This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. To start off, I had a tall angry orchard beer spilled all over my Fendi sweater and off-white Nike's. When the manager was told about the incident and had gone over to my table, he began to laugh in my face and did not offer any compensation. In addition to that, the waitress began to avoid giving my table service and it took about one hour for us to order our entrees. This whole incident ruined my appetite and my night, the least that they could have done was offer to pay or discount the meal, however, they only told me to file a claim. Overall, I would not recommend going to this restaurant due to the poor service and management. This will be the last time I ever step foot in any BJ's restaurant. The waitress was nice and tried hard to serve us well but our meal took an hour and 25 minutes to arrive. We were sitting in the half full restaurant for over 2 hours. I understand that COVID-19 has taken a toll in everyone. It definitely has taken a toll for BJ's. Service has gone down. I ordered a curbside pick-up for 6:25. We were five min late. I called the curbside number and didn't get my food till 6:45. In top of it, she's checking the food before she hands me the bag and forgets the sauce for my sriracha and I only got the red sauce for my calamari. I'm not going to wait anymore after having to wait for 15 min. Customer service is lacking. I hope it gets better. The sriracha Brussels sprouts are not the greatest without sauce. read more

On occasion, some members of my family from Sacramento meet my wife and I for a nice lunch and visit. It's about half way for both of us we are from Fresno. The first thing that you will notice is the constant boom boom in the background as time goes by the 'music' gets louder. We all found it most annoying I don't think we will be back. read more

Don't waste your time or money. We arranged for a table to accommodate 14 people, days in advance, for an association event. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes after our reserved time for the table, as they had not prepared it and had seated others at the table. During the wait time, I ventured to their restroom and it was disgusting. The sides of the toilet were covered in filth, and the fixtures were in need of repair. After we finally we seated, every item I ordered was out of stock (4 different items) but I was finally able to find something to order. When food for the rest of the table came, people were served items that I was told were out of stock. The entree I settled on was nowhere to be seen, and. I thought it must be taking a little longer due to having to order after others due to the "out of stock" items. My entree never arrived at the table. We were told that mine was forgotten and they would make it ASAP. Then, it apparently was forgotten again as it didn't arrive until after most people in the party left and it was time to pay the bill. Even others who ordered take out at our table received their to go orders before my entree issue was straightened out. This was way after everyone finished eating. My order which was intended for me to eat at the table with my colleagues arrived cold, incorrect, and after we received the bill. BJ's solution was to give half-off of 1 entree. First of our appetizers came out before our drinks and our spinach dip was cold, service was not good either seemed he didn't care weather he had a job or not, we ordered pizza and again the food was not hot at this point we packed up our meals and took it home to cook it in our oven. The manager didn't even come to our table to apologize for the cold spinach dip nor did he seem to care. Would not recommend this place. We go to BJ's restaurant at least once a month. The food is delicious and always fresh and hot. But one of the best parts of the restaurant is the excellent staff. We have never received poor service. Since it is a little expensive it is nice to walk out feeling you were treated well and the food was so good. Today we had lunch with two of our grandchildren who seem to think the kitchen is only there to cook for them! But after much back and forth we were able to order a lunch that they loved and they ate all of it. Lori was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was patient and made sure their order was exactly as they wanted. It was so nice to have such a great waitress who made our visit so pleasant. We will be back soon. Their turkey burger is the best by far. And you can get any of the hamburgers and just substitute the turkey burger if you aren't a beef eater. Went here a week ago. Signed up for the app so we got a free pizooki, but more about this later. It was quite crowded so there was a 45 minute wait. While we waited a hostess came around with pizza for a snack. Once seated we were brought our drinks quickly, we got garlic fries (that were DELICIOUS) for an appetizer. I got a chicken pita and my husband got the morrocan chicken - both were fantastic! Service was good, then we shared a monkey bread pizookie! For the two of us and a great meal it was $30! We won't hesitate coming back! We typically have bad luck with servers/meals out but this one was wonderful! read more

First of all our server was great. Tried to order a pizza but was told they were out of the shareable size, on a Friday night and you're out of your most popular size pizza? From the time we put our order in until we git the food was easily an hour. When the food arrived, it was horrid. The brisket bacon burger was ordered as medium and came out well done. The brisket had huge fatty pieces mixed in and the burger was just gross. The kickin chicken sandwich was over cooked and all the sauce was put on one side of the sandwich. The chicken tasted like it had sat for an hour, truck stop chicken tastes better. BJ's has gone down in food quality and service over the years. The manager came over and apologized, comped the mela and gave a gift card to us. I'll come back based on the amazing customer service. But the food needs work. read more

I had a Cesar salad and got food poisoning. I only had about three bites because it was soggy and kind of slimy.
