They don't skimp out the portions here which is great! The combo platter is usually my go to and I love how it's open late. The sauces provided have a lot of flavor and zest, and the meats are always tender and have a nice bite to it. Even the rice provided has a nice flavor profile to them. Five stars on that aspect. Service is nice but it is a bit slow. Even getting beverages can take a while to ring up. The reason I'm giving a three star review is because my friend and I came to eat here last night and we did get moderate food poisoning. I think we got a bad batch which sucks since the other couple of times I went, there were no issues in that department. Currently writing this review as I'm almost near my death bed at this point. What an amazing late night spot! We stumbled upon this place while we were out late one night and were getting hungry but not in the mood for chain fast food. This place was bumping and so hip! The restaurant was surprisingly packed for being close to midnight but that's not surprising being that they are next to a hookah bar and it looks like the spot to hang out at! We were greeted right away when we walked in. It is set up like halal guys where you go up to the counter and tell them what you want/toppings and then you pay. Being our first time, we didn't know what all the different sauce options were and the staff was very kind to walk us through our options. We ended up getting a combo with chipotle sauce in addition to the white & spicy sauce. It was so good! I usually don't like lamb but this was not gamey at all and it hit the spot. The chicken was also very tender and surprisingly tasty! We are definitely coming back here again, especially if we find ourselves hungry in the middle of the night ;) read more

I wanted to like it because the staff was friendly but the goal was ultimately something to eat. I had limited time between appointments so I stuck with the falafel and salad. It was meh because it felt a little bit raw, BUT what made it go down some points was the price. You're telling me it's $10 for a crêpe with no toppings and just the crepe itself. and if I do want the toppings, it's a dollar for each fruit plus a dollar for the drizzle on top and the powdered sugar. And the crêpe is very small and thin. If i were you i would skip the crepe. Other than that, I hope they could improvr their toppings and portion sizes because how they put the toppings on the side is smart so they can get less of the rice and meat in your plate. But the plate itself is very heavy and with a side of soda you can call it lunch. They also close at 3am so for those who got the munchies in the am,s come here cuz mcdonlds tastes bad either way.And a short summary ,The foods alright, not amazing, come here if you want something new in Annandale, or if you're drunk. read more
