I wanted to go at 8:30am on a Sunday before having a day in downtown Seattle. After reading a bunch of reviews talking about the wait, I decided to order online while I was on the bus about 15mins away. Once I got to the restaurant, the sign said it would be a 30min wait, so I walked around the market for a bit. They text you when your order is ready. There are only a couple tables on the sidewalk which were full so I took my gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and walked down to the picnic tables at Pike Place to eat. The biscuits and sausage gravy were delicious! The grits were just ok. I think I'd get one with bacon and jalapeños for extra flavor next time! One order is definitely plenty to share between two people unless you're starving.
I love almost everything about Biscuit Bitch. We were there on a busy Saturday morning in July. The wait for our food took over an hour. It's nice that they will text you when it's done, so you don't need to hang around. There's plenty to see and do in the area. I don't recommend coming here if you're starving though, as I imagine there's almost always a wait. The service here is hilarious in a good way. They yell a lot and swear, but it's all really funny. Also, be aware that there is practically nowhere to sit except on the the sidewalk or at one of their three tables. You will want to take your food elsewhere. I had a bacon egg biscuit with a side of cheesy grits and a cup of coffee. The biscuit sandwich was excellent with a fried egg and thin, crispy bacon. The bitch sauce and the cheese is what makes this so special. The cheesy grits were also really good and very cheesy. I struggle to give this five stars as I don't know if it's worth it if you have to wait over an hour like I did, but if I only had to wait 30 minutes I may have felt different.
During my recent trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try Biscuit Bitch. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite comfort foods, so this spot was high on my list. I ordered the Pork N' Bitch, which came with biscuits as the base, smothered in sausage gravy and topped with plenty of shredded cheese and bacon bits. The portion was huge and enough to feed two people. I only managed to eat half, and it kept me full for about eight hours. This is definitely a heavy and hearty meal. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining. Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal. One funny thing was that I was expecting the person taking my order to greet me with, "Good morning, bitch! What can I get you?" Instead, he called me "sweetheart." LOL. Maybe he could tell I wasn't a local.
We walked over to biscuit bitch & scanned their QR code to order. It took about 15-20 min to get our order, so we walked around the area while we waited for the text. We got their bacon egg sausage biscuit and it was delicious! The biscuit was not dry at all & had good flavor. The only thing I think it is missing, which is personal preference, is some honey!
How can you go wrong with a restaurant called Biscuit Bitch??? They hired the right people to run that ship...from the guy taking orders to the cooks who make the delicious breakfast to the gal with an incredible set of lungs connecting patrons with their meal...such a great spot. There's no indoor seating so be prepared to find a spot to eat your food (we went down to the fish market patio...it was perfect). We went early Sunday morning and waited about 15 mins for our food. I can imagine that the line can get very long later in the morning. If you like biscuits and gravy, this is your spot and be prepared to hear some really colorful language spoken with love and joy.
The famous biscuit bitch It was super bomb but very heavy, seatings were outside very limited, what a cool little spot to try, delicious, the biscuits were huge, with lots of toppings on top, I enjoyed it very much, place was funny that's what attracted me here to check em out! You do encounter some homeless people but they were chill, liquor store next door to have a drink combo with these biscuits
The biscuit was a bit on the dryer side but the taste was good, portion was on the bigger side and especially for the price. My boyfriend tried the biscuit with bacon and cheese and a gravy. I believe it was about $15 or so? He spent about 22 total with a drink too. Service is friendly, the vibes here are basically the same treatment for everybody, if you get what I mean.
Biscuit Bitch is the perfect breakfast option to grab-and-go while enjoy Pike Place in Seattle! There isn't indoor seating. You either order at the window in-person, or you can scan the QR code post outside to order online. They also have the approximate wait time posted outside. They do have some tables outside when the weather is nice! Good was ready quick despite it being busy on a Friday morning! The hot link sandwich was delicious! The biscuits are buttery and flaky and perfectly golden brown!
I went on a Monday, late morning. There wasn't much of a line so it was perfect. I ordered and paid and waited about 15 minutes for my order. It was delicious. The chai was perfect. The sandwich was just about perfect. I wasn't expecting the sauce, so it was a little surprise, but yummy. There are tables and chairs along the sidewalk so there were places to sit and eat. The first Street location is very close to the train station so it is easy to get to. I'm definitely going back when I'm in Seattle next.
I saw the reviews for this cheeky named spot on Yelp and knew I had to give it a try during my Seattle trip and it did not disappoint! I ordered the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and it was so delicious! The food itself was so comforting and the flavors worked so well together! The grits in it really made the meal for me. This is a small spot where you order at the front and wait for your name to be called. Because this is a popular spot, wait times can be a bit long. You can either take your food to go or there are a few tables out on the side walk in front of the store to enjoy your food. Overall, I would recommend this spot and would come back in the future!
What a fun place!! We walked up and the line was out the door!! You walk up to place your order and you're greeted "What can I get for you Bitch?". We ordered a sausage, Egg, and Cheese Bitchwich! I know it's simple, but wow!! What flavor!! It so many layers of flavors with the perfect balance sweet and savory, Let me tell you...these "Bitches" can make some great food and make it fun for all the customers! Too bad it's all take out orders! But definitely a good spot to get something on the run! Cool place!! Highly recommend you stop by to see these "Bitches"!
Every time we visit Seattle coming to biscuit bitch is a MUST! Per usual, we enjoyed our meal. Introduced this place to our boys and they gave it a two thumbs up!
Haha! The name will grab you, but the awesomely large and tasty biscuit creations will capture your heart. You will come back often. This is clearly a local favorite place. My sister and I found this great sideway seating window store (no indoor seating) and was it a delight! Orders are made through the sidewalk windows with a lively person who is all for good service with a great smile and upbeat attitude. I had the spam and egg breakfast biscuit. Generous size and satisfying for sure. The grits were a nice side dish in the cooler weather that day. Kitchen is on site so fresh as fresh can be.
I came here for the very first time on a Monday around 8am. When you get here, they have a QR code so you can place your order without talking to someone. I waited about 10-15 minutes before I was able to get my food which wasn't too bad. They also had some seating outside so I was able to eat my breakfast here. I ordered a Bitchwich with bacon which is a biscuit with egg, cheese, bacon and bitchy sauce. Then I added a side of sausage gravy and a side of Callahan's hot sauce. After tax and tip, this simple breakfast was over $17 dollars. I took my first bite without the gravy or hot sauce and it was pretty dry. It is mostly all biscuit and not a lot of egg, cheese or bacon. It was really underwhelming. But once you add the sausage gravy and hot sauce to each bite, it definitely made it a whole lot better. Without the gravy and hot sauce, it was very disappointing. Overall, I don't know if I would come back. $17+ for a breakfast sandwich and some sides to make it actually good is pretty pricey. Honestly, I would be happier with an egg McMuffin from McDonald's and would be saving a few bucks. read more
In town for the 49ers game (GO NINERS!!) and decided to check this place out after hearing so many great things. I ordered the Bitchwich with sausage, egg, and cheese, plus a side of their sausage gravy. Honestly... it was just okay. Definitely not bad, but in my opinion, pretty overhyped. The food didn't quite live up to the buzz--it was solid, but nothing that made me say wow. Service was quick--we arrived around 8:30am and had our food in about 10 minutes, which was a plus. I also tried the raspberry lemonade sparkler, which was refreshing and probably the highlight of the meal. Overall, it was an alright experience. Worth trying if you're curious, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it next time. read more

Pretty good biscuits and gravy for the price in the heart of Seattle. Went for brunch on the weekend - was about a 40 minute wait to get your food. With it near Pike Place Market, you're able to burn some time before your food comes. There's a couple tables outside to sit and eat. Ended up ordering two straight up b*tch meals, one with spam. We also got some hot sauce (which costs extra). The meal was good for the price - but think we probably could of split one instead of having individual meals. Was definitely full afterwards. Would come back if feeling for something filling and on the cheaper side. read more
So anyone who has been following me knows that this is a must stop for biscuits and gravy when I am in Seattle. They are consistently good and never disappoint you. Whether it is biscuits and gravy or a breakfast sandwich they always provide great quality food. This biscuit felt like it was curing my hangover even though I didn't have one. The butteriness of the biscuit and the savoriness of the sausage make for an amazing breakfast sandwich. Despite the small shop and popularity the staff and the ordering system keep things easy and lets you walk around while waiting for your order. read more

I may be giving an unfair review since due to circumstances I couldn't eat my biscuit for about 20 minutes after it was given to me. The flavor was good though, just imagine it would have been way better hot. I got a dirty pumpkin chai and a spam biscuit sandwich. Both were good; just don't know how good it was fresh. I definitely wasn't expecting the "good morning bitches" "you're welcome bitches" "what's up bitches what can I get you" Everyone had good with it, and got a chuckle out of me at 730am. This place is amazing. Even though it is a little bit sketchy, having a security guard and some homeless around but it's all worth it! The biscuits are amazing! I got the sandwich combo with garlic cheese grits! Omg the grits are a must try. I wouldn't get a sandwich again I would definitely get something with my biscuit covered like the other entree, sausage jalapenos egg. That was yum! Staff was super helpful and nice! Great energy but "Okay" Bitchwhiches and side pieces. Biscuit Bitch had been on my list for a while, so I finally decided to check it out while visiting Seattle. I'd heard all the hype, but overall, it was just okay-consistent food, but nothing that left a lasting impression. There was about a 40-minute wait, which felt a bit long for a few biscuits. It's also worth noting there's no indoor seating-strictly take-out with limited spots nearby to sit. The staff had great energy, greeting everyone with their signature "Thank you, bitches and welcome bitches!" which fits the theme perfectly. It's playful without feeling forced, and I appreciated the effort to make the experience lighthearted. We tried a few of their biscuit sandwiches and coffee. The biscuits were fluffy, airy, and buttery, easily the best part of the meal. The coffee, however, was underwhelming-I'd skip it and grab something stronger from a nearby café. You can add protein or eggs, but it makes the sandwich bulky, and the biscuits and gravy option comes with a noticeable price jump. Ordering is simple-either at the window or through their QR code system that texts you when your food is ready. It's efficient, though the outdoor setup doesn't offer much in terms of atmosphere. Consistent and boy what an effective and hearty breakfast. I recommend the hot mess bitch. Also order ahead because there is no/limited seating so might as well take it to go and eat it at a more desirable location (away from homeless and standing on the sidewalk). Did not get called bitch last time I went however and that made me sad. read more
My wife had a bacon/egg cheese biscuit and I had the spam egg cheese biscuit. Both were soft and flakey, we're from the south so a pretty great biscuit but otherwise just okay as far as the whole thing goes. Nothing wrong with it but not overly flavorful. We had been wanting to try it but it's not something we loved so much we would make a special trip again. If you just want a great biscuit, then it's definitely worth trying out. read more
Good amount of breakfast sandwiches to choose from that are decently priced. I went with the basic sausage egg and cheese and it was pretty good. Thankfully it wasn't too long of a wait - I liked that they had a sign letting you know how long it would be. Would recommend trying if it isn't too long of a wait to get your food. I heard about this place through a referral. I thought the name was catchy so I decided to give it a try. I checked the menu out before I got there and decided on a Hot Link Bitch Wich and a Seattle fog tea. The sandwich consists of spicy grilled hot link , egg ,cheddar , bitch sauce on a biscuit and the Seattle fog sound better than it taste, an loose leaf earl grey tea , steamed milk , hint of vanilla, and orange zest. The sandwich was just ok . The link was warm and the rest was semi warm, the drink taste like bland hot milk. No dining in , but they do have limited seats off to the side on the sidewalk, the wait time is minimum 30 minutes so if patrons eat and get up ( no table hogging) most people will be able to sit and enjoy their meals. The cashier is on the outside and taking orders . If you're easily offended don't stop here , the name speaks for itself. You will be addressed by just that (BITCH) FYI you can order from the website for pick up for speedier service, souvenirs are available. Prices are cheaper than Pike Place and I'll leave it at that. Located near the Pike Place Market. Parking may be difficult to find, but there are several parking structures around the area. Should've ordered online in advance because theres a QR code right at the front that makes you order online anyways lol. I'm not from here, but it seemed like people already knew that so they would just come by and wait for their order. Luckily the wait wasn't too long to get my order, about 15 mins? There's very limited outdoor seating right by the side, but we were able to snag a table! The employees here are very casual and sassy, they crack jokes with the customers here lol. I got to try the Gritty Scrambled Bitch and the others got Smokin Hot Bitch. I mainly had the Gritty Scrambled and I thought it was quite nice. It's very filling, but the biscuit goes so well with everything together. The egg was done nicely as well. I rarely have grits, so it was pretty nice to enjoy it overall. Although, I feel like this dish was missing something? Something that could elevate it more, but it seemed like a safe breakfast choice. read more
When I travel I often try to eat at places unique to the location. Well a restaurant with a bad word in the name is certainly unique! The cheekiness goes beyond the business name, it's also embedded in the names of the menu items. I ordered online and got a gritty scrambled cheesy B.... and a hot mess B..... because I needed something to eat it with, I selected the option that "a B needs utensils." Never quite considered myself a B but there you go! You should order early because I ordered it before my 15 minute walk to the restaurant and I still had to wait 30 minutes. Fortunately it is right at the large public marketplace so there is lots to see and do. Burning the time was easy. The staff was friendly and the place is clearly very popular. The food was good but not great. Truthfully, my two meals tasted very similarly with the exception that the hot mess had a very hot sausage and jalapeños on it. The biscuit is buried under all the eggs and grits and gravy. It was a good soft biscuit that, while hidden under the food, still manages to highlight the meal. I certainly wasn't disappointed in the experience, and apparently let my inner B out to play! read more

It takes about 15 minutes to get your food ready, but the wait is totally worth it!! The biscuits are delicious!! The breakfast sandwiches we had were very tasty too!!! I ordered the Bacon Bitchwich, and while I can see why this place is a favorite for a lot of people, it was just a bit too much for my liking. It also seemed like you could only order outside, and there was barely any seating. We went on a super cold day, so the whole experience ended up feeling a little uncomfortable. read more

This place was good! I feel like my photo does not do the biscuit justice, but trust the biscuit was very tasty and not dry!! I am a big fan of breakfast style sandwiches and if I was a local I'd prob want to be coming here all the time! It's a great quick takeout spot. The food came out hot and fast. They do have a few tables outside so you could dine there, but it's not a ton so just keep that in mind! read more

Love the food but hate the location. We struggled to find a place to sit, and with it being our first time at Biscuit Bitch, we didn't realize that seating was so limited. As for the food - the gravy was spectacular and added a delightful flavor when paired with the biscuit! But the actual biscuit was okay. Not as flavorful as I had expected and could have used a bit of salt. The sausage was also lacking in flavor on the sandwich, but the sauce definitely helped and I could have used more of it! read more

One of my favorite grab & go spots in Seattle! I got the Bitchwich (Veggie Sausage) and it always hits the spot. It's take away only and usually is about a 30 min wait. It's a small hole in the wall. Outdoor seating is available but limited. Otherwise grab your biscuit and find a seat by the water. read more

My friend and I decided to order ahead and pickup breakfast here on a Sunday morning before sightseeing. I'm very glad we ordered ahead because when we walked up at 10:30 they were already almost about to sell out! We both got Bitchwiches (hers with bacon, mine with a Louisiana Hot Link). We also got a side of cheesy garlic grits to share. Our wait time took about 30 minutes but there was a bunch of us hanging out on the sidewalk waiting for our Togo orders since this location is just a window. Once our orders were ready, we sat down at some tables outside down the block. The bitchwiches were SO DELISH! I loved the fluffy buttery biscuits and the hot link was spicy and delicious. The comeback sauce was also tangy and a great flavor add. The grits were on the grainy side and they needed more time/butter to be truly Southern grits but the cheese helped a lot. The biscuits live up to the hype and I'd come back and try the gravy next time! read more

I'll take a biscuit with a side of attitude. The sassy workers are definitely the best part of this restaurant! It's not hard to spot this hole-in-the-wall, thanks to the standing crowd of people. Whether you place a mobile order or in-person, prepare yourself for a long wait alongside other hungry patrons. With no private seating of their own, we managed to snag outdoor seats at the adjacent cafe. The Straight-Up Bitch (biscuit topped with country sausage gravy) and Bitchwich (buttered biscuit with bacon, egg, and cheese) were simple, freshly made, and filling. Good biscuits, but not great. Not worth the hype. I've tried both locations now throughout the years. My latest experience was at the downtown location and it was a let down. Food is mid and gravy was bland and had a weird texture. You can tell the employees really don't want to be there and love calling the customers bitches since they obviously hate the customers. Some outside seating at this location. I hadn't been to biscuit bitch in years and decided to give it another try and don't remember them calling you bitches. Honestly didn't like it. Especially because I could tell they were calling me a bitch in not a nice way. Again the employees seemed annoyed and didn't take pride in their work. Food is presented nicely but just doesn't taste good and is way overpriced. I don't leave a lot of bad reviews but sadly I believe Biscuit Bitch is a big miss and skip for me. Heard about this place on social media so my husband and I decided to try it. There's no indoor seating so you have to order it togo, there are a couple of outdoor seating options but they fill up quickly. We waited 30 min for our food which they do tell you up front and they are accurate with their time! I got the spam bitchwitch and it was good, the biscuit was a bit dry for me. My husband and I personally don't think it's worth the wait.. it's a place to try if you're in Seattle for the first time and are in the area but we don't plan on going back. read more

No, the establishment is not that high tech but definitely worth the wait in more ways than one. All of my experience with BB has been a consistent 15-30 minute wait based on the day. I would suggest you order and time it around 20/25 minutes out.…
