Time to top off before getting on the road. Coffee, eggs, waffles, chicken, and strawberry spritzer. The spritzer is definitely a take home item...mot was exceptional. Overall the food, service amd ambiance was nothing less than outstanding. The facility reminded me of Firstwatch. Family type restaurant. They are on Open Table....recommend putting name in ahead of arrival to minimize wait time.

For our anniversary brunch, we went here. I was told it would not disappoint and it didn't. The coffee was amazing. My chicken and red chili chilaquiles were flavorful and the grits are not to be missed. My wife had one of their pancake dishes and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was friendly and the service was quick. The place was well decorated and comfortable.

We had breakfast here one morning, and it was good. We were greeted walking in and seated within the same minute. A large restaurant, with high ceilings and a full glass store front. Our server was very friendly, professional and kind. She dropped off menus and brought us water, and took our beverage requests. Our fresh coffees reappeared momentarily. After perusing the concise menu, I opted for an Omelette. The Hey Lucy, filled with Chorizo, green chilis and onions, topped with cheddar jack and sliced avocado, a biscuit and grits. This is a hearty filing meal that full flavored and tasty. All in all a solid choice for breakfast 4 Stars great coffee, friendly service and good food worth a visit 01206

Great breakfast place! Their blueberry lemon pancakes with goat cheese was delicious. The lemon was very subtle and not artificial tasting. It definitely needs maple syrup along with it since the goat cheese topping can be pretty thick. The Omelette was perfect too. Perfectly fluffy. Bonnie, our waitress spoiled us to death. She even brought beignets to the table since she felt we waited too long for coffee. Thank you Bonnie, you're the best. The beignets had a orange marmalade sauce, absolutely loved it. I would definitely check this place out.

Came to this location for the first time, it was poppin over the weekend. We came here during a weekday so it was less busy. The ambiance is modern, clean and nice. Our service was great! Price point was decent for the portion size. We would come back either to this location or another.

My friend and I were visiting this area to attend a special event and she wanted to go to brunch here... She had a dish that was a spin on eggs Benedict, which had bacon and tomato, and I had the apple fritter French toast with rum butter syrup it came with a side of bacon and scrambled eggs. My only complaint was that the eggs were cold. Since we were in a rush, we were very pleased to know we could call on the way and when we arrive, we were seated very quickly. The ambience was very nice simple modern clean our server Elsa was fantastic.

I really enjoyed this visit. Our waiter was very attentive. I was disappointed they were out of pomegranate/cranberry drink, but I enjoyed the blackberry drink. I could have had five of them! The beignets were good. I enjoyed egg scramble. The grits were cooked perfectly. My eyes were too big for my stomach, I ordered pancakes because I saw a stack being carried by my table. Yum! I will be returning.

Finally got around to trying this place out. It didn't disappoint. Our waitress was Crystal and she was really good and attentive. She gave us complimentary beignets since it was our first time there, which I thought was a nice gesture. I basically built my own omelette, which was very flavorful. I had shredded chicken, onions, green chiles, and cheese, My grits were just "meh". My husband said his Apple Fritter French Toast was alright, but says he wouldn't get it again. However, he says all food is just "alright". The ambiance was nice, I really can't remember if music was playing or not, because I just heard lots of conversations from the various patrons. I'd definitely go back and probably order that same omelette again! Delicious!

Popped in for lunch on Christmas Eve. We were pleased to be able to quickly be seated at a table. Also pleased with the gluten free options that were available. Our waiter was attentive and the food was very tasty. Parking at Thruway can be a challenge during the busy times.

Just found out about this location. I absolutely love the New Orleans style menu. Mouth drooling as I'm reading each dish. I got the seasonal apple fritter French toast. Melts in your mouth! Warm and frosty. We also ordered the chicken and waffles. Huge servings of each dish! Great flavor and wonderful service. Online seating is available to check in. Easy to find locations, nice seating and's full bar available.

Went to another broken egg Café over the weekend and had a great experience. Why the restaurant was crowded. The weight staff was helpful friendly and moved quick. The food was really good also. My eggs were cooked perfectly and the sauce that was on top had lots of flavor. The beignets weren't the best beignets I've had but they were good and free because it was our first time. Inside look like a modern restaurant. Plenty of seating and was bright.

This was the best brunch I have had in so long! I enjoyed our waitress, she was so nice and was patient enough to help us understand the many different options on the menu. I tried beignets for the first time and I can say that it was really good even with the jelly they prepared along side it. I love how even though it's busy, you still feel a bit of privacy at your seats. The restaurant is well decorated and gives off a New Orleans vibe. Perfect for a brunch date!

This was my 2nd visit to Another Broken Egg in Winston Salem. My pancake was so good with the strawberries & cream!! My bacon was a bit crispy but still cool. The service was not so good because the waitress did not know who was assigned to our table but they were apologetic. Get there by 10;00am because it's a popular place on the weekend.

Although it's tucked away in an unassuming business district, this restaurant is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm, inviting space and exceptional service. Everyone made us feel welcome, and the attention to detail throughout our meal was outstanding. We started with the Ahi Tuna appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. It was served over a bed of crisp sliced cucumbers and the most amazing vinegar coleslaw. The combination of flavors was fresh, light, and memorable. Even the warm dinner rolls were outstanding and set the tone for the meal. For our entrées, the meatloaf was everything comfort food should be. It was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, served over creamy mashed potatoes with fresh French green beans. We also ordered the Chef's seasonal Squash Casserole, and it was phenomenal. If it's on the menu when you visit, don't miss it. Milner's way exceeded our expectations: wonderful food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable evening. We will absolutely make the trip back the next time we're in Winston-Salem.

The atmosphere was warm, sophisticated, and causal all at the same time. The dim lights created a nice ambiance without being so dark that you can't see. The dining room offers a mix of traditional tables, semi-private booths and a bar area. They also have a private room available. The bathroom was very clean and even smelled fresh. They had a good mix of music and a television is available at the bar. Now for the really important stuff. The food was absolutely amazing! I tried the Moravian cookie-pecan crusted salmon with collard greens, zucchini. The meal was a nice size and tasted amazing. I ate every bite. For dessert, we tried the White chocolate-almond bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream. I'm usually not a bread pudding kinda girl, but this was the exception. Like everything else, it was delicious. This was an awesome visit. HIGHLY recommend!

I didn't expect the restaurant to be busy on a weeknight, but I was obviously wrong as the parking lot was nearly full. We found a spot at the rear of the restaurant and made our way inside. We were promptly greeted and shown to our table near the fireplace. A quick glance around confirmed that the place was jumping, which is good news for any restaurant during the middle of the week. A good balance of menu options from salads, sandwiches, fish, steaks, etc. Expect to pay $20-30 per person and some entrees are ala carte. They appear to have a good selection of wine, beers and cocktails from the long list in the menu. I went with the lasagna; my wife had the fish and chips; and my colleague went with the Beast Burger. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their selection. The temperature of my lasagna could have been a tad hotter, but it wasn't enough of an issue to send it back. I would order it again. Service was good throughout our visit, but I am deducting one star for the noise level. The high ceilings give the restaurant a beautiful lodge look and feel, but they make for a very loud dining experience. The sound level at times was more like a school cafeteria in my opinion. Perhaps a table on the side of the dining room would be quieter where nearby walls could help absorb some of the noise. Bottom line: not the place for a quiet, romantic dinner.

Here's what we thought: **Goat Cheese Butternut Squash Ravioli** Delicious but my Dad thought it was a little rich. The couple of bites I tried were excellent! The chicken was moist and well seasoned. **Moroccan BBQ Pork Chop** This was the best pork chop I've ever had. Moms agreed! Dad wished he had gotten the pork chop! This was his favorite out of the three meals we tried! **Prime Rib** I had to go all in and got the 12oz. It's the best prime rib I've had in years! They serve it with au jus and creamy horseradish. That creamy horseradish is exactly the way I like it, the au jus was a nice addition and the steak was cooked perfectly! I will definitely order again! This was my favorite out of the three entrees we tried. **Crispy Brussels Sprouts** We weren't as thrilled about these as everyone else. I thought they were dry and needed something more. Maybe they didn't add enough jam and/or balsamic this time? **Chorizo Potato Soup** Very nice! The sausage wasn't too overpowering and I like the creamy broth. Different than anything I've ever had but good.

When we first walked in, it was busy and we heard the hostess tell the couple in front of us they would need to wait over an hour for a table - Lucky for me my wife made reservations and we were seated immediately! It was a bit on the noisy side but not so bad we couldn't have a conversation. Our servers, Thomas, was fantastic start to finish with good recommendations, attentive service without being overbearing, and a great personality. Good staff make a business shine! We started with glasses of wine and were impressed with how generous they poured. Perhaps it was a visual illusion, but they felt like very large glasses of wine and made it feel like a very good value. They have a good selection of wines to choose from along with a full bar. Appetizer was the Crab Cake Egg Rolls, something I don't think I've seen anywhere else. They're cooked in Beef Tallow which gave a very savory flavor and crispy texture. They were a bit on the oily side but overall flavor was delicious, and I really liked the dipping sauce which was like a very herb-heavy tartar sauce. For entrees, my wife had the Filet and I had a New York Strip. I don't have the words to describe how delicious and perfectly prepared both of these were. I didn't even bother asking for steak sauce because the perfectly tender and seasoned steak didn't need it. Nobody wants to pay high prices for a steak and receive something low quality, and I was thrilled with the quality of the steaks here. Surrounding tables likewise had great looking meals and I overheard them voicing pleasure too. As sides go, the baked potatoes and salads were excellent too. I got the hot bacon vinegarette dressing and was surprised it was actually served quite hot. It had a really rich and slightly tangy flavor that was unique and I really enjoyed on my salad. I have no complaints here and will absolutely be back. Of course it's on the pricey end, but this is the type of establishment you reserve for a special night out, not your average Tuesday night. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

There was a 20 min wait and we were starving after a long travel day and eager to get to campus so we ate at the mediocre crepes restaurant next door instead. When we picked her up a week later I was prepared with reservations. However, when we checked in they told us they don't take reservations so it must be for their sister restaurant (oops) and the wait was even longer this time. One of the hostesses mentioned there would be seating clearing at the bar within minutes, which was good enough for us. We sat down 3 minutes later and ordered a few minutes after that. My daughter went for a cheeseburger which she happily ate stating that the food at Wake was NOT good all week. My husband enjoyed his turkey club and packed the other half for his flight later that evening (lunch and dinner). I went with the crab cake appetizer, which I thought was just OK. It was only a few dollars cheaper than the sandwich so I probably should have gotten that instead, but didn't want to be tempted with the bread and fries. We were in and out within 30 minutes, which I appreciated since we had a drive to Chapel Hill ahead of us. Overall, it was a solid meal and I'm guessing a favorite for those affiliated with the campus.

No other way to describe it. I also loved the fact they served it with warm and toasted bread pieces.....added another depth of flavor to the entire bite. Entire thing was filled with crab meat as well. I'm used moreso to the chunkier style of crab dip, if that makes any sense, but whatever they did to theirs passed my test. For our entrees, we both opted for burgers. I've been waiting something that isn't a smash burger for quite sometime. No disrespect to smash burgers, but I've been wanting a thick, hand patted burger and they delivered. I ordered the tavern burger with the medium cook and a side of fries. Burger cook was perfect. One thing I loved was that the actual patty had char marks on it & it added more flavor to it. Very juicy and flavorful. Their fries were solid too....crispy yet soft in the middle. My wife got their bacon jam burger with a well done cook and she raved about how juicy it was. The cook was to her preference as well. She wasn't too impressed with the pasta salad as a side, but she did get an order of sweet potato fries and they were great as well. Finished the evening with their carrot cake and key lime pie to go and they were both delicious. Their key lime may be the best I've had in this area. Our server Morgan was awesome as well. Very attentive and helpful with the menu suggestions and explaining the things she personally liked, along with what was popular with other patrons. Their setup is odd....not saying that in a bad way, but its an older building and the layout says that. We were seated very quickly. Again, Morgan was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. The ambiance was good....very apt for a date night. Didn't get the chance to check out any of the other dishes around, but everyone seemed pleased with the service and the food. Will be back again to try some of their other entrees.

Had a positive experience on my first visit to Earl's. I loved the interior - I think I was…read moreexpecting it to be a lot darker and more "country," but the high ceilings, brick, sage green walls and bare trees strung with lights created a cool vibe. There were a lot of interesting sounding cocktails on the menu, but I wasn't feeling super adventurous so I just got a glass of Chardonnay. I also wasn't super hungry so I got the Big Ol' Pretzel with queso (other side choices were brown sugar or mustard) and a Caesar side salad. The pretzel was great. It was salty and had a great texture (and did not have that microwaved chewy texture that you get sometimes)! I do prefer beer cheese to queso but the pretzel was so good it wasn't a huge deal. The side salad was larger than expected. I didn't care for the dressing. It was not a traditional Caesar taste or texture - not creamy, more of a vinaigrette, and gave the salad greens a slimy texture. Our server seemed busy but was pleasant and checked on us and food was served in a timely manner.

The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and that hot honey sauce had the perfect sweet heat. Then the pickles and ranch came through and balanced everything out perfectly. Every bite just worked. The sides definitely deserve their own shoutout too. The tots and fries were really good, but those onion rings? Whew. Crispy, flavorful, and dangerously easy to keep eating. The vibe inside Earls was really nice too, relaxed, fun, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and took really good care of us the whole time.
