We had a gift card given to us and luckily there's this Black Angus near by. Our waitress Caroline was on top of it. She brought us refills without being asked and anticipated any needs we might have during our dinner. We love the campfire feast! It's the best bang for your buck and the food is delicious. The family was craving steak for dinner and one of the more popular steak houses in the area had a 90-minute wait time. My husband suggested Black Angus. Wait what? We have a Black Angus in the area? I did not know that, and I've lived here for 4 years! So off we go to this location, it was practically empty with no wait. We had a great and very attentive server. The steak was delicious and flavorful just as I remembered from all the previous Black Angus locations I've been to. What's even great about this place is that they are literally next to AMC theaters. So dinner and a movie is definitely in the works for the near future. Black Angus! The service by Joyce was excellent. The restaurant is a good value. The restaurant was also nice inside instead of the usual dark setting.

Dang it, I can't believe how in consistent this location is. My wife and I can't find any good places to dine anymore because the food or the service, sometimes both are terrible, however this location has great food and great service but only maybe half the time. The last two times were a miss. 2nd to the last time, My wife ordered the ribs and I kid you not they came to the table with the inside ice cold. That dining experience was ruined because by the time they made another one my food was cold , she lost her appetite ECT. This last visit we had both terrible service and food, my wife and I salad came out like a train wreck, long pieces of brown wilted frisee and a big dollop of dressing right in the middle. I ordered my prime rib rare and for the 20th time at least no kidding it came out medium well to well with a freezer/fridge funk to it. I asked for my brussel sprouts well done charred and they forgot, sent them back and they only microwaved them, sent it back and they put them on the flat top , now they tasted like nasty oil mush. Question BA , can't you teach your wait staff not to half ass making the salad and if you have no expediter to spot the the doneness of a cut of beef and not serve it. Especially with prime rib so easy. Please get a handle on your restaurant , please try for uniformity in friendly staff and competent cooks. I'm soo sick of spending a ton of cash just to get upset. Get back to when it was a pleasure to dine out. Give us what we pay for please! read more

Here's my breakdown after coming here for my friends birthday dinner. Pros: -spinach dip (my friends enjoyed) -our server was very sweet -I enjoyed the steak soup and the side salad. The blue cheese was amazing. -the manager did come and check on us when she heard our order was messed up. -they gave my friend a complimentary dessert for her birthday which was nice of them. Cons: -my friends had both of their orders messed up (not a big deal, it happens, none of us cared) -my friends steaks were over-salted -my prime rib and my boyfriends were ridiculously bland. Even the au-jus and the horseradish tasted like literally nothing. We continually salted our steaks hoping to get some flavor and got nothing. So to drop almost $100 on something we ultimately didn't enjoy was a bummer. read more

This place is so wonderful and fill of nostalgia for me. We celebrate at black Angus for my birthday since I was about 5 with all of my family and the wagon wheel sampler is always such a hit. The fresh bread in the beginning is so wonderful with the whipped butter. The fried zucchini with their famous zucchini dip of absolutely to die for and I've been eating it since I was 5- it tastes exactly the same. The prime rib is truly the best there ever was; and yes they beat Houstons steakhouse and outback any day of the week. Thank you again! read more

My boyfriend and I have come here for the third time now. Every single time has been amazing food, great service, and overall fantastic atmosphere. Teresa was our waitress and helped us tonight. She was absolutely amazing. Top tier service with, food, drinks, and just had a great personality. She made sure we were well taken care of and was showing us all the new items that were there. My mother in law chose Black Angus as our dinner spot this evening. We waited a little over ten minutes to be seated, which is to be expected on a Saturday. Our server greeted us within a couple minutes. Don't recall his name but he was friendly and attentive. We got some appetizers to start and my husband and mother n law both got drinks from the bar. The drinks came quickly and our appetizers soon followed. The zucchini was crispy and delicious and I love whatever the dip is that they serve with it. The potato skins were hot and scrumptious as well. My husband and I got so full on apps that we didn't get to order a steak like we originally planned. We decided to share the filet mignon sandwich. That wasn't my favorite at all. I wouldn't order that again. My mother n law got the crispy shrimp which was delish. I wanted to finish strong with a piece of cheesecake, but I was just too full. Next time, I need to remember to not get full on apps because I know the steak is always good here. 10/10 on service alone. read more

What a night!
