Best staff ever! We love the food from here, especially after a long day, and we decided to use Uber Eats. Well, long story short, the driver stole our food. I know chances were slim, but Uber wasn't helping us, so I thought I would go in and see what they could do. Haley greeted me at the pick up counter and was so sweet and listened to my sob story, she called Grant over and they both took care of me! My daughter and I popped in around 11pm for the latest dinner ever, after Xmas shopping all day! We were seated right away & immediately greeted by our server Dre. I had prime rib - yes at 11pm - and my daughter had a mushroom Swiss burger & fries. The food was delicious!! Dre really impressed us with how attentive he was and made sure we had everything we asked for! Horrible experience tonight ordered the food using grubhub. So I was atleast able to get my refund on the burger but now I still have to find something else to eat. I order the burger medium rare and it cant to me burnt. Also it had no brisket on it. You charge me 17 bucks for this and you cant even add any brisket and you know you messed up and still send it out is ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with the food service at this place. I ordered for pick up and they forgot the sauce that comes with the meal, the utensils, and the napkins. I did not care as much to leave a review until I also noticed that they gave me a very burnt pizookie. It looked, smelled and tasted burnt, as well as being harder than an actual packaged hard chocolate chip cookie. I have never in my life written a review but this meal was so bad it felt necessary. My wife and I treated my nephew and his wife from Sacramento to lunch. The women were pleased with their shrimp tacos/beans/chips and our waiter Dennis promptly had one dish of shrimp reheated. We come From 30 mins drive in the cold with a baby we walk in to a empty entrance not a single soul waiting mall is closed we are asked how can we help you . Got here early before the lunch crowd and was seated immediately. We were seated in a huge booth for ourselves. Our server was very friendly and took our order quickly. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I went with the Parmesan Crusted Chicken to compare it with the one here in town. My girl went with a mini vegetarian pizza and we both split wedge cut fries. Their french fries are good. She suggested them. If you're eating a vegetarian meal and want good fried food, try the wedge fries! By the time our food came out, the restaurant was starting to fill up with more and more people. The lunch crowd was finally arriving! Luckily we were well into our meal to where our ticket wasn't put into a queue with a lot of people in front of us. My food tasted the same as the Stockton location. They even slack by giving you a tiny portion of broccoli. I've always joked about there being a shortage of broccoli in the back at the Stockton Location. I can confirm it's standard to ship this dish out with a small amount of vegetables. I asked to get a side of broccoli to get a good portion of veggies with my meal. Instead of looking at the plate and acknowledging the short portion, she didn't have a problem charging me around $4 for the side of broccoli (photographed below). Complaining aside, the food tasted fine. Neither of us had a problem with the staff, and the waiting time was minimal for our food, getting seated, and getting our drinks. Ordered our drinks with the food together to avoid waiting a little longer than usual, 20min went by and no drinks, called our waiter over and her excuse was that the bar was backed up, we didn't order any special drinks so why the long wait for 2 Michelob Ultra's in a can and a Modelo. Finally our food came out, ordered some steak (medium) the steak they brought me was black (burnt, wish I would have taken a picture) had to call the waiter over because I was not going to eat some burn meat, waiter promised to have it back in 10min but another 20min went by and nothing, at that point everyone else had finished eating so we decided to cancel the order. This place really pisses me off. We came here for Mother's Day but man... If they can't handle large parties maybe they should make a new rule or something and save everyone the trouble. Large party being 12.. I got the text message for a ready table and we waited 20 mins to be seated. Why send me the text message if the table is not ready and we kept being told the table is being clean and set up. But we got our foods and No silverware.. we waited a good 7-10 mins for that until we finally got the chance to address it to the server. Everyone got their drinks and we waited 20+ mins for a water and a glass of proseco. My dad said "did they go all the way to gallo to get my glass or champagne" that's how bad it was. We have been here since 7pm and it is now 9pm and we still haven't been served our food. Jesse was our server and he looks like Ryan Philippines and he was nice. I liked him. Initially, the wait time was long but understandably expected for a friday night. The wait was not of concern though really, now entering the restaurant was a different story. The energy of the hostesses were the most disappointing, It didn't feel like we were welcomed guests but more like extra weight to deal with. Certainly their energy tonight wasn't at all difficult to feel. As guests who haven't been to this establishment in some time a first impression is very important. Therefore I wouldn't feel a rating would be necessary here. However, upon seating Kristi L. our server immediately approached our table with the most KIND HEARTED UPLIFTING HOSPITALITY anyone could ever ask for. Kristi treated us as if she was the OWNER! Any one who may be having a hard time will certainly be lucky to have her around. Simply can't describe enough how appreciative we are to have her aura of energy around to take care of us. This was probably the saddest part. Man, it's the holidays and I'm just here cause I don't want to be at home. Momma didn't raise no snitch, so we had to see it through and drink the cider. Next, Spanish Drake forgot to enter our food and it took an entire hour. We ordered the triple chocolate pizookie when he dropped off our food but forgot to enter that as well. My husband and I had eaten there a few days ago. We started with some couscous which are our favorite appetizer but it came out warm, not hot. Then my husband had order a harvest beer which tasted water down a bit which he had ordered before. For our meals, he had ordered a steak with sides or loaded mash and asparagus, I ordered the chicken Alfredo which I asked for extra creamy and Parmesan cheese. It came out lukewarm and a bit dry. My husband's steak was warm also, with plain cold mashed potatoes and he was missing his asparagus because because the waiter had given his side to another guest. By the time his asparagus came out his steak and mash was already cold. $100 meal and we would never order again. read more
