It was Monday mid-morning which can explain why, but even then there was a small line waiting for their food when I arrived to pick up my order. The place was hopping, but seeing I was new to this place, the friendly staff answered my questions and handled my order quickly and with a smile. I had the Easy Bitch, biscuits, gravy and 2 eggs over easy along with a med coffee. The coffee was VERY good. The biscuit was as well. It held up well being smothered in a very tasty gravy. And if you like over easy, the egg was done perfectly. If you are looking for healthy food, this selection isn't it. There's a physical sign in front of the store that will give an estimate of how much expected wait there will be. You can order online or in-person, but if you order online, there's no option to schedule your pickup time since it depends on their current wait time. I took a chance and placed an online order ~40 minutes before I got there and was able to pick my food up right as I arrived. The name alone was enough to get to try this place. When I was in Miami, I went to a resturant called "Bacon Bitch" and I was curious if this was similar. Sadly, it is not. Also, note that they are only open for breakfast/brunch hours from 8-1. The menu is limited to biscuit related items, so if you're a fan of biscuits and gravy & Southern fare, this is the place to go. For now, the Belltown location is strictly a take away business and there is no dine in option as of this writing. They do have patio table seating, but it is limited to a few tables in front of the business by the sidewalk. If the street noise doesn't bother you and you can score a table, eat it there. Don't bother calling the phone to place and order; you will be directed to order online--which is very easy. Or you can take your chances and order at the window and wait. Even with ordering in advance, there may still be a short wait for your order; they pride themselves on making the orders fresh and it is never sitting under a heating lamp waiting for you. Depending on the time, the lines can be long, so consider ordering in advance. The menu is 'bitch' themed, every item is bitch related so you're either ordering a Biscuit Bitch (has gravy) or a Bitchwich (breakfast sandwich). Pretty cool. We ordered the Easy Bitch, Hot Mess Bitch and the Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch. It was a lot of food and I wasn't able to finish it in one sitting. I loved the grits and my only complaint about the scrambled cheesy bitch was that the eggs were a bit overcooked for my taste. Had I known better, I would have said not to cook the eggs so hard. The gravy was delicious as was the biscuits. The hot mess bitch came with a hot link PLUS pickled jalapeno slices on top. I can normally tolerate hot links, it was a little spicy for me and the jalapeno slices definitely kicked it up a notch and I had to brush them aside. Biscuit Bitch is a popular spot in Seattle so I had to try it. My friends and I decided to order from this location since reviews said there were usually long lines at both locations but we figured the other one would be more popular. During the time we were in Seattle (September 2022), they were only taking online orders so even if you showed up at the front door, you'd still have to order online. There's no seating inside, blocked to only allow pick up orders, but there were a few tables outside. After you place your order online, they send you a confirmation and tell you to check the sign out front for the approximate wait time. They also text/email you when your order is ready. We ordered at 12:30PM on a Tuesday and it was ready in 15 minutes, so definitely not a long wait if you decide to get it on a weekday. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, not the crispy type, but still a decent size. We only picked it up ~10 mins after the order said it was ready but maybe that affected the texture. I got the Bitchwich with egg and cheese along with a side of sausage gravy (which was ~$4). The cheese was slightly solidified by the time we picked it up but it was still good with the egg and gravy. The gravy had a good amount of sausage inside. My friends got the one with bacon and the bacon in it wasn't crispy, more of the flimsy type. I also tried the cheesy garlic grits and the garlic grits and butter. Both good, but I prefer the cheesy garlic grits. Overall, a great biscuit spot in Seattle. They only take online orders so definitely order ahead and make sure to add their stickers to cart too (free!) as well as utensils if you need. They also don't allow customizations to their options, except if you want to add any additional toppings/sauces/sides. read more
