I arrived around 12:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I went to the drive thru. There was no wait and immediately placed the order with a staff. There were cars ahead of me, though. I ordered the waffle sandwich combo with fries and tea around 12:32pm. I had a coupon for $1 off a combo. My total was $8 even. I arrived to the window at 12:40pm and received my tea. However, I was told they were making fresh eggs so I had to pull up. An employee came out at 12:46pm with an order for a person in line behind me. At 12:48pm, I finally got my food. The fries were hot but unseasoned. Thankfully I got ketchup to give it some flavor. The waffle sandwich was delicious. The tea was sweet too. I was in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes which is ridiculous. It made me late for a funeral I attended. This was supposed to be a quick pitstop. I know not to come by here if I'm on a time crunch.

Do not be deceived by the long line, it moves fast. The lady outside taking our order was so nice and she gave us great recommendations on the menu. The peach lemonade was BOMB. I wish I ordered two. Like seriously I wish I could have that stuff come out of a drinking fountain in my kitchen. I got the biscuit and gravy and it was amazing. If I went back I'd want to try some of the sandwiches AND the peach streusel muffin.

No cost for the 1 grey or the 1 car lol

I don't usually write reviews for fast food places but I'm making an exception for Biscuitville. Went to grab breakfast since we had no power due to the snow "storm" last weekend. The line was ridiculous and moved very slowly but we were starving and decided to stick it out. Got some biscuits, hash browns, a blueberry muffin and coffee. Everything was piping hot and pretty tasty. The biscuits aren't my favorite (kind of addicted to McDonald's biscuits) but they hit the spot on this cold, snowy morning. The coffee was really great which is unusual for a fast food place. I'll continue to grab breakfast here when it's convenient.

It's no Tudors Biscuit World but will suffice. I mean the food was enjoyable but nothing that stuck out to me making it memorable.

After ordering, it took maybe 5 minutes to get our food which felt decent for the fresh food! There was a steady flow of to-go orders so it seems to be a popular spot. I ordered the Popper Topper Burger, although I do get the jalapeños on the side. I was expecting a little bit more to be honest. It was cheesy and delicious, but the patty itself was lacking any flavor. This was shocking because the menu described it to be "Cajun seasoned" but it felt very plain. The fries were my favorite part by far!!! Unlike other places, this had plenty of toppings. Normally, once you eat the top layer the underside is dry. Not here! I was covered in cheese sauce by the end of the meal. If you're in the mood for some really good fries, definitely check it out!

While the exterior is a far cry from the "vibrant patio" the restaurant description promises, the interior opens into a clean, bright space, which is more spacious than one might expect. On the front counter you will see an artistically designed menu board, depicting the many creative offerings available here. When I invited my coworkers to join me here for lunch, 2 immediately began ardently affirming my choice, regretful they could not join me but promising I would love it. In this moment, vague memories of them talking about this "really good burger place at the gas station" for months on end began to come back to me, as I realized they had been indirectly recommending it for a while. On the other hand, my 3rd coworker, who was in a separate room and had not heard their high praises, told me that it was "overrated" and "fine but not that special." Lol. Needless to say, I had absolutely no idea what to make of it all when I arrived. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter asked if I had ever been there, before patiently walking me through the various sections of the menu and helping me pick something out. I settled on the Popper Topper, which promised Cajun spices and fried jalapeño coins, among other various toppings. At its smallest size (big), it only cost $10.99. I also ordered bacon and cheddar fries. My initial impressions upon receiving my food (quite quickly, I might add) is that 1) the restaurant's name is perfect and 2) this is a very good quantity per dollar and an absolutely absurd calorie per dollar meal, especially in 2025. For right at $20, I got a huge burger and enough fries to satiate 2-3 people. I cannot fathom what the larger burger sizes look like, much less who could possibly be ordering them. The fries were everything I could have asked for -- crispy, salty, and with a very generous amount of both cheddar sauce and bacon (the perfect amount to have sauce on every bite but not be soggy). The burger was good, and definitely satisfied that primal craving for salt and fat that we all carry with us from hunter-gatherer days gone by. However, I wouldn't say it was particularly spicy, nor did its flavor deviate significantly from any generic burger I could order. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious, but I was a little disappointed. I think that the fried jalapeño coins are breaded a little on the thicker side, which somewhat mutes the spice and slight acidity that they would otherwise add to this dish, to help cut through and brighten the other flavors. All in all, I had a great meal and would totally come back, but I don't think I've tried the "perfect" burger from here yet. Definitely going to recommend this to anyone in the area.

The fries were awesome, perfectly seasoned, and surprisingly not too salty at all (which I really appreciated). Service was a little slow, but honestly? That's because everything is made fresh. I'll gladly wait a few extra minutes for hot, fresh food instead of something that's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Overall, 9/10. Great food, bold flavors, and totally worth the visit. Our food was brought out by a very pleasant and polite young lady with orange in her hair. I'm sad I didn't catch her name as she was wonderful! My OJ was missing but she had no problem grabbing me one when asked! We tried a fry on the way home, and I'm glad we did. We have about a 15 min drive and the fries did not hold up hot and fresh. They were still good, but that first car fry was amazing! We'll definitely dine in or eat the fries in the car next visit! The burgers were phenomenal. They were full of flavor and the toppings complemented them nicely! They were nice and hot when we got home as well! Only downside was the missing sauces in our bag. Not a deal breaker and I should have checked before we left, but it's okay! We have ketchup at home and I hadn't yet decided how to use my ranch! They serve agua frescas and soft drinks. I ordered the 12 piece combo. They let me try both half fried and half grilled chicken. I chose 1 order of sweet plantains and 2 orders of yuca fries for my 3 sides. Also I was given some dinner bread rolls. The fried chicken has a distinct taste;it was savory and citrusy. There was a crunch to it but not as crispy as the other fried chicken chains and is less greasy. The fried chicken is seasoned with cumin, lime, paprika and cayenne peppers. The grilled chicken tasted super zesty ( heavy flavors of lime/oregano). The plantains is super sweet but soooo yummy!! I enjoyed the yuca fries as well( tasted like sweet fried thick cut potatoes). They carry the Cholula brand hot sauce and not texas pete like most places do. There is a good amount of seatings outdoor with umbrellas and indoor seating. They do catering too. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was not busy. There were many tables filled with family eating lunch. It was quiet. Staff is quick to greet and service.
