We had my husband and I and our four boys. The menu was a little confusing with their combo meals, but I think it was because our waitress never explained that to us. Our waitress messed up our order twice and had to correct it. She was friendly and apologized, but she was also very slow. We did get our food and it was very delicious. I had 2 Mimosa's and both times it took forever to get them. My boys loved the chocolate chip pancakes, and the cinnamon French toast. My husband said the stuffed French toast was great and he really appreciated the larger coffee cups they use. I had the ham Benedict and it was delicious. Today is my husband's birthday and he wanted to try that restaurant that we pass by every time we head to Mesa, AZ.... So we had the Cinnamon Roll French Toast Combo which includes eggs and choice of meat (sausage, ham, or bacon). We had the bacon... All I have to say is WOW!!!! OMG!!!!! The French toast actually looked light and fluffy and was to die for... it did come with powdered sugar sprinkled all over it .... as I put the first piece in my mouth, it just melted... the taste was amazing... Our waitress, Angel, was amazing as well. Customer service skills were outstanding and even gave my husband a free chocolate chip cookie for his birthday... very sweet. Just left here. Short line to get in. They pointed out a table for our group of 8 and then when it opened they sat another party there. Ok. Talked to them again. They pointed out 2 tables that were ready to leave. When empty they sat a differant group of people Both groups were our size and both came in after us. I like this restaurant when we dine in. I ordered through door dash to go and I was disappointed. The omelette was not put together well. It look like a flat piece of egg with meat tossed in between. Made it hard to eat, I'm used to a omelette have the meat kind of cooked into the middle of the egg. Also the to go plates were not sealed. This is a nice place to grab some good grub, it's a little busy at the STV location as there isn't much out here to choose from, so unless you're an early bird you may have to wait for a table. The coffee is good, the food is tasty and plentiful. The service seems to be hit or miss, I am not a regular I have been to this location three times and have had three different experience each time due to the wait staff. There's plenty of servers it would appear they seem to be bumping into each other because it would appear there's too many scheduled but for whatever reason two out my three visits I had to ask multiple times for basic items, refill on coffee, creamer, napkins. I have been a server (many past lives ago) you never want to have people asking for the basics over and over especially when you really aren't busy at the time. I'd give it a solid 7 out of 10 but primarily due to the food being so good and limited options out here in STV. read more

Came in around 9:30 sat at the bar high top area. Place was busy. I sat and watched the girl in the back drink her drink and then butter toast bare hands with no gloves. When I brought this up to my server she said that she has to wash her hands constantly and that is why she doesn't wear gloves. She did tell me she would tell her to wear gloves if it made me feel more comfortable and I agreed. Continued to watch her but she never did put on the gloves. Didn't receive our food till after 10:40 and when we got it it wasn't even hot. Luke warm if that. Had scrambled eggs and they were very gross and runny. I had them remake it, as did the table across from me. Apparently there's were just as gross as mine. Place is way too expensive to have gross food. To top it off 30 minutes after leaving both me and my fiancé had horrible stomach aches. He's been in and out of the rest room. And I'm having bad stomach cramps. Avoid this place. read more

I haven't been back here for a while because every time I drive by it's pretty busy. Decided to stop today and enjoyed a pretty decent breakfast. I did the southwest scramble again and enjoyed it a lot. I would have enjoyed it a lot more if they allowed me to substitute cheese for the avocado since I'm allergic. It always galls me when I delete a more expensive ingredient (never a discount) and get upcharged on another less expensive one. My wife and daughter loved the waffles. Wife tried the new churro waffle, it was little too sweet and heavy for her taste but it was good. Did not come with any sides though so that's an issue. As for the service, it was slow and inexperienced. Since last I was here it seems like the entire crew is new and too small. Our waitress spent every interaction complaining. Our table, the next; anyone to get sympathy? Same story at a lot of places these days. Both times I have been there you were severely understaffed. Today is New Years Day! How did you not plan to be super busy?? The table was sopping wet from whoever wiped it down and we had to have the hostess DRY it off. We had to ask for silverware, ask for water, the waitress did not introduce herself so I can't even tell on her. $3 for COFFEE! This is not Starbucks! We ordered an a-la-carte breakfast (pick 3 for $10) I ordered eggs over medium, Turkey bacon and strawberries... (Clearly a weight conscience order) Got REGULAR bacon and a boatload of whip cream on my strawberries! My friend ordered an egg over hard - (it was medium) After we ordered we waited 50 minutes!!!! for our food. Ridiculous. Then we had to ask for our check. The waitress did not check on us even once. When we asked for the check she curtly came by to tell us that we needed to go up front for the check but that she would get it for us! Gee how generous. Life is too short! I'd rather drive 5 extra minutes and get a better breakfast at Denny's for 1/2 the price. Lucky for you there are enough snowbirds around to each learn their lesson and still keep you in business.... I went to biscuits on Hunt Hwy on 3-29-2023 washed my hands and a worker was in stall using bathroom. He came out without washing hands. went to grill which i could see through curtain from the bar blew his nose then went back to bathroom and got tissue and shoved it up his nose and walk back to kitchen with it in hanging out his nose. I told the hostes which did not really seemed concerned could i speak to manager. she went to back and i could hear her and someone else laughing and returned saying the manager does not want to come out and you can come back tommorow. Walked in around 10:45am as a party of two and was greeted by both hostess, who were both super friendly! We were sat right away after one of the hostess cleaned our table. (: Our waitress was very kind and her service was exceptional, she even ran back to the kitchen for us to double check the soup of the day because I really wanted the enchilada soup and she said they were having a food shortage. Which we were very understanding of. (: They had everything we wanted, when our food arrived after a short wait we were NOT disappointed! The sandwich was huge and had so many layers as you can see, the ciabatta bread was warm, and my soup was amazing and full of flavor!
