Four of us were seated on the patio by the hostess. We sat for quite awhile with no one coming by. One of our group went back to the hostess and asked if anyone was available to help us. Someone came out and said it's not my station but someone is starting their shift and will help. Finally got the order in and after a bit one meal was brought out. 10-15 minutes later I asked the manager what happened and he stared at me, then said he would go look. Sure enough the food had been sitting and no one brought it out. The three meals that sat under the warming lights left quite a bit to be desired. Excellent service. We brought four very active boys. Our waitress, Annalisa, was very patient and had great customer care.

Food great, nice specials esp on Thurs. We sat down and no wait staff even looked at us. We flagged down a waitress, Precious is her name and she said our table was not in her section; but she would be glad to help us. She continued throughout the whole dinner and dessert. She was excellent. Came to check on us a number of times, which I find is a dying art in most places. She was on the ball, never forgot anything and took great care of us. This is the second time I have had to flag someone down to take care of us. When we sat down I asked the person seating us if there was a wait staff for us and she said yes. The 5 stars is solely for Dwayne -the most charismatic and attentive manager I have ever seen. We had a couple hiccups with service and food but Dwayne was so attentive and intuitive that he knew how to make it right- and he followed up to make sure we got to enjoy our evening. It was our guest of honors 50th birthday celebration and he chose BJs For his special meal. Dwayne was present and engaged on the floor for the duration of our meal so when a couple of issues came up- Dwayne was there to lend a sympathetic ear and quickly jumped into action to fix things immediately. We didn't have to make an uncomfortable complaint or search for a manager- Dwayne was working the floor and notably available to steer the ship. We simply pointed out the facts and Dwayne knew that the evening could turn south quickly and ruin our evening if we had to get to the point of frustration. He listened and we didn't have to give lingering details- he just knew based on the facts what went wrong and how to fix it. He kept it light hearted and made us feel validated and heard and he quickly and efficiently fixed the issue and went above and beyond to ensure our evening was delightful. Dwayne is energetic and charming. He clearly takes pride in his work and was truly happy that we chose to spend such a special occasion at Bjs. We will be back thanks to Dwayne. I hope he's working everytime we go in from this point forward because I have every confidence that it wouldn't matter what issue may arise- Dwayne will fix it and make sure we can let the good times roll. The service can improve heavily our server was not attentive at all! Food came out 40 minutes later (on a non busy day) she was great with other tables but ours was not taken care of...i ordered a soda and no refill was ever offered or checked on our experience i hated this experience to the point i complained to management and they gave us this complimentary dessert i wont be coming back here at all horrible horrible beware if you are looking to get a bang for your buck go elsewhere i hear golden corral is a better choice read more

I went with the supreme. Comes with pepperoni, green bell peppers and sausage. Very good. My mother had the cheese burger with clam chowder. The clam chowder was okay. Service was very good. I ordered a soft drink. I sent it back since it didn't have enough carbonation. Got a Modelo beer on tap instead. Buen provecho. read more

Waitress took forever taking our order, she would zone out and did not know the menu at all. She never brought me a straw that I had to ask for. She brought our wings with our dinner. Not before and they were Cold. Daughter's burger was not cooked all the way. Smh idk maybe it was just a bad day for them. She brought one box not two like we asked for. We came to BJ's Brewery for a group dinner (party of 10), and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown from start to finish. First, it took forever just to get our drinks -- and by forever, I mean long enough to wonder if they were brewing them from scratch in the back. Once our orders finally came out, several were wrong, and to top it off, the steaks were not even close to the temperatures we asked for. If you're going to charge steakhouse prices, at least cook them properly. The overall food quality was disappointing -- bland, overcooked, and not worth the wait. We ended up being there for three hours, most of which was spent waiting and trying to flag someone down to fix the constant mistakes. With that much time and money spent, you'd expect better service, better food, and at the very least, drinks that show up before your entrée. Definitely not coming back. read more

Came here yesterday for dinner celebrating a graduation. Terrible. Food took more than 45 minutes to come out. I asked for my club sandwhich with no garlic aioli (because i'm allergic) and they still served me the garlic sauce. By the time they remade it everyone was done eating. She told me my fries would come out in a second and they never came... Another dish we ordered was the Chicken Parmesan. Pasta was cold and didn't taste like anything. I ordered the 4-in-1 Pizookie Platter, which included a chocolate chunk, strawberry shortcake, cookies' n' cream, and triple chocolate pizookies topped with vanilla ice cream. It was delicious but a bit thin and went fast (eaten in under ten minutes). It took a while for the cookie to come out of the kitchen, and if it was thicker, I think it would have been more worth the wait.
