I stumbled upon this location today while I was waiting for my Solidcore class to begin. It's a very cute spot in the busy Southend area. I was thrilled to find this spot but there was one issue with my experience. The young man at the counter did not say anything when I approached the counter. It turned into a weird stare-off as I was waiting for him to say "hello", "can I take your order?"...anything. It didn't happen so I proceeded to order. I drink matcha quite often and I was truly impressed by the flavor and the taste. It was easily one of the best I've had in a very long time. The young lady that fulfilled my order was very pleasant and customer friendly...overall it was a decent experience. I love the shop, just wasn't a fan of the poor customer service at the register.

I came here because I will always support inclusion and any company that provides opportunity for those with intellectual disabilities. That's a that holds a close place to my heart. This was my first time trying Bitty and Beau's, and it was long overdue. My deterrent, it's not the easiest place to get to due to limited parking. I totally wish there were another that was more convenient, because the match latte I got was amazing. I also loved their swag so much I bought a "radically inclusive" shirt. Can't wait to come back and try the coffee.
Great peppermint latte . They gave the dog a whip cream treat. The coffee was delicious. They also had samples of their muffins. Very tasty.
This coffee and tea shop was a little slice of customer service HEAVEN. Imagine a place with warm smiles and big hearts with pastries, sandwiches and coffee. The concept of this place is every human has the right to work. I had the British Brunch tea and my friend had the medium roast coffee and both were great and tasty. The space is very nice and I loved that the place was full of parents with their kids and dogs. I will definitely be back.
This is a great spot for coffee/tea and other items to snack on! The service is excellent and the staff is super attentive and great! Inside, there's a pin wall to show where you're from. Plenty of seating inside and outside as well. Located in the Southend area on Camden/Tremont. Parking is available on the street and in the surrounding garages. Definitely give them a try!
Such a cute little coffee shop. I was in the area & wanted a coffee so I stopped by. The staff were very friendly & patient. I ordered an iced latte with caramel. It wasn't until after I ordered that I learned the history of the shop. This establishment hires individuals with disabilities. I thought this was very unique & also such a great thing as I have family members with disabilities who wish to someday work. If you're in the area, definitely stop by to support the business
The coffee is very yummy. The staff super friendly. They have a great way of making sure orders are correct and put cute saying on the cups Love the art on the walls
I've been following them since before they opened and finally got a chance to stop in. I ordered a dirty chai latte which was delicious. The ambiance is nice and cozy and it has several seats if you're looking for a nice place to relax. The service has no complaints. My cashier was friendly and seemed excited I ordered a collectible cup. My coffee came out pretty quick as well! I will definitely be back!

Loved coming to support our local cafes! Staff is always kind and attentive. I always get my items efficiently and served with love. I also love all the interactive around the store. You can like their page and it will update on a live ticker, and there's a map where you can pin where you're visiting from. The matcha was made super well. I've met a few friends here for a catch up, as it's a great location to sit in some AC after a walk around the neighborhood. Highly recommend a stop by!
My friends & I stopped here after lunch this weekend. We all loved the bright, open environment. Staff were wonderful & answered any questions we had. They offer decaf which is a plus! One friend ordered a chai with the perfect amount of spice & another ordered a smoothie in the souvenir cup. I ordered an iced latte that hit the spot as well as a birthday Krispy treat. It was such a nice place to regroup before hitting the road!
I absolutely love this coffee shop! This place has it all: great coffee, awesome vibe and great staff. You will be supporting a great cause if you come here. The location is perfect as there are things to do around within walking distance. There is plenty of affordable street parking, but it gets busy so you might want to plan ahead as it might take you a little bit of time finding a spot. I ordered a latte with oat milk, and it was great. There is also lots of merch if you want to grab a cap, sweatshirt, etc. Overall, 100% recommended!

Sadly this place missed the mark! Hopefully it was just a one off and we can come back and update the review. But we ordered a matcha and iced cap and something was just off with both drinks. Water, coffee, ice ratio did not work out. Great service though and they were busy for a Sunday afternoon. Nice space to hang out at as well. And in the bustling south end, will give it another try in the future. read more
I was so excited to stumble into Bitty & Beau. I created an Oreo Frappe with Oat Milk. It was delicious, creamy, and not super sweet. I loved that they have a ton of indoor seating and lots of pastries. I also tried the Strawberry Rice Krispy treat. It is a large serving, but was really flavorful. read more

Nice coffee shop in a great location. It has a good vibe. I enjoyed having a coffee with my niece on a Saturday afternoon. You place your order at the counter. You get a playing card after you order. When it's ready they call out your card: "Ace of hearts". There are plenty of tables to have your beverage or you can take it to go. Clean restrooms! read more

One of these should be in every city! The concept is beautiful plus the coffee is delicious! We came here to try the Frozen Hot Chocolate after seeing it on QC Mornings. It was well with the 25 minute ride and $3 for parking! Upon entering, we were promptly greeted. We placed our order and enjoyed some conversation with the barista. I ordered a regular because I wasn't sure if I would like it. That was a mistake! It was chocolatey, creamy, and delicious . It was almost like tasting raw brownie mix. ( If that is something you have done, you know the taste!) i just wish it had whipped cream on it! We will definitely be visiting again very soon! read more
We always seek out a B&B if we're in a city that has one. It's great to see them expanding! Their story is incredible and every visit is fun. This Charlotte store is one of the nicer ones we've visited. It's in a great neighborhood with tons of foot traffic and dogs. We loved the open air vibe and had great service read more

Amazing! Okay so, if you've never heard of this place please go look it up. Their story is inspiring and a much needed light in this world. SO, I couldn't wait to check them out. Not only was the customer service superb, the coffee was too! I was so pleasantly surprised at how tasty the coffee was, seriously. I came by on a busy Saturday morning to meet up with Yelp celebrity Bruce K. and we had a lovely time catching up over great coffee and muffins. I will definitely visit this coffee shop often! read more

Happiest place in Charlotte, hands down! I've been to the Wilmington location before and was so excited to try this new South End one, and it absolutely didn't disappoint :) The staff are friendly, the coffee is tasty, the space has the perfect vibe and the food & apparel options are plentiful. My girlfriend and I literally love this place! We come as often as we're in south end! Their story and mission is nothing short of inspiring and powerful. The customer service is amazing, you are greeted the second you walk in the door! Everyone is super friendly and the coffee and tea's are amazing. Pastries are also super yummy and have GF options. It's usually pretty busy inside but there is a lot of seating both inside and outside. Bitty and Beau's is an amazing place to grab a coffee if you're near by I can't recommend them more! read more
#LocalCoffee is the best coffee. I selected Bitty and Beau's as a meetup with a Yelp friend, arriving a little bit early. I was able to order a latte with extra shot (they counter person did not know what a cortado is). They're doing something innovative rather than names - playing cards. So I listened out for the Jack of Diamonds to be shouted and then went to pick up my coffee. There are not too many tables here and as the place started to fill up at 10am on Saturday, the crowd of folks waiting for coffee got a bit deeper. Everyone's wearing their masks but social distancing is a challenge. It also starts getting a bit louder when it's full, enough so that they have a small megaphone for calling out playing cards to pick up their orders. Some small tops and some two tops along the wall are great for laptop work but again, the place fills up and if you're like me, you're going to start feeling guilty for taking up a table after just one coffee. The latte was very good, certainly better than the green siren people. And the muffin my friend had looked excellent. Definitely worthy of returning here on a less busy day. I love the idea behind this place. Offering an inclusive place where anyone can work with dignity and provide a useful service. It's also a great location, and very well set up inside and out I ordered a latte, and after ordering they give you a playing card to pick up your order down the counter. There was a little mix up between my order and the one following it with the cards, but we got everything straightened out and my coffee was delivered and I was on my way. The coffee itself was fine, not the best latte ever, but far from the worst. They also have pastries and a ton of merch for sale inside. If you're on south end and feeling like a coffee, definitely come here over Starbucks. read more

Such a cozy, heartwarming spot to get a nice cup of coffee! I brought my parents and fiancé on a Sunday morning and was immediately greeted a kind welcome from one of the employees who handed us a card with some background info about Bitty and Beau's Coffee. Kyle was very friendly when he took our order and made sure each of our orders was correct. Once we paid, we were given a laminated playing card as our call out number - what a cute idea! The wait wasn't too long considering there were a good amount of people ahead of us. I ordered an iced latte with toasted marshmallow flavor and the rest ordered a regular coffee with hazelnut or no flavoring. We all enjoyed our drinks, took a nice picture in front of their mural, and will definitely be coming back! I originally found out about this Charlotte opening because I follow the Williams Syndrome Association on IG who mentioned that this location hired 2 individuals with WS. I love this hiring process (and their surprise congratulations hire videos ) especially since my niece has WS so it's nice to know that there are opportunities like this for her. read more

If you're looking for a warm and welcoming coffee shop in south end then this spot is for you! Great service and good coffee. I got an iced pumpkin spice oat milk latte and I loved that it wasn't too sweet- just right! I was curious about this place and the cashier was a lil book full of knowledge. I was given a card that has their insta & Facebook. On it read a quote "80% of people with disabilities are unemployed". This concept is working to change that statistic and I loved that. The employees write on your cups which was a first for me. Who doesn't want to start their day with coffee and a sweet hand written message?! They also have pastries, muffins & cookies of sorts. Will be back to try them all. read more

The atmosphere is so cute and friendly! I got a lavender honey latte and an egg, chorizo, and cheddar breakfast burrito, and both were delicious. I love their mission and message. What a wonderful spot! read more
Mood booster - that is the way I would describe Bitty and Beau's. We were fortunate to visit when they were celebrating their one year anniversary, but I imagine anyone would have a five star experience here. The coffee was top notch and they seemed to have a large menu of coffee and tea drinks both hot and cold. They also employ a large number of special needs staff that are a seamless part of the crew here. So cool. We even walked out with a teddy bear and glass mug for free after spinning the wheel in celebration of their one year. Definitely stop by if you are in need of a coffee or a mood boost. This is one of the best coffee spots in Charlotte. read more
