This is unfortunately just a bad BJs. The food is not on par with other BJs and we are reminded of that each time we go. This time out table was served a literal raw hamburger and also another entry was so poorly cooked it could barely be eaten. In addition, the entrees took 30 minutes to come out after ordering, which we did at 5pm (so not prime time). We generally love the franchise and were just at another one two weeks ago that had the best food, service and ambiance. This one is not it. read more

Do not recommend doing curbside at this restaurant. Had surgery and can barely Walk and saw they offered curbside. Ordered some dinner. Option was ASAP or pick a time this was at 5:35pm. Arrived approx. 5:45-5:50. Marked here out in my spot number . Then came up will ready at 6:10. So I waited and approx 6:14 no one came out. Tried calling no answer. Wobbled my way in to pick up desk where I was greeted by 3 employees standing there taking to each other. I asked if I could pick up my food. Today 13 of us went to BJ's for lunch after a funeral. We didn't have a reservation so the hostess seated us in the bar. Theresa was our server and she was outstanding! Our drinks came out quickly, appetizers appeared without delay, and our main courses followed which were exactly as everyone ordered. I have no idea what happened to this location. It just cannot get its stuff together. I did a review about 8 months ago and it still hasn't improved. We thought we'd enjoy a night out as a family. Service is still terrible and my wife ordered a add on salad that said it was $4 extra they charged us $6 , when we asked about it they said the price went up and they haven't changed the menu yet! I have been going to the BJs in Temecula for years. Always great fast service. I moved up here and tried this location for the first time. We were a party of 3 later in the evening. My dad ordered a beer and his partner ordered her drink about 10 minutes before I arrived. After me being there for 10 minutes the server came to inform us that his beer was out of stock. He proceeded to ask for 8 different ones that were somehow out of stock. He finally just ordered a cocktail since they only had 6-7 options of beer available. I ordered a soda and we put in our food order. It took another 20 or so minutes to get the drinks. (Including the one his partner ordered before I got there) food took another 20 minutes after that. When we got our food, it was almost cold. I ordered a gluten free pizza and they brought it out uncut. I asked for it to be cut and she took it back to the kitchen. After about 8 minutes she came back with it untouched and said they couldn't cut it cause I have an allergy??? I've never heard of this. You can wash a knife. I had to saw pieces off with a steak knife. Our server was nice and I could tell a lot of the issues weren't her fault but I will never be back to this location. I've worked in food service and this was one of the worst restaurants experience I've had, especially with a chain restaurant. read more

He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and did a great job interacting with our kids (ages 8, 7, and 3), which we really appreciated. No appetizer, no salads, just the entrees and then the bartender came back asked if every thing was okay. We pointed out, we never got the appetizer. We never got the salads and our drinks were empty. He said, I'm sorry the salid station's backed . We were like, just cancel the extra salad that we ordered and the appetizer. He picked up the receipt that he had dropped off as soon as he dropped off our drinks and goes. Oh, that's my fault. I forgot about the appetizer again. I thought back to him not writing anything down. So we said, just cancel that cancel the extra salad, but the one was supposed to come with entree meal. He said he'd check on it. He said, Anything else we pointed out to our empty drinks. He said he'd get us another round, he came back with The drinks again asked about the salad. That was missing off the main persons meal and he said, oh I forgot about that. Let me check. We said, forget it, just keep it. We are really disappointed as the Pizza came out. Not cut at all. Jambalaya had absolutely no flavor sweet potato fries, not good. I told him when we first got there that it was my birthday asked if I still got the free pooziki. He said, yes, so as he drops off the entrees. My daughter says, can we order the pizokkii? He goes, oh, they come out really quick. And she goes, okay, well, I just want to order it now. Anyway. So he gets the order for their 2 that came with their meals. And then goes, oh, would you like to order one? My daughter said it's her birthday as she told you she's gonna get that one , he goes. Oh, yeah. I forgot about that one. Which one do you want? And I said, well, at this point, we have to get going can make it to go. No ice cream He said, of course, we can no problem. 20 minutes later, we're done with our entrees, still waiting for the pazukis to come out. They finally came all with ice not one to go as requested. And the manager comes over and says, oh I heard there was a problem. We briefly described it, she took a percentage off the bill. What I don't know. My daughter wouldnt . Let me look at it. But just to say it was an overall disappointing experience from lack of refills fe on drinks to never receiving salads to blend Jambalaya that tested horrible to sweet, potato fries not good to a Pizza, not being cut. Yes, the manager came over. Yes, the manager offered a discount which I applaud. But just for my birthday celebration, it was not very good. We were seated right away by a younger girl hostess, super sweet, she informed us our servers name was Isabella. Well, unfortunately Isabella never showed and we flagged down Raymond. He took our orders right away brought drinks right away. Then came the wait, we got two teas and a salad in an hour and a half. I don't understand why the kitchen would be backed up when there was a high percentage of tables that remained empty. It was super busy and we had someone named Ethan helping us with our takeout order. He was so sweet and kept letting us know the updates of our order and because of this we didn't leave with having to wait so long. We came on St. Patrick's Sunday around lunchtime. My kids got BJ free kids meal certificates from school for honor roll. There was no wait. We were seated right away. The place was clean. The waitress was attentive and efficient. She refilled our drinks often. The kids meals are better than most. It has big portions. I got the amend prime rib special. I thought it was such a great deal. I got the clam chowder, prime rib with asparagus and steam veggies. All of what I got was tasty. The asparagus was crispy and seasoned well. The veggies were saute well. I had the prime rib medium rare and it was very good I had enough room for my salted caramel pizookie. It was amazing! I really liked it.
