Grab and Go Honeyflower vegetarian meals @ $12+
    Aarti B.

This bistro tucked in a corporate building makes some killer panini and gourmet sandwiches. Although the Veggie Panini with pesto and ciabatta wasn't featured on the menu, it was challenging to place a simple order. I wanted to customize the veggie sandwich with a couple of minor alterations - subbing out the pita for ciabatta and fig balsamic for pesto. The staff refused at first and after a couple of rounds of explanations, they finally understood and complied with the request. The end result was well worth it! The scrumptious veggie panini with fresh mozzarella cheese and a heap of veggies stuffed between fresh basil pesto and fluffy toasted ciabatta bread was bursting with flavor in every bite. My hubby enjoyed the Bistro sandwich with Roasted Chicken and Bacon, which was cooked fresh on the grill. The crispy fries looked very tempting, next time! Sadly, they don't come with a sandwich. There were some grab and go vegetarian HoneyFlower Foods pasta bowls and salads that looked appetizing, but just couldn't fork $12+ for a prepared meal. Would opt for a fresh sandwich instead. Great lunch spot to grab a sub!

    Gyro Rice Bowl
    Kevin K.

This Bistro is located at the WeWork building. Since I came here for a project and didn't feel going out and look for food for lunch. First visit I ordered the Gyro Bowl. It was blend, no taste at all and there were only little of Tzatziki sauce I have to add more mayo to the rice that's how dried the rice is and the rice is not even cook. Next day I ordered chicken quesadilla with fries, this time it was little better, at least is not dry cuz they put enough cheese in it. Fries was fresh and pretty good. I asked for chipotle sauce, and the sauce was really good, got a good kick on it. Overall, the gyro bowl is a no no, but the chicken quesadilla is ok.

Bistro entrance - bright, open atmosphere with space for individuals or groups

Ordered bulgogi bowl, it came out with wrong elements. Asked for correction and stood there for ever. Won't be going there again.

The whole setup just feels different in a good way. If you're into rock climbing, Vertical Rock is right beside it which makes it even better. They're located below the Vertical Rock Climbing & Fitness Center, so it's super convenient for those who have an appointment to stop by before or afterwards. We stopped by for a caffeine fix, and ordered: +an Apple Square - it was stated that this would be heated, but it was served cold +a latte with oat milk - we requested this to be extra hot, and it was more lukewarm +the Spiced Demerara Latte - prepared with brown sugar and cinnamon syrup; this was requested to be extra hot, and it was more lukewarm; the coffee itself was strong, though Not sure if the barista was overwhelmed, but it took quite some time to get our latte - we went up a couple of times, and they stated that it should be coming out soon, but it didn't. The main issue was that there seemed to be a leak from the ceiling; they had the seating area sectioned off, but it reeked of mildew/old dishrag, which was pretty gross and unpleasant, especially if you're trying to enjoy a bite and a drink. Ample parking, but it can be slightly narrow to get in and out. No dice, Basecamp. +lukewarm coffee +cold pastries +unpleasant odors

The food was outstanding, full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was just as impressive: the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout the entire experience. It's not easy to find a place that gets everything right--great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere--but Greenhouse definitely does. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the McLean area. I will definitely be coming back!

Passion de Amor - zesty and flavorful Spicy Crunchy shrimp roll - Amazing. Fresh, flavorful, delicious. 2nd visit: sol de fuego cocktail - citrusy and refreshing but also watered down. Sliders - tender meat and sauce has good flavor Now, come the drawbacks: for $20+, i shouldn't be finishing my drink after 4 sips b/c its filled to the brim with ice. Outrageous. While the hostess is warm and wonderful, I was not approached once by the bartenders until I'd practically finished eating - the bar was completely empty except for some people on the patio. Perhaps the automatic 20% tip added on to every bill is a recipe for apathy.

Well, you got my vote and my loyalty. Place itself is not impressive and service is nice, but not superb. So,I thought on 4 stars, but this food... Wasabi - made in the house, soy sauce- made in the house by chef recipes. Soy sauce is home made!!!! Thick ,complex, tangy and not salty, amazing!!! I ordered sashimi combo this time and it's served with not white lousy rice, but takikomi gohan( please try it). This is one of the most complex flavor combinations in rice I ever had. I felt dashi broth, mirin, tons of veggies and even beans. Sooo nicely served with fish cake flowers on top. Sashimi itself was outstanding, fish selection was excellent, with scallops, squid and freshest cuts of fishes. Previous times I tried rolls and it was amazing as well. So,prices are high, this is not sushi eatery where you can casually grab your lunch. But if you feel like you want artistic style and refined food,or just want to celebrate yourself, this one s the place to indulge and enjoy!

Now...I'm not sure if I was supposed to wait a certain amount of time before I ate after a cleaning...but I didn't! lol. I was so hungry and was in the mood for sushi. Being a big foodie as I am I love finding new restaurants to try and this was did not disappoint! Parking was easy they had some right in the front of the restaurant reserved for customers as well as a garage for more parking spaces if it got crowded. Walking inside it is a small cozy space and because I was by myself I was seated at the sushi bar. I told the sushi maker my food order and the waitress my order for wine. I tried the Merlot and Pinot noir which the merlot was so luscious I got another glass. So my order was fries shrimp shumai, Ile yellowtail combo which came with a yellow tail sashimi, spicy yellow tail roll I added cream cheese, and yellowtail nigiri. So fresh and so pretty how it came out! Aesthetically pleasing top notch! They gave me a few freebies seaweed salad and edamame and a side dish of pickled condiments very tasty. So being the big back that I am I ordered more to go and it was the Ile salmon combo and substituted spicy salmon roll with spicy tuna roll add cream cheese. I really loved how they package the to go order kept my sushi fresh until it the next day. I will definitely stop here again after the dentist...lol.
