First time going into this cafe. New to the area and the staff was so nice and attentive even though they're busy. I wanted to order something to go. They gave me menus and took my order very quickly. It's a cafe had a bar area and the seating area and was pretty packed with people sitting and waiting for their, it's time to be serviced. I order the churro Waffle combo with cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon. I substituted the bacon for turkey, bacon and added red roasted potatoes with the side of strawberries. I thought this food home and it was so delicious and the portions were perfect. The eggs and potatoes were seasoned perfectly. In the churro waffles, by the grace of everything. Holy so delicious. Because of my substitutes, the meal cost about 25 bucks. But it was completely worth it. I am for sure going back. I wanted to add because my order was to go. They put it in a sealed bag. So now I'm even considering ordering delivery because you know no one would get into your food which was a great touch. read more

Stopped in at Biscuits Cafe after a hike and it refueled us as needed. The service was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. We were also impressed with how fast our food came out. I ordered a cinnamon roll which was very delish and the size of my head! Also had eggs, hash browns and bacon. One of my friends ordered a turkey bacon omelet with strawberry stuffed French toast. My daughter-in-law and I meet there for breakfast once a month. We love the food. I usually have the Oatmeal. While this sounds like a strange thing to go out to eat and have their oatmeal is so wonderful. It comes with fresh fruit, nuts, and brown sugar to add to the oatmeal. Fast seating, server was happy and had some recommendations we tried and both my husband and I were very happy to have a good breakfast (eggs over medium with whites fully cooked, leaving the yolks nice and runny - great for dipping yummy toast in!) We figured, we can't go wrong with a breakfast spot named Biscuits. we did receive a fresh-baked biscuit with the Spinach Scramble and it was VERY good! We also ordered Ham Sliders with home fried potatoes. I decided to order a cinnamon roll to have a little something to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was ginormous, definitely made for sharing! We placed our order by phone and drove over to pick it up. The order was ready when promised. The food truly tasted like home-cooking. If I lived closer, I would be a regular customer. We've tried this place twice, both times it was just ok. There are so many other breakfast places that don't serve bland food.

I came at 7am so the place had about 10 tables full. The large OJ is actually in a large cup I got the BEAST Benedict Breakfast which is a Benedict/BLTA situation in the best way. I prefer my hollandaise sauce on the side. The poach was perfect in my opinion (see pic). All of the staff had a nice and sweet demeanor. The collective happiness level among the workers seems to be high. Food was good, service was good. 10/10 read more

Came in for breakfast with two others on a Saturday morning. It was about a 20 minute wait to be seated which wasn't bad at all. Our server was very friendly but seemed extremely nervous. My sister had ordered waffles and they forgot her syrup. We ordered the coffee flight, mimosa flight and bacon flight. We had asked to split the 3 flights on the check but it was a little too difficult for our server, I think she was unable to do so for the checks. The coffee flight was honestly not the best, the coffee flavors were not labeled and they told us they could not do any dairy free substitutions for the coffee. Luckily, I had lactated pills in my bag. Who cares about dairy allergies, right? The food, I got the breakfast sausage sandwich with the "loaded" hash browns and it was underwhelming. I wish the sandwich itself was cut in half and the loaded has browns had bacon or something in them. They just had chives and cheese on top. The interior of this location is farm decorated and a pretty open seating area. They had music playing but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't hear my friends. Overall a decent experience. Personally a one and done for me, $9 for a bacon flight that's 4 strips of bacon is a little crazy. lol read more

Came here with the fam for brunch. It is a tale of two different experiences. The food was very good and we enjoyed all of it immensely. The service was also good. Our server kept our drinks full and was very friendly. Timeliness was a huge problem. It took us over an hour to get our food. The people behind us left after the first 60 minutes. If not for the fact that we were engaged in fun conversation the whole time, we might have joined them in leaving. There are any number of reasons why it could have taken that long, but none of them really excuse that kind of wait. We arrived this morning, Saturday morning at 8:30 AM and there was still plenty of seating, maybe due to the rain. By the time we left at 9:30am, there was a wait to get in. We like the build your own breakfast section and the price is very reasonable. I got two pancakes, two sausages, two scrambled eggs for $12.50. It was good; typical diner food. Don got the giant cinnamon roll. It was nice and soft and gooey, but had a flavor we didn't love. Val was our server and she was very nice and efficient. They were watered down and super sweet, we told our waiter and he argued with us and said that if we wanted to take it off our bill we shouldn't have tried all 4 drinks. He gave us a $5 discount instead and asked his manager to come talk to us but the manager refused. $15 for a flight of watered down coffee is silly. I was woken out of my sleep on my day off to go eat breakfast. My wife and in-laws dragged me to Biscuits Cafe. I had never been there before, but considering I was deep in sleep and nursing a hang over I was not happy to be there. That changed fast! There was no wait so we were seated immediately. Our server was in excellent spirits that day and very attentive. He was especially patient with my in-laws. One is blind and the other is close to blind. He took the time to guide them through the menu and offer options. Then my food came. My chicken fried chicken was delicious with the gravy over it. For once... place that gives a healthy serving of hash browns. But the star of the show is their name sake. They had the best biscuit I have ever eaten. Big, fluffy, moist. And you get two. You bet I took one home for later. They have a pretty standard breakfast food spot ambiance, but they are tiers above IHOP, Denny's, EggTC, or any of the other breakfast shops. I would only suggest they get a bigger spot with a more trendy atmosphere where their are bottomless mimosas and maybe weekend brunch parties. Seated in the bar area, I think we would've had quicker service in a different section but I did have grace that the bartender had the entire bar + high tops to himself to service. Stopped here one morning in search of biscuits and gravy. To start the coffee, decaf nonetheless, was excellent. Great flavor and strong. The avocado Benedict was very very good. I asked for a medium hard poached egg and they delivered! The avocado was the perfect ripeness and the hollandaise sauce was light and tasty. And now for the biscuits and gravy - It was a good test plate with scrambled egg and crispy bacon on the side. The biscuits were a good size, a little Dowie in the center, and would have benefited from being split. The sausage gravy was tasty. The scrambled eggs were excellent and the bacon cooked perfectly.
