a group of friends. The service is just as warm and welcoming adding to that genuine Southern Hospitality feel. I was transported. This is one of those rare spots that you selfishly want to gatekeep...but you can't. Everyone deserves to experience this. If you're anywhere nearby definitely head on over. Was in Seattle for the weekend to explore the city. One glance and you'd see this place near the top of yelp for a reason. Food: Food was pretty good and good sized portions. I didn't expect a biscuit to be that filling. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. It was just good simple soul food. Anything with gravy wins in my book. Atmosphere: The place was really well decorated but the place is super popular so it was crowded and loud. It didn't help that the music was being played really loud as well. So it felt like it made everyone else talk extra loud. Overall: I would come back if I was in Seattle. I'd recommend it to my friends for sure. But would I say its a MUST have, probably not. But I'd definitely suggest grabbing it if you're close by. Either way, I have the free sticker they hand out and I'll let people know their name. read more

Biscuit Bitch is our go to place to eat in Seattle, as we've eaten there many times. I always have the Hot Mess Bitch, and my Wife has the Easy Bitch. I highly recommend placing a pick-up order at this place to skip the line. They notify you via text when your order is ready! I picked up my food, and it arrived perfectly hot and fresh. Normally not a fan of grits, this meal was an exception! The combination of egg, biscuit, grits, sausage, and jalapeños was a perfect blend, each bite bursting with flavor and just the right amount of spice! The sandwich was equally delicious and pleasantly spicy, with sauce already included, so no need to order extra. Overall, this place is great, and I would definitely recommend it! read more

It was our first time here at Biscuit Bitch. It was a long line. We ordered HOT MESS BITCH and SMOKIN' HOT BITCH which were fine not great. I think this place is overhyped. The service was fine except the long line. Will not return again due to mediocre food and long wait. If you are in the area then try to order in advance to avoid the long wait otherwise would not recommend coming here. read more

My child is the pickiest eater so when we tried this place I didn't have high expectations. But too my surprise she ate everything on her plate and so did we. Fresh, delicious and comforting. On a cold day, biscuits and coffee here are the best. The portion is also larger than expected so you'll be full and happy. Order online before you head over to reduce the time you wait outside--it's not a must but it is a very popular spot so it helps. read more
