Today I had one of my best experience at Black Angus I'm a regular there and I had dinner reservations on Thanksgiving and I changed them to a later time 715.pm I received a phone call from the manager Erin and she informed me that I needed to come now it was 5:50pm they we're getting low on turkey and I needed to get there as soon as I can and they save me a seat where I normally sit.my Regular server Melanie was so busy but yet she was able take care of me and make sure everything was good. We came in for the buy one get one and let me tell you what a deal it is I have the full rack of baby back ribs with baked potato mac and cheese and a wedge salad, my wife had the grilled shrimp with a salad and baked potato both of these plates were absolutely delicious! We hadn't been to a Black Angus in forever, but it appeared in our inKind app and so we thought we'd give the Temecula Black Angus a try tonight. The food was hot and delicious. We arrived at happy hour time and were so surprised at the size of the appetizers. They were all full sized portions. We also ordered the dinner for two and had plenty of leftovers. Our server Teresa was an absolute delight and had plenty of wonderful menu suggestions. We loved everything she suggested from the apps to the carrot cake for dessert. She even helped us sign up for the loyalty program and let us know about the specials for first responders. As far as servers go she is an A++. In fact, all of the staff were just so friendly and nice to chat with. We enjoyed Chuy and the manager on duty this evening. Cannot wait to go back for another wonderful dinner. I took my mom who is severely handicapped out, not expecting much on the Monday at 3 PM. This waitress made the experience very memorable. She treated my mom like a queen. The food was wonderful. My mom ordered steak and lobster and I had the roasted artichoke and a wonderful Caesar salad. Server, Jessica Ingelman was superior and we will continue requesting her first server every time we go. It's hard to find places to go that will completely accommodate somebody who is severely disabled. It really made her day and she will not forget it. I was extremely impressed. The food was fantastic, but the service is what really made us want to come back. Beautiful and clean. I highly recommend people give this place a shot! Especially the lobster and it was nice to also get a discount on the app for my service in education! Also the hostess up front opened the door as we came and went. So great, love this! read more

Service here is terrible. They're nice but they take forever. You talk to your server once and then don't see them again for 10 minutes. Took 15 minutes for us to finally get the bill. Ordered the french dip, family got steaks. French dip was terrible and I can't even blame them, shouldn't have ordered a sandwich at a steak house my fault. read more

First, I'd like to mention that we were greeted with a big smile and an amazing attitude. The server's Kim and Ryan made us feel so welcomed as well as being very attentive to our experience in making sure we have everything we need without coming around too much and interrupting. The food was phenomenal, we had steaks (of course) cooked medium rare and they came out perfect. The filet had such a desiring texture and the consistency of the taste was something I haven't had from a steakhouse in Temecula yet. Hands down, terrible decision to go anywhere other than Black Angus for a steak in town. Sure The steaks were cooked amazing--super tender and cooked just right. You can tell they use quality cuts. Prices were fair for what you get, definitely worth it. We did the campfire feast and it was more than enough food for two and everything was excellent. The bread was also fresh out of the oven. This place was horrible. Service sucked, it felt like we bothering the lady with her attitude and damper mood. The ambiance was ok, nothing different from a dennys. The food was not good. The steak was over cooked and dry, I asked for med rare, the salmon was dry with no flavor. Makes sense why these are closing down. What a shame, they use to be good. read more
