I stopped in here for lunch as I had to make a quick trip to Winston. I was happy to see a Biscuitville! The dining room was clean. They have a 99.0 sanitation grade posted. The restroom was clean. The cashier was friendly. My order was correct. My biscuit was good. However, My order took forever. I only purchased one biscuit. It seemed like they were focused more on the drive thru.

My first time to biscuitville and just no way it will be my last. I'm Already deciding when I should go next week because there are so many things on the menu I wanna try. Also, get the ranch. Just do it.

Sooooooo good, every SINGLE time!! My personal favorite is their "bacon biscuit" with a hash brown-- I truly wish I was a billionaire so I could get 400 hash browns as my side when I went... they're amazing & crispy & perfect. I seriously love every item I order from this Biscuitville & I appreciate how fast-paced their drive-thru is even on weekends!

Bacon, eggand cheese biscuit w/ hashbrown Amazing!

This place is worth the trip across town! The biscuits are amazing and the eggs are cooked fresh in store along with the biscuits being made fresh in store also. I came across this while traveling from out of state and will go out of my way anytime i see one of these restaurants in the future. There is definitely something to be said for "fast food" made fresh in store and not brought in frozen. These biscuits are out of this world!!

My friend ordered the breakfast burrito, it was huge! For a side she had the sweet potato tots. She let me steal a bite of both and yum! I opted for the Hot Honey Chicken with Pimento Benedict and wow! I was nervous the pimento cheese would be overpowering, but it wasn't at all! It was a nice, creamy complement to the spicy crispy chicken. The hollandaise cut through some of the richness for a pleasant mellower. Prices are reasonable and our waitress was great! The restaurant is larger than it looks but it does get quite crowded. Can't wait to come back here!

This is a solid restaurant with much to offer in the brunch/breakfast area - an area that has become popular and chic, and it almost always means much will be expensive, usual very expensive considering the less than costly menu ingredients that drive food choices here, and other such brunch spots. Brunch is seen as more than just a meal for some folks who are all into what is trendy, and restaurant are aware of this and prices are raised due to the "experience" element! I have tried several items here including their version of Huevos Rancheros (not a fan of how they make it, pulled pork is a party foul), the Eggs Benedict (decent but over priced for sure, $17 with bacon added), and several Omelette choices, can reach $15. This is obviously a popular spot in downtown Winston, but I find it generally overpriced, loud, and the service is inconsistent. I like a good adventure, but somethings simply are not worth the cost! Note that the prices for individual items are written, very lightly with no $ sign to the right of the item. This is done intentionally to make the customer pay less attention to what they spending. Many restaurants are using some form of this approach!

I got the Hangover Cure biscuit, which had eggs, fried chicken, bacon, cheese, and gravy on the side. I also got a hot latte and then topped it off with a cinnamon roll. My partner got the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with an iced latte. The lattes: go with a flavored one if you grab a coffee here. Their plain latte was not that good but their vanilla latte was very good. Biscuits: WOW! The Hangover Cure is hefty with plenty of biscuit to go around - I had some to take home with me. It was absolutely everything I needed after a night of imbibing with friends. My partner also enjoyed his biscuit. Cinnamon roll: very good! They had a variety of baked goods to choose from. Definitely worth the add. All in all, I think we spent $40, which feels reasonable for the amount and quality of food we received. Definitely worth a stop in if you happen to be in the area.

I passed on the food (it seemed overpriced), but the coffee left no room for complaint. I went with a marshmallow iced latte. It was prepared quickly, and it made for a smooth sip: not too sweet and no acidity. Winston-Salem has no shortage of places to grab a drink of the caffeinated or alcoholic varieties, but it's hard to beat the atmosphere that The Remedy has to offer.
