Best of all, they weren't overly sugary--which is huge for us since we typically prefer our coffee at half-sweetness. To pair with our drinks, we tried the Blueberry Bourbon Maple Pastry. It was phenomenal: flaky on the outside, light and pillowy-creamy on the inside, beautifully balanced, and generously loaded with fresh blueberries. The staff was highly professional, exceptionally welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable about their shop and everything on the menu. I discovered them as soon as I came out to Arizona about 5 years ago and have made it a staple when I want a really good burger and fries. I got a hangover burger combo large. This is on a pretzel bun with cheese, an egg, bacon, lettace and tomato with fries and a 44 oz drink of you choice for under $15 bucks. It use to be less the prices just went to. Soooo worth it.

Our grandpa was in town so we decided to stop and grab some brunch before he left! We were super excited because we know how great biscuits cafe food is! the service was pretty iffy. We waited outside of our quote time which understandably they were busy . But as a party of 7 we were only offered to sit outside . So we did. It was a chilly day so they offered to turn the heater on. The propane kept going out and the gas was left on, leaving the smell to be awful . They kept offering to turn on the other heater in which we agreed to 2x yet no one came out to turn it on . Not a huge deal. But this is what really ruined the experience- my papa decided to pick the bill up for us all. He approved of the check after looking at it. The card was ran. The receipt then stated there was a 20% gratuity charge after the fact ! By all means they deserve to be tipped , but they FAILED to let us know verbally or on the receipt. So my grandpa added 20% more on top of the total bill unknowingly . By all means if they would have communicated that to us or not been shady we would have probably added extra on top of the gratuity ourselves . Instead they were SHADY . And the experience wasn't great to begin with . I'm pissed and feel like we were taken advantage of because we were a big group . read more

Came for breakfast this morning and the place was packed. They were doing some thing with a brewing company handing out free samples of beer. Man was it good. It actually went great with my breakfast as it was some coffee beer. I suggest everyone try it. The manager came by and asked how everything was and he was very friendly. I could tell he was very busy as he was clearing tables and seating other guests and cleaning up some water a kid spilled. It's quite nice to see a manager take charge like this instead of just making someone else do it, and still have the time to talk to the customers. The staff were very friendly and man do they move. I never once had to ask for a refill or for anything as far as that goes. My server Jordan was on top of it. The food came out very fast and was just as we ordered it. I will be telling all my friends about this place as it was our first time in. We will be back for great food and great service like this. YUM!!! read more

Went in on Saturday for Veterans day with some friends of mine that I am stationed with at at recruiting station with and this is the second time I have been now and received the best service both times. The food is amazing and I can say you get what you pay for. Although it's not the cheapest place, it's very very good. The food came out and the portion size was amazing. My friends all loved what they ordered as well. We also met the manager who was going around thanking all the noticeable Veterans for their service. We had the pleasure to talk to him and he is such a friendly person although looking at some of these reviews you wouldn't think so. You get what you give I guess. Be an ass to him and I'm sure he's one right back since while talking to him I found out he's a Vet as well. I can't say how much we loved this place. Great food, great service, and great management. Came in this morning to a warm welcome by the manager and wonderful service by the server named Jordan. The place wasn't full, but had a few tables and she was the only server working. It was nice to see the manager helping her out and both of them being so engaged with the customers. My bloody mary was sooooo good and I had the Joes Scramble and hashbrowns to eat which to say were amazing would be an understatement. I sat down and before I could look up I had my food. I see all the poor reviews on here and can't believe someone would rate this place anything but four or five stars. It wasn't cheap by any means, but you get what you pay for. Finally!! I tried one of the other Biscuits which is what got me excited for this new one. The bar was amazing and full! My server Anthony was very quick and professional, and we're very grateful for his recommendations. My husband had the Chicken Fried Steak and I had the waffles with berries. I don't usually like Chicken fried steak but this one may have changed my mind. The bartender looked mean, and she was obviously stressed out and may have been the only negative of the entire experience but considering the chaos, I can understand. I was trying to figure out why so many people are giving them such bad reviews and come to find out they trash this place and then go give the other breakfast joint in town a 5 star review. Whatever, I'll be back with all my friends many times over. Their bar is a great addition and their bloody marys are unrivaled. Ask for the candied bacon, it's delicious. Anyone that would rate this place any lower than a four would be crazy and dumb. It's new idiots, have some respect for the employees working here and the management trying their best to do what they do. The food is amazing and the portion sizes are so big even I needed a box to take leftovers. These guys are rockstars and for those of you that would ever consider leaving a bad review just don't eat here again so I don't have to ever wait on a table again. This is probably the best thing to happen here in San Tan Valley. This place is amazing. The service is great and the staff are all very friendly. The food is well let's just say you're not leaving hungry and if you do it's your own fault. The portion sizes are so big my wife and I will probably split a meal next time. The pancakes are HUGE!!! A typical go-to order for us is one orders one pancake and the other orders the 2-eggs, tater tots, sausage with sourdough toast and jam. It's the perfect amount of food to share since we typically walk from our community. We wish that they offered lates as their coffee is good, but a little dark for us. For hot drinks, they only serve regular coffee. They seem to have a nice variety of iced coffee drinks on tap for those who like ice coffee. We'll be back again!
