We went in for lunch today and my gosh. The service was horrible. The hostess wasn't very welcoming. We got sat in Alexandra's section and she came over and was friendly, took our drink orders then we didn't see her again for a bit. We were there almost an hour and a half. After we put in our order it took about 30-45 minutes for our food to come out. The waitress never offered to refill our drinks. She had another table walk out on her. Another table got sat and probably waited 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged them, it took us telling the manager. The manager was phenomenal though. And the food was good. But the service was so slow and just lacking hospitality. read more

Came on a busy Saturday night. A little drizzle didn't stop patrons from going out to eat. About a 20-30 minute wait to get a table. It was definitely full in the main dining room. Glad we were able to snag our own table at the bar area. Our server Emily arrived several minutes later to greet us & give us menus. She was polite & checked on us whenever she could, even though the bar area seemed quite full too. You can never go wrong with their Avocado Egg Rolls. One of my favorite Apps at BJ's. We decided to split a Chicken Sandwich & Sweet Potato Fries. It was good. We just didn't get a chance to ask for extra sauces. Oh well, we finished everything. My service experience initially wasn't great but Bobby a senior manager ended up helping us at the end of our order. He brought out additional soups from the soup and salad special ($13.00). The chicken tortilla soup and the clam chowder were "absolutely delicious " according to my boyfriend. I had a house salad with the rice wine vinegar that was yummy. For our wait, he comp'd my wine. Rebecca was hands down one of the best servers I've had in a long time. She was friendly right from the start, super attentive without being overbearing, and made sure everything came out perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience she gives her customers. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and she checked in at just the right times. On top of that, she had a great attitude the entire time, which honestly made the whole meal better. If you get Rebecca as your waitress, you're in good hands. Sat at the bar for Veteran's Day thinking it would be quicker service but boy were we wrong. The people around us were also complaining about how bad and slow the service was. We should have believed the low reviews for this place because it reflects in the service. The pizookie was not impressive as it usually is, and I could tell it had been sitting for a while before they threw ice cream on it. The cookie was not hot and we had to ask a random waitress walking by if she could get us boxes so we could leave because the bartender never came back to the end of the bar. read more

The terrible reviews are spot on, this is a warning! If you can avoid here, I would. I came here at a time where there was a short wait, but chose to go to the bar immediately since there were seats open. It took a little bit before even asking my drink order. My partner and I both only ordered a pizookie, which took a total (from beginning of sitting at the bar to the pizookie arriving) of about 40 minutes. Half the service staff seemed like they couldn't care less about anything, including serving. Our food was mid, as it just didn't hit the spot like other BJ's we have been throughout the country. I will never go to this location again, and suggest the same. read more

I placed an order for takeout today. I ordered a Strawberry Chicken Salad, expecting it to look like the picture from the website's menu. However what I got was vastly different than expected. $19.99 for not even a cup of lettuce, 3-4 strips of dried overly seasoned chicken, a couple of sliced strawberries and some old looking and tasting cranberries. Our server was very lack luster, the broccoli cheddar soup came out cold and tasted like processed cheese, the pizza had barely any cheese on it, the steakhouse wedge flavor was good but the portion of meat to salad was not balanced and the salad was not fresh (was turning brown). Also asked for no tomatoes and it came with tomatoes so she took it back to remake it but they just picked the tomatoes off because there were still some on my plate under the dressing cup. read more

It was honestly a great time at BJ's. We hosted a birthday party in the back room, and the staff really delivered. The buffet setup had plenty of food -- all-you-can-eat pizza and wings that kept everyone happy. Our waitress, Nevaeh T., was fantastic. She kept drinks filled, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. I'm already thinking about hosting my own party there in the future.
