My husband said the hot white chocolate mocha was the best that he had ever had and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot mocha. Friends of ours ordered some cinnamon biscuits bites to share and it came with three sauces (fruity, chocolate, and caramel) and they were all amazing. I had the full biscuit breakfast, eggs over easy. Eggs were perfectly runny, the perfect ratio of biscuit and sausage gravy. I was scraping off gravy to add jam to some biscuits, they were fluffy and delicious. The gravy did not go to waste, it had so much flavor, tasted like it was made from scratch. Crispy not too crunchy bacon was amazing, I gave my husband the sausage. Our friends tried the biscuit pizza, it was okay, full breakfast was better, they only wished the hashbrowns were a bit crispier. I was expecting scratch cooking and we got biscuits that were hard as pucks, served lukewarm and lacking flavor. The gravy was good and the loaded hash browns were decent but served barely heated up. Welp. Maybe my experience was different but it wasn't a pleasant one. Our food took a long time, on a not so busy time. By the time our food came it was cold, they ran out of silverware, after telling us they would bring us silverware 3x, ended up getting plasticware and basically had to serve ourselves once our food came. The front deck staff was friendly but our waitress can use serious training, the food itself wasn't horrible, just wish it was hot. I understand this is a newer establishment but we probably won't be back for a while, give it some time to work out its kinks. read more

Went on a Sunday, but didn't wait long for a table. Ordered at a central location and took a seat (we ate outside). Coffee was decent, if a little sweet (I ordered a flavored coffee). With On the Grind next door, I guess I expected a little more....Our food was okay. Portions were right. Ambiance was nice. Servers were friendly. We saw other diners with omelets, and they looked great. Given that it's the name of the place, I was disappointed in the biscuits. They were too bready, not "short" and the sausage gravy was not flavorful. I asked for my egg "over medium" and it was runny. I think hubby and I will give it another try sometime. read more

Saw a TikTok video this morning and decided to try it out. You can definitely tell it was a new business so they need to work out the kinks. Nice cozy spot. Over all we enjoyed it. The food was good. We both ordered the full biscuit breakfast. I ordered mine with the potatoes and hers with hash browns. They must have forgotten because I had a mix of hash browns and potatoes as if they realized and tried to scrape the hash browns off. I had 3 sausages and she only had 2. The staff were extremely friendly. The facility was nice, color scheme and pictures of owners were great touch. I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo to go. I took a seat as instructed and was told they would deliver my food once completed. I sat and watched several to-go meals being placed on the bar. There was one sack of food that sat for just over ten minutes, having 3 employees look at its receipt and then walk away. Well that turned out to be my meal. Not only did it sit, with the employees knowledge, the order was incorrect. Unfortunately I could not wait for it to be corrected, it was a simple mistake, bacon instead of the sausage. So I left with my breakfast. When I opened the Styrofoam container I noticed that the bottom was not lined so the Styrofoam melted into food. Through everything I had to throw it out without eating. Maybe eating in-house would be better plan. I'll give them another try, but please line the bottom of Styrofoam containers when it holds hot, greasy items. One more thing, they do not offer fresh tea, only fresh coffee is available. The tea available is provided in bulk and dispensed with soft drinks. read more

This was the most disappointing restaurant I have ever been to. The table they sat us at was filthy. The food was actually disgusting. The eggs were basically raw, the potatoes were way undercooked, and the sausage and bacon have been sitting there in grease all morning.... The biscuits are vey low quality, you cannot even spread jam on them without them crumbling apart. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 2 people over $50 for 2 inedible meals. read more

A newer business- it was our first time eating here. It was pretty busy which wasn't unexpected, but to the point that there was no parking and I had to park down the street and walk. We were told it would be a twenty minute wait for two people, it was closer to thirty minutes. Having said that, the ladies working the front as hostess/cashier (you order when your table is available at the front desk) - were on top of their game. They were good about making sure people were on the waitlist and keeping people updated, handing out menus, etc. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas. We chose to sit first available which ended up being outside. Our chairs (most of the outdoor chairs) were the metal bars and were not comfortable (would recommend some kind of cushion or to sit in one of the chairs with a wooden seat). The outside seating is covered with a fan which is nice. We waited another 30 minutes for my husband to get his pancakes. About 15 minutes after that, when I saw other couples getting their food, I asked for an update for my food and the server brought it. The pancakes were ok - they came with the same syrup packets you get at a hotel. We also didn't love the biscuits which was a bummer. I ended up picking off the eggs and bacon to eat. We did love the loaded hashbrowns and coffee. The facility was clean, all of the people working were polite and working hard, but overall - we just didn't love the food enough to go back anytime soon. Prices are too high for what you get especially when you don't even get what you paid for. I ordered food to go and unfortunately I didn't check it before I left. Once I got home & realized I didn't get what I ordered, I reached out to them but was told they were too busy to respond but would be back in touch. That was a week ago. I really wasn't expecting much, but no response just cost them my business and I will be telling this story to all. However, the lady who originally took my order was very friendly and super nice. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the space is well laid out. There was quite a crowd so we had to wait and the front was a bit of a mess. It looks like they are both a little short staffed and also still working out their process. You order up front and then go to your table. We ordered the Full Biscuit Breakfast and the two-egg Something Simple, with a pancake to share and a coffee. Food service was a bit haphazard, with tables seated well before us still waiting and another seated just before us already eating, but our food came in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was served hot and tasted great. We enjoyed the bacon, but a neighbor table sent theirs back for some more crispy, so if you prefer it that way you may want to make a special note of it for your order. The pancake had a sweetness already mixed in, so try it before you load up the syrup. Saturday morning breakfast is a weekly tradition for us, so we are excited to have a new option in the area. read more
