Had a late lunch June 4 and my wife and I each ordered their Pizookkie special. I had the smash-burger which featured two ample patties, tomato, pickles, lettuce, onions and a special sauce which came with a healthy amount of seasoned fries. My wife had the fried chicken and succotash with a side salad. After the meal we ordered a caramel and chocolate Pizookie which was included in the price. Everything was delicious although I almost didn't have room for the desert (wait...there's always room for desert). I washed it all down with their Grass Attack IPA and Marie had a wine spritzer. Love this place and the waitress we had was awesome! I think her name was Storm???

I'm glad we had reservations since it tends to be busy. The protein bowl I had was a delicious healthier option, and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. It definitely has a sports bar feel, pretty typical.

Torn here. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, someone did finally come after a period of time.It just started the experience off on the wrong foot,and it didn't really get much better as the evening went on.When we were finally seated,we noticed that our napkins felt wet, before even using them.We let our waitress know,and she seemed put off by our request for new ones.The one redeeming thing of the night was the food,which was ok,but it was not enough to make me recommend BJ's overall.The burgers were good,but nothing special.The menu does have a lot of options that looked interesting and seemed to offer a little bit of everything.All in all it was hard to overlook the lack of greeting and napkin issue and the attitude that we felt coming from our waitress.I was disappointed,and think there are better options out there to explore.

Food: Well believe this was a one off. Typically the food there is always good but tonight not so much. Service: our food server was very good again might be a one off. The bar service was extremely slow. Ambiance; typical of all BJ Overall I love BJs but they must of had a bad night. Food wasn't great. Dried out took forever to get. I asked for brussel sprouts but the substituted with asparagus that looked like it had been under heater all night. Along with medium rare steak that was also dry!

It was mildly busy, however three open tables in our section. I give a lot of grace to severs.. however, we were first seated in a dirty booth. The host saw it and tried to brush food away with their hand, then proceeded to seat us with a lot of crumbs and food on the booth seats. The table next to us were also complaining about their dirty table also. The food took about 20 minutes. My salmon was good, however cold. Worst part was we ordered a strawberry lemonade and I am fairly certain there was alcohol in it, I was with someone who does not drink alcohol. Bathrooms needed attention. The server was really nice!

Wow, a nice surprise. We came in to just have some dessert, only to find out that they have one dessert. We were talked into trying their Pizooke by the hostess. I'm glad we stayed to check it out. Wow! Delicious! They are the perfect size for an individual and to share. Now after checking out the menu, I'm going to have to return and check out the food. You can also carry a conversation at the table without shouting or struggling to listen. We shall return!!

My experience started out not so good, as my friends and I went to the bar area for happy hour prior to our dinner reservation. The bartender informed us that we had to sit at the bar and not a table over there, so we moved to the bar. He told us he was busy making drinks for others. For over 10 minutes we waited and we weren't given menus. The bar wasn't even half full. A manager came over and took our order, made our drinks for us and was very friendly. We got another round made by the bartender which were not good at all. We weren't even going to say anything. But when we didn't drink them, the manager asked us about them. He re-made them for us and they were excellent. Our server's name was Kay. She was very nice. When one of our desserts was brought out and wasn't right, she immediately noticed and made it right. She anticipated our needs and was attentive. All of the food we ordered was served hot and no one had a complaint. We had Brussels sprouts, burgers, fries, wedge salad, and chicken bacon ranch Piadina. For the couple things that weren't up to par, the manager on duty from 3-6PM on Dec 26, along with our server named Kay, made it better. My friends and I had a good experience overall and would return for happy hour or dinner in the future.

The place is set up nicely. A little sports bar-ish but not overwhelming. Service, unfortunately, was subpar. Very nice server, just inexperienced and not on top of it. My smash burger was an embarrassment. The bun was way bigger than the patties. The patties, combined, added up to maybe a 1/4 lb. I did ask for a plain cheeseburger. I did not realize a plain CHEESEburger meant no CHEESE. The regular burgers seem better (per the party I was with). They have potential but need better quality overall.

Pick up experience was great and quick! Ordered online for my first time experience with BJs. Had a craving for bier cheese and pretzel! The beer cheese didn't have a lot of beer flavor, but the mustard was really on point. The pretzel was kind of chewy and not the soft, pillowy I was hoping for. It's also on the smaller side so enough for one or two people.

Visiting from out of state and chose this location for lunch. The establishment is hip and trendy. What we ordered: * California flatbread * classic cheese burger with onion rings * Brisket burger with onion rings The flatbread was very tasty, the burgers were charbroiled and flavorful. Love the signature burger sauce. The restaurant was pretty busy and our food came out quickly and hot. Our server was attentive, quick and friendly!

Been to BJ's multiple times before, this experience was the same wonderful experience as usual! The all American smash is always a good pick in the meal deal! We always choose the Salted caramel Pizookie for desert. Server was very nice and efficient, ambiance is a mix between a sports bar and a brewpub and the interior always looks nice. Overall another good visit!
