It took a bit to get our food, but they warn you right off the bat that there's going to be a wait. When our food came up, it was hot and real fresh. I went with a hot link sandwich and good lord I'm still thinking about it. The biscuit was massive and the hot links had a great heat. I love the sauce on the sandwich and my only complaint is that I wanted more. Everyone else loved their orders as well. Biscuit bitch is one of those touristy spots where even if you're a Seattle local, like me, you have to get every now and then. The team on 3rd Ave is overall better than the one on first. They are always friendly, fairly quick.. ( more on that later) and the food is always hot and tasty. I tend to go for the sausage egg and cheese "bitchwich) and a side of cheese grits.
