Breakfast service. I had the Biscuit sandwich. $13.99 for one piece of bacon broke in half for the sandwich. If I had ordered the simply breakfast I would have gotten 2 pieces of bacon for $11.99. Extremely overpriced and underwhelming. I went with some friends and we all agreed the biscuits were not very good for the establishment having "biscuit" in its name. Also, there is not a kids menu so I was forced to order from the adult menu for my child. I paid $40 for 2 people and that was just for two meals and a coffee. Their food tastes like if you went to a hotel all you can eat breakfast and all the preheated items were just piled on your plate. The sausage link was undercooked. The sausage gravy had no sausage. Not sure why they're calling it sausage gravy. The bacon was so flimsy. We ordered a fruit cup and it was six dollars. They forgot it so I had to ask for it and when it was brought out, it was mostly full of grapes, some oranges and blueberries. Very subpar fruit for six dollars. Not to mention the price of everything is way too high. I got a black coffee for four dollars. Very disappointed in this place. It's also one of those places where the tables are piled on top of each other. This was the first time I went, and I will not be returning. First thought of this place is indifferent. You order at a counter, they tell you a table number to sit at and then bring your items accordingly. The menu items and the pricing is off, I ordered the potato bowl with an egg. The menu says the egg is an extra $1 while my receipt said it's an extra $1.50. DO NOT just order 1 biscuit for your kid. It'll set you back $4.50, while just getting the biscuit and gravy is $7.99. There is NO kid menu, so be ready to share if your child doesn't eat much. Food was OK. It was super crowded when we walked in and an hour wait for a table but we chalked that up to this was their first week opened... I'm glad we waited because it was well worth the wait!! The young ladies were very sweet and attentive. The omelettes we had were perfectly cooked and the hash browns were yummy with a nice crispy crunch. The biscuits were big and excellent... nice crust and soft inside. My hubby said they were as good as his southern grandmas. The pancake comes with 2 huge cakes almost as big as my head. We weren't impressed and found the food way overpriced is the short review. Read on if you like more detail. I love biscuits to the point of being fanatical about them so I was excited when I first saw the sign that a biscuit place was coming. To be fair in this review, biscuits come in many shapes, sizes and types. I personally like fluffy, flaky light ones. These aren't that but are good. They are big, 3 1/2" diameter but not too tall. They are really dense heavy biscuits. They are way overpriced! For $4.50 each there should be something other than Smucker's grape or strawberry jelly and they should give you more than one little plastic thing of butter for a biscuit of this size. Butter should be available on the table and jelly should be something homemade at that price. Also to be fair, I still struggle with today's prices caused by the runaway inflation. I felt like everything on the menu was very expensive. There should be a children's menu. Yes, as other reviews note, if you go in with kids, plates could be shared but my wife and I don't like the same things are granddaughter who was with us does. Spending over $37 for 2 adults and a 7 year old with only water to drink is outrageous. Now the food. I said what there is to say about the biscuit. My wife and I were split on the flavor of the sausage gravy - she liked, I didn't. Good but not great and the sausage was really lacking. Granddaughter had the French toast. It is 3 full slices of thick sliced bread but not Texas toast thick and came with blueberries. Also available was strawberry or blueberry sauce which she passed on. So I went to Biscuit House for brunch this morning. I wasn't expecting much to be honest. Most of the places I've been to that were like this were overpriced and overrated. Not this place. They actually season the biscuits and gravy. It has taste. Everything had flavor. They actually cook the hash browns (I've been to places that boil them). It was good portions, the eggs were not runny (I ordered them over medium), and the sausage and bacon was excellent. I will be going back and I highly recommend everyone at least give it a try. They didn't have iced tea yet, but they may start soon (I hope); that was the only drawback. read more

Honestly they are trying and I give them credit. We dinned in, it was a bit in the high price for the experience. Ordered Denver omelettes, French toast to share a latte and matcha it was over $60. Coffee was very good I enjoy good coffee wasn't a fan of ordering a latte and served a paper cup. The latte was tasty and had beautiful art work but served in a paper cup takes the special aspect of it. Unless I'm taking it to go then I would expect a paper cup. Use regular coffee cups and I promise the Quality of the coffee will stand out more. Some feedback French toast was really good but was served with a pack of corn syrup not real maple syrup. Omelet was ok nothing that stood out it was fresh and warm. High priced for what was served. The ordering in the counter then waiting for a table is a different concept . I felt that concept makes it feel it's a fast food restaurant and it's not. The servers are attentive and friendly. Overall it was an ok experience not sure if it would be my first choice for a breakfast place. Keep on trying. read more

They aren't quite there yet. It has potential. When you walk in you order and then go to your assigned table. My father and I went to breakfast. My dad ordered and then I ordered separately right after him since we were paying separate. They put us at the same table but his food came almost immediately while mine took about 15 more minutes. I wish they had timed it better so we could eat together. When my food came out I noticed my bacon was burned on one end. My dad's biscuit was cold and had to be reheated. The omelette was good, hot, and fresh. The hashbrowns were decent. I had higher expectations for a place called the biscuit house to have great biscuits. But alas, they were a bit dry and tasteless. I ordered a half sweet no sugar Carmel macchiato and watch as they drizzled WAY too much Carmel for my order. The cost is over the top way too much for what they are offering. I paid $28 for my omelette, Carmel macchiato and bacon. Some of these issue will likely get better with time I hope. I can't say I'm eager to go back anytime soon. I'd go to Northern D'lights or Soufflé cafe before I'd go here again. Too bad. I had high hopes for them. read more

My main problem was that you are named Biscuit House, but the biscuits were flat, no flavor, and seemed like nothing better than a frozen biscuit. Amazing NEW breakfast location, my family and I loved our whole experience here. The service was great, we were taken care of by young ladies. Who were FANTASTIC and helped us with the menu and suggestions. Although we thought our food would come out late, do to the rush. The barista checked on us regularly and he gave us updates, which made us feel seen!
